“Noise” must be eubonic-speak for “Bibi,” because the Israeli Prime Minister has of late publicly castigated Obama for continued failures to support Israel, and a strong anti-Iranian, position.

It would be a mitzvah if some Jews, disturbed at how Obama is treating Israel, would “make some noise” by sounding the shofar ouside the White House..
