David Obey is quitting. The House Appropriations Chairman can’t take Sean Duffy’s heat. So he is quitting. This is a clear sign that the Democrats are in terrible trouble. When David Obey can’t win re-election, the Democrats are toast in November. Give what you can to Sean Duffy.
