As much as beltway insiders would love a heavyweight bout between George Allen and Tim Kaine, the tea party, grassroots movement in Virginia must remember that Jim DeMint still needs more backup in the Senate. Former Governor George Allen has all but assumed that republicans want him to be our nominee in 2012 for the open U.S. Senate Seat here in Virginia.
