Rush has spent almost an hour talking about Delaware Senate race. I love his passion. He tore a new one to Karl and did not hold back. He is totally right on the central issue for this transformational election of 2010. Senate majority with RINOs will bring us a defeat in 2 election cycles. If as the so called “Pundits” think that Chirstine will not win the election in November, so be it. But I think we the conservatives-Tea Party activists will prove them wrong.

Where can we follow the election results today?
Fellow Red Staters,
Does anyone know where you can follow the election results of SC, UT, and other primaries?
Obama turns on glamour for Mexico state dinner
In these days of nearly 17.5% unemployment, no job growth and loss of more than 4.5 million jobs, soaring deficits of Trillions of dollars do we want our money spent on lavish and glamorous State dinners?
I think Barak Hussein Obama and Michelle Obama are enjoying too much of the trappings and perks of the office. As taxpayers we do want our Chief Executive to have a certain standard which all Presidents enjoy such as a 747 Airforce One, Free Housing and all maids and servants paid for, but I think these times call for judicious use of tax payer dollars even for entertaining Foreign heads of State. When the White House only allows a reporter for few minutes to see the lavish arrangements for the State dinner and reports of
“The marquee, the size of two-thirds of a football field, decked out in elaborate black decor and nightclub-style lighting, featured a stage and baskets of flowers and models of Monarch butterflies dangling from the ceiling. The Monarch butterfly migrates from Canada, across the United States each year to Calderon’s home state of Michoacan in Mexico.”
In my opinion this is truly offensive to all those unemployed surviving on low unemployment benefits and food stamps.
Call to Action to All Republican Senators to deny Kagan
John Gizzi in Human Events Daily Events has an excellent article on a 6 point plan to stop the nomination of Elena Kagan for the life time appointment to the Supreme Court by Mike Hammond.
http://www.humanevents.com/article.php?id=36957
Here is the 6 points:
1. Oppose Cloture on Anything—“The Way We Did in 1990”
2. End Business As Usual—“Obama is Not FDR”
3. Recognize Kagan Could Be Deciding Vote on Obamacare
4. Make Solomon Amendment Opposition A Key Issue
5. Bring to Life Kagan’s Goldman-Sachs Connection
6. Use Rules to the Greatest Advantage Possible
Warning to all Republican Senators: Don’t drop the Ball on this one like you did on the Healthcare. Lifetime appointment will allow Obama to leave his legacy beyond his terms with a 50 year nominee who can become one day the chief justice of US. I urge all members on RS to start a campaign to call their senators and give them fair warning. Unfortunately in my home state of California, I do not have any Republican senators to call.
Should GOP delay SCOTUS nomination to replace Justice Stevens beyond Nov. Election? I say Yes.
Since the SCOTUS appointment is a life time appointment and considering that BO will appoint a most radical person to raplace the retiring Justice Stevens, I think GOP should delay and use every parliamentary maneuvers at its disposal. In light of how they have ram roded the HC Bill many Senators and Congressmen had promised all out legislative war on all new policy initiatives and new appointments requiring Senate approval. I think this appointment is one of the most everlasting legacy of any president and we do want to stop his radical changes to our country. Here is our opportunity to stop them by not letting the Senate majority to steam roll GOP minority to get the nomination through the confirmation process and new justice take the seat at the new October session. I remember how Pat Leahy and his cohorts Borked so many Bush 43rd’s appointments. BO voted against Chief Justice Roberts as well as Alito. Why shoud we make it easier for them? I say use every mean possible and delay till we get the majority in new session. Its time to declare all out political war on Democrats for the imposition of their radical agenda.
Scott Brown v/s Martha Coakley C Span debate
I saw part of the debate on C Span this evening. I thought Scott Brown knocked it out of the park and constantly hammer her on her tax and spend on Cap and Trade (tax) or Health Care, cutting $500 billion from Medicare, KSM trial in NYC and its cost of $500 million etc.
In my opinion he clearly won the debate hands down. I think he did help his chances on next Tuesday. What do you think?
I read here earlier that he aslo was able to raise 750K in or more in a day. Juliani and Newt are going to speak and campaign for him in the next few days.
Ultimate Irony
Wouldn’t it be the ultimate irony and revenge if Teddy Kennedy’s Senate seat is captured by a Republican who provides the 41st vote for the filibuster and defeat the “Health Care Takeover” by the Federal Govt.
Teddy Kennedy’s life long dream of Nationalizing health care and a single payer system going up in smoke. I would like nothing better. It will be interesting tomorrow morning when Rasmussen Poll comes out.
Just heard on John Bachelor show that Mass has 2.5 million Independent, 1.5 Million Democrats and .5 million Republicans. However the Independents are fiscally conservative and socially moderate or libertarian. The polling shows Independents are breaking for Scott Brown.
If the Mass Secy of State refuses to certify the election if Scott Brown wins, so the Paul Kirk can provide the 60th vote, is there any legal remedy?
