		<description><![CDATA[I don&#039;t comment much on RS, generally more of a spectator enjoying the talent.  I&#039;ve believed for a long time that one of the major differences between a conservative and a liberal is the fact that, for a lib, the ends justify the means.  On the other hand, for a conservative, the means to the end is often just as important as the end.  It&#039;s called values and character.

So, they don&#039;t worry about us doing it, at least like BO.  I know, they screamed about W, but I truly believe his main goal was to protect the constitutional power of the exec branch, not advance himself politically.  And I&#039;m  not big fan of W, especially 2nd term..

Actually, much of what you list could be constitutionally done, since they would be moves concerning administrative rule making and actions vs. legislative override.  Anyhow, enjoyed your list very much.]]></description>
