True Conservative Meghan McCain Endorses Romney

As a Perry/Bachmann supporter, I was grieved to learn that Meghan McCain, has endorsed Mitt Romney. Damn. We were so close.  But do not fret Americans!  Other political novelties like John Edwards, Kumar of White Castle fame, rent-is-too-damn-high guy and joe-the-plumber have yet to endorse. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

    Dear Mobsters-for-money:

For over a month now, college students, the unemployed, homeless, anarchists, social misfits, liberals, democrats and socialists and young people looking to hook up and meet new friends, have joined all over the country to call for the tearing down of American capitalism with their blackberry’s and ipads.  The irony is lost on no one.  But please let me address a frustrating cardboard sign I keep seeing.  | Read More »

    The Libya Problem

Gaddafi is dead. He was dragged and shot in the head by his own subjects. Sic Semper Tyrranus. But what now? There is a real debate going on between the two political movements. On the right, conservatives are arguing that we should’ve acted wisely and that the devil we know may be better than the devil that we don’t. This isn’t a romanticized idea of | Read More »

Herman Cain is a pro-abort & thus, not our guy.

Herman Cain recently said to Piers Morgan that he would not “order people to get abortions” and that it was not the government’s role to get involved in protecting life.  Despite what Mitt Romney would have you believe, a pro-life candidate is a candidate that believes that we should protect all human life no matter the cause of his or her conception, that no life | Read More »

Evangelicals Will Not Be Behind Romney.

Mitt Romney is continuing to attempt to create an heir of inevitability in the republican presidential primary race.  But let us be clear, like it or not, the largest demographic in the republican party—Evangelical Christians, are not going to widely support Romney.  I am sure people will comment that, “I am an evangelical and I will vote for Romney because nothing is worst than another | Read More »

Conservatives rise from the dead in last night’s debate.

Last night, CNN, once again, put on a great debate.  Anderson Cooper wasn’t quite as good as Wolf Blitzer last time, but overall we learned more about the candidates than we knew at the beginning of the night.  Here are the fifteen greatest or most important moments from last night’s debate. 15.) Herman Cain still sounded strong and presidential when he told NYC’s Mob-for-Money that | Read More »

Dear Manchin, Nelson & Casey: The Pro-life movement is coming for your seats.

Yesterday, Republicans passed a pro-life bill that could have a minor impact in limiting Obamacare abortions, if it weren’t for President Obama and Senate Dems.  This comes back to the issue of not whether abortion is right or wrong, but whether taxpayers should be funding it.  This should be a no-brainer for “Pro-life” democrats, Joe Manchin (D-WV), Ben Nelson (D-NB) & Bob Casey (D-PA) to | Read More »

Help Take Back the Virginia Senate in 3 weeks!

The Virginia Political Scene. No one can forget the elation we felt after the election of Governor Bob McDonnell in Virginia and Chris Christie in New Jersey in 2009, following President Obama’s overwhelming electoral victory to the White House in 2008.  Since then, republicans in this swing state (Commonwealth) of Virginia, have controlled the state House of Delegates as well as the Governor’s mansion.  However, | Read More »

Romney Lies His Way to Another Debate Victory, But there is still hope of beating him…

Last night we endured another excruciating train wreck on through the Bloomberg debate.  It was an additional republican presidential primary debate full of bad positions, poor debaters, vapid arguments and cheesy one-liners.  Mitt Romney, the republican with a record to the left of Democrat Senators and Former Governors, Joe Manchin (WV), Bob Casey (PA) and Mark Warner (VA), continued to solidify his lead as frontrunner | Read More »

In Virginia, we can do better than George Allen with Jaime Radtke.

Former Governor George Allen has all but assumed that republicans want him to be our nominee in 2012 for the open U.S. Senate Seat here in Virginia.  To be sure, many establishment types do want more Allen.  He is Mitch McConnell 2.0, he is a Charlie Crist-consensus-candidate, and unfortunately, he is what the tea party grew in opposition to. Allen has proven to be a | Read More »
