Secretary of State won’t face tough questioning from Senator McCain et al this week after all…

America is safe from the threat of  Susan Rice taking 3am phone calls requesting increased embassy security next year. Now, if only we were assured protection from Senator John McCain’s honorable senate pals.

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, who skipped an overseas trip this past week because of a stomach virus, sustained a concussion after fainting, the State Department said Saturday…The statement said Ms. Clinton was dehydrated because of the virus and that she fainted and sustained a concussion. She will continue to work from home in the week ahead and looks forward to being back in the office “soon,” the statement said.

The Senate Foreign Relations Committee said it won’t hear from Ms. Clinton as planned at a Thursday morning hearing into the Sept. 11 attack against a U.S. diplomatic outpost in Benghazi, Libya, that killed four Americans, including the U.S. ambassador.

If only the Benghazi victims of Clinton’s incompetence virus suffered from mere concussions.

From what gastrointestinal malady was Mrs. Bill Clinton suffering when she pronounced Bashir Assad regime “moderate” and re-established American diplomatic relations with Syria’s dictatorship as her first act upon being appointed our chief diplomat? Was she too concussed to entertain repeated pleas for embassy and consulate security in Benghazi for weeks before the September 11, 2012 attacks? Has she been suffering from the same chronic condition since her Hillarycare, White House Travel Office and Rose Law Firm files fiascos?

Yes. Chronic liberal egotism, enabled by a sycophant press and honorable senate cloakroom colleagues.

Is everyone happy that President Barack Obama’s Ambassador to the United Nations fell on her sword lest more movie producers be jailed to cover for al Qaeda’s continued existence? Happy that John McCain hasn’t called press conferences to denounce Hillary for the same video lies five days before Rice went viral on Sunday shows? Pleased as punch with the expected return of senate club member Kerry’s expected return to diplomacy? (Wonder if he’ll collaborate with today’s version of the Viet Cong?)

It’s not true that Democrats are never held accountable. Hillarycare failed, at least until Bill Clinton successfully lobbied all 50 Democrats for Obama’s version of such care 15 years later. Bill was impeached. Gore lost Florida, Kerry lost the ability to surrender in Iraq and Afghanistan after an international test, and the vaunted Clinton machine forgot to organize caucus states while winning consolation prize bitter clingers.

But we learned last month that Hoover/FDR length depressions are not a dis-qualifier for re-hire. No wonder even Newt Gingrich deems the woman Pat Moynihan loathed as a duplicitous liar to be unbeatable in 2016 by the GOP as presently constituted.

Will any former U.S. Senate colleague of the Secretary of State call on her to account for the blood on her hands? Will any block the nomination of the Genghis Kahn-pronunciation challenged?

God save the United States us from the United States Senate. Come to think of it, that’s where Obama came from…
