A curious thing in my home town.

I’ve just learned that the chairwoman of a third party group here is gearing up for 2012 already.

The funny thing is, she’s also the local Democrat party organizer.

Curious.

I am shocked to hear that Gore Vidal has called for the assassination of President Obama and the establishment of a military dictatorship.

This is infamous and must not be tolerated.

Why is this man allowed to roam free?

Where was he when the census taker was possibly, maybe murdered?

People like Vidal and Whoopi Goldberg have whipped the Left into a frenzy of hatred and murder.

When is this hatred going to end? Do we need to silence the newspapers and The View? Well, if so, then let’s make that happen. The First Amendment shouldn’t apply to them.

So many of the shunted employees took “the package” and sensibly bailed on that wreck, that New York called in full panic mode and begged old-timers to stay on.

Suddenly their two years of raise promises were going to be kept….for a grand total of three people.

The rest have seen the future and have gone back to bagging groceries at the Piggly Wiggly.

It’s worse than they thought.

My inside source is boxing up her office even now.

They’re closing more than just their New Jersey operations and laying off most of their management and staff outside of New York. People have the option to move to New York, but there’s no guarantee they’ll have a job there.

My source who forecast their massive layoffs just provided me with an update.

Things are just getting worse for the “We’re All Socialists Now” Young Nazis Club.

They are closing half their operations, including the ones in New Jersey, and moving the employees they can’t shake off to New York.

This is what happens when you let political hacks with no business sense run a publication. The employees suffer.

It’s also what happens when you tick off 70 percent of your potential subscribers and then try to out-People People Magazine.

Newsweek’s new show runner, the one with the bright idea to reformat and cut staff, had a five-year plan and a cash bank to keep things going until the new failed format “took off.”

Well, it’s not working. They just laid off twenty percent of their remaining management staff. They’re also nearly out of money. More layoffs are expected soon.

Apparently, the ad revenue isn’t there and rackjobbers are canceling left and right.

Anyway, it will be a single page, with a “political life clock” for every politician who is currently clamoring to pass ObamaCare or is sucking up to Sotomayor, pledging his/her help in getting the first communist onto the Supreme Court.

What’s that, Michelle? Oh, good question. I think it should be the main page. These clocks would tick off the hours before they are up for re-election, naturally.

Well, it’s a similar page, with Chris Matthews’ leg hanging down. When things are going well for Obama, or he has his shirt off, Matthews’ leg tingles and swings up and down, back and forth. Anyway, when things aren’t going well, obviously it doesn’t move as much and there are links to the polls showing the American people don’t want what the Democrats and treasonous RINOs are forcing down their throats, or whatever the bad news is that day. The widget that goes with it does the same thing on a smaller scale.
