I should have added that O&#039;Reilly&#039;s book is a very easy read, partly because of the way it&#039;s constructed, and partly because although it&#039;s scholarly, it isn&#039;t a textbook brimming with all the details.  Just enough.  Like &lt;i&gt;You Are There&lt;/i&gt;.  And it stresses the personalities involved more than related outside events.]]></description>
