Another coincidence

In the info on this book at Amazon, it says from the Library Journal review in 1997 that “Ayers is a born educator and communicator, with a voice of hope.” Let’s see, where else have I heard this “hope” business recently…?

Clearly, Sen. Obama is the product of his environment.

Are you saying this is too much vetting of a man who seeks the office of the most powerful person in the world?

BTW, nice find, Feddie.

Meltdown and Do You Know Enough, political ads from the 527 group American Issues Project, are currently airing in the battleground states.

One question though:

Why is Meltdown not part of a national campaign by congressional Republicans to take back the Congress?

Is it a book review, an advertisement, or what?

Would be helpful to know the circumstances in order to gauge how effective this is likely to be.

Obama’s association with William Ayers is not going to move as much votes as his association with Jim Johnson and Franklin Raines.

Ayers' Neighborhood

I always find it curious to see anyone like Ayers espousing their radical positions about equality, socialism and overturning capitalism doing so from an exclusive neighborhood.

Somehow I suspect he’s also received handsome compensation from the various foundations he’s engaged.

Typical liberal — do as I say, not as I do.

We need to Know more About Obama

hannibalmoformccain Sunday, October 19th at 3:58PM EDT (link)

I’m afraid we have know idea what is going to happen to the USA if Obama is elected president. With a dem congress and house, May the Lord Help Us, for dems being so stupid to vote for him. I have watched and read a lot about John McCain, Palin and Obama. What it really comes down to are the morals of these people. You can tell that McCain is very concerned about running a campaign respectfully and that he is a really nice guy. Palin too. I’m glad that he has changed his campaign to try to get Obama to tell the truth about his associations, politics and morals. You don’t see anything in McCains are Palins past that is questionable. Obama’s relationships are very scarey. Obama’s values and morals are very scarey. Obama’s polictics are very scarey. The only thing that he can come up with about McCain is that he is like George Bush. Which he isn’t and that’s as plain as the nose on your face. Obama would really be down in the polls if the media would have been fair. But it is not a secret who they want to be President. Fox News has been the only fair media. When you have a guy running for President that won’t even give out information about himself than that is scarey also. What in the world are democrats thinking?? Have they all become so liberal that this stated above doesn’t even scare them??? They will also be the first to complain when everyone finds their taxes higher. Don’t they remember that Obama is going to cancel out Bush’s tax cuts. Along with the new taxes that he has said will happen. Cutting Bush’s tax cuts is like a tax increase. Everyone in the field of economy has said that tax increases would put us into a depression right now. What in the world are the dems thinking and how scarey is this election???Thanks Lynda P.S. I am signed up to call people for John McCain in Missouri. We all need to do this to try to explain to dems that Obama isn’t what he says he is.

Just read my diary...

Ayres came from a wealthy background (see for example his father’s Wiki entry here).

I expect that Bill Ayres may well have inherited his money. Though that’s just a supposition.

Because Rockefeller Republicans don't like it when Democratic corruption is exposed.

At least that’s what I think.

have lost touch with mainstream America.

“We are at war with the most dangerous enemy that has ever faced mankind in his long climb from the swamp to the stars, and it has been said if we lose that war, and in doing so lose this way of freedom of ours, history will record with the greatest astonishment that those who had the most to lose did the least to prevent its happening. Well, I think it’s time we ask ourselves if we still know the freedoms that were intended for us by the Founding Fathers.”

(emphasis mine)

That, of course, was Ronald Reagan, and he was speaking about communism. Forty years later, substitute communism with modern liberalism, and the danger to our constitutional republic is just as real, and it’s clearly growing more virulent.

I agree with Hunter about Franklin Raines et al.

Joe-Mike-Steve whatever the plumber’s name whose yard Obama stumbled into slimed The One far worse than Ayers ever will.

Because Joe bared the truth of Obama’s tax and give plans. Hard to argue with truth that’s just laid out bare like that. You can almost hear people gasp.

**This isn’t the Democratic Mole forum. There’s nothing embarrassing about showing that a man running for President is lying about the depth of his relationship with Ayers. Evidence is CUMULATIVE.

This is just one more piece of evidence that Obama will lie to obtain the votes. It matters a great deal to many of us. Some of worry about his relationships. Others worry that he LIES about his relationships. Guess I’ll let his own mentor, and Pastor of 20 years, and the man who married him to Michelle, say it for me:

“Obama is a politician. He’ll say whatever he needs to, at the time, to get the votes.”
