    The Senate is expected to try to take up S. 1776 today for a cloture vote. What that means is the Senate will see if it can get 60 votes to cut off debate on the measure.     This morning I talked to Senator Richard Burr (R-NC) about Senator Obama’s shifting positions on Iraq. He made a lot of great points worth repeating here.
