Obama: I Want Harry Reid To Lose

At least that’s what he seems to be saying:

The White House is about to make another big gesture demonstrating its support for Senator Harry Reid, the majority leader under fire for remarks he made about President Obama’s race.

In February, Mr. Obama will head to Nevada to appear with Mr. Reid, who is facing a tough reelection battle there, aides said today.

After all, everyone ELSE he’s campaigned for has lost-perhaps this is how he gets even with Reid for ruining his Presidency…and destroying that ever-elusive legacy all Presidents work their entire term(s) trying to establish.

What better way to get Reid gone…look like he was trying to help…and move forward with the rest of his term having some modicum of hope that he’ll get something, anything, accomplished before he’s forced into retirement. If luck has any interest in living on our side of the aisle, perhaps he’ll campaign for Pelosi as well.

We can only hope.

It seems that everytime they let Obama out of the White House to campaign, another Democratic candidate ends up short a liver and a glass of chiati.

Maybe they should put Obama in a glass cage and only let his out if he’s chained to a dolly with a Hannibel Lechter mask. This guy ia a one-man wrecking crew for Democrats. And, the funny thing, they STILL don’t see it. I wonder how many Democratic candidates will end up under his bus before they notice?

“Yeah? Well, my barber says to beware of a guy with a Marxist dialect bearing gifts.”

Having Obama endorse your political aspirations is about as helpful as an endorsement from the KKK.

Obama is batting 0 for 3 as a co-campainger and his signature political issue has just gone up in flames along with a huge expenditure of wasted political capital for every Democrat who took tough votes in favor of it.

If I were a Democrat running for re-election I would be regarding him as political kryptonite.

Once he got done with his campaign visit to Copenhagen, the Olympic committee felt such revulsion, they elimiated Chicago in the prelimary voting. A slap-down just like in Massachusetts.

…combined with the lifetime commitment of a True Believer. Just last week ObamaCare was “a fight I’m willing to have”, and UNBELIEVABLY he just used the same language today regarding the big bad banks.

Right after getting his a** handed to him on ObamaCare.

    It’s probably TOTUS’ fault.

  • RedBeard

No, really, you’re right on track. You keep on doing things exactly as you have been. Do not deviate. Go for it. I’ll stand over here and cheer you on.

Now get out there and win one for Saul “The Gipper” Alinsky!

Hmm, maybe we can convince Obama that his ‘presence’ is needed in the home state of every Dem who’s head is on the chopping block in November.

    • mikedaire

I hope Obama comes to my home state of PA and campaigns for Specter. Toomey will make a fine senator.

please don’t go to Haiti, Barry.

your only term in office expires, then by all means go to Haiti. It is probably the closest we citizens of the USA will allow him to come to our country.

I mean, if the White House offers to come campaign for you, are you going to say “no”? Especially this White House?

It’s great. He’s the albatross that you can’t refuse to hang around your own neck. If you’re a Dem, that is.

    suckers.

    • clintonformccain

Wouldn’t telling Obama no to a campaign appearance be something like telling the Mafia boss you aren’t interested in paying “protection” money?

    • tankertodd

The next point of glee for us will be when Democrat candidates do to Obama what many Republicans did to Bush – tell him “thanks but no thanks. You will draw votes for my opponent if you come.”

Reid’s so done at this point it doesn’t matter. It’s like he doesn’t want to be re-elected.

      • Crowe

        It’s opportunity costs.

I mean, Obama could go campaign for a candidate who actually has a chance at reelection and summarily end their chance of winning, but by boarding the already-sinking dingy SS Reid, Obama can’t go blast holes in any other Dem hulls… Maybe we should try to get the WH to give up on Reid and spend their time, erm, bolstering the chances of other candidates…

Bush understood politics and took it like a man.

The Narcissist in Chief, I expect, will react differently.

“Don’t think we’re not keeping track, buddy.”

    1. He is light skinned.

    2. He will only use his Negro dialect in front of predominantly African American audiences.

    3. Maybe he can explain to all those hotel workers what the hell he was thinking when he attacked people for “flying off to Vegas”.

district is most of San Francisco (Helloooo Sailor!! If you know what I mean) so she’s probably safe unless she were to vote for a gay marriage BAN or bring Sarah Palin to speak. These are the people who were looking for Obama no matter what he does. (it’s all the racist, red-neck, tea-bagger conservative Republicans that are at fault you know. Bush did it/didn’t do it/did the wrong thing/left the mess/caused Katrina and the levees to break and made an earthquake happen in Haiti cause he hates black people and now Obama has to clean up the mess. {spit} When will that man own up and actually take responsibility? Oh, that’s right, He never has so far. Why should he start now?)

come down here and help out Congresswoman Kathy Castor D-FL. She would love for you to visit several times before November to help her re-election campaign. I would consider it a huge favor!
