Answering ABC’s Jake Tapper’s question of when life begins, Gingrich said this:

“Well, I think the question of being implanted is a very big question. My friends who have ideological positions that sound good don’t then follow through the logic of: ‘So how many additional potential lives are they talking about? What are they going to do as a practical matter to make this real?’ I think that if you take a position when a woman has fertilized egg and that’s been successfully implanted that now you’re dealing with life. because otherwise you’re going to open up an extraordinary range of very difficult questions.”

Newt was right. The questions that arise are glossed over in the term ‘fertilized’. If an egg is not fertilized then it is just a part of the mother and is absorbed. But if it is fertiziled, a new life exists and the questions are then answered by its implantation as a separate entity to the source of its existence. It is half mom and a little bit dad. That makes a new life.

If Newt had said that life begins at conception, he would have to amend it to be a new life since life already existed in the mom’s egg and the dad’s sperm cell. The mixing of the two, if it happens, can then, in today’s accepted and commercially available technology, be identify only by measuring hormones or taking scans. What is the time between conception and implantation? Then the questions begin.

So much, that the Dictionary even puts them together.

But one happens before the other and if the other does not happen, the one was never a new life to begin with. Things just didn’t work out. They didn’t hit it off. Sometimes you just gotta move on.

This mixing of two completely different things into one definition is not alone. The right to choose is a right of God. It is what that self-aware brain of yours results in. I. I want. I select. I choose.

That is not at all the same topic as abortion and whether a life should be allowed to have one, yet the right to life is pitted against the right to choose. You have the right to choose anything at all that is just you. But you do not have the right to take that right away from any other new life. By aborting a fertilized egg, that has attached itself to the host mother you are disrespecting life by not permitting it to have rights of its own. But aborting before the moment of being fertilized, is not ending a new life. None was there to begin with.

Both of these joinders of mismatched arguments are the result of a fundamental lack of understanding how everything works. If life did not already exist in both parents, there could be no new life. No conception at the moment of the creation of a new life. No implanting possible. And we are all going to die. It is just a matter of whether we will have had a chance to have a life, or to live a life or whether we would not, in various degrees of experience.

That lack of understanding has a lot to do with the way we think as a species. Every few years or so (give or take a century or so) the dominant sense changes with our species. So far, we have lucked out. Each change in sense dominance has created a new level of art, a new level of invention, a new level of advancement, but not this time. The final moments of the industrial revolution are being used up in making visual things special and ushering in its own demise.

We are passing out of the industrial revolution and into the age of cannablism. With a brain that gives us self-awareness and the choice of whether to choose or to be led, the entire planet of humans is gravitating toward a fully visual based species. Aural based thought is ridiculed by visual based, through hell bent on defending the image. What had transpired from one degree of creativity to another has reached the point where this change in species sense dominance will result in cannablism. Not the eat the raw flesh version. The kill each other through repression and conquest version. It has worked in the past to reduce the population, but now we have the technology, we have the ability, we have the wherewithall to admit that the population doesn’t need thinning. We can live as a single species, if we understand the same fundamental truths.

Gingrich had to clarify his statement by underscoring his support of the right to life, but his original answer was his interpretation. “Well, I think the question of being implanted is a very big question.” It was a self asked question shown with “?!?!?” in writing. The author just forgot or something. Gingrich wasn’t defining when the moment of life begins, even though that was the question, he was explaining his thoughts about how to define when life begins. People don’t read the context, let alone understand the comment.

Gingrich’s meter is an excellent way to settle the question of when life begins. It begins sometime prior to implantation because implanation is proof there is a new life. The visual thinker will grasp that, it can be seen in a test result.

A visual society tends to react more than an aural society. It finds solutions to the reaction and often ignores the cause (it innovates based on existing knowledge), which tends to keep people effected by it. An aural society pro acts more than a visual society. It seeks problems for things that have not yet happened (it invents) and evaluates the potential after effects. It solves problems by stopping the cause before the problem even arises. It leads to preemptive strikes and listening to one’s own conscience and better judgement. Having a faith to fall back on gives the strength to keep doing that.

As our planet becomes more visually dominate, the music becomes more redundant, less creative and more drone. The people follow what they see the most of. All it takes is one person to start a riot and one person to join right in there. The rest is reactionay visual thought. We are headed to a time in the near future where aural thought we be almost nill, and that will start the self absorption of the species. It will implode as it has already started to do.

Other species deal with it by reaching back behind, grabbing a hand full and throwing crap. We react to it by shooting each other. We are being each other’s brother and keeper to the point of smothering the other. Cannibalism in a visual world. We just think its virtual because we see it. Aural thinkers have been enjoying music as the virtual reality it is long before visual thinkers had TV’s and computer monitors to turn it in a sound track.

If you want to make a point to someone, do it With class, not your ass.

Whether that egg implanted and detected by Gingrich’s meter is male or female will be determined by the only soure of variable. The father. Today we can determine when new life starts showing off, and until we can determine when a new life has begin Gingrich’s meter will do.

It would be a good start in stemming the rise of the visual world and starting to give respect to the very foundation of humanity. It’s life.

From the mother and the father, comes one, that is both but neither. It is born with the right to choose. It’s living gives it the ability to do so. That is the way everything is.

The only thing that concerns me about ol’ Newt, is his rather frequest tendency to answer a question by offering one of his thoughts about it, instead of just answering the question. But he can learn.

We can all learn. If we all were to learn how it all works, we would be able to determine the exact moment a new life exists. Oh wait, we can, and from it can come others learning of the respect life deserves.

We all die. We will all die. When we die should be a matter of how long we can live. Capital punishment is not punishment at all. I’d rather see someone who has lost the right to live his life his way, spend the rest of it in solitary confinement, complete with TV and books, and abolish capital punishment. At least they would suffer the solitude instead of being sent directly to a judgement that matters.

Everything happens in the same way. An equation that explains it all.

That equation was used to reach into the other frequencies of the spectrum of life and process data with it. It was used to develope software of thinking and memory recall processes in a search engine. It is ready to develop a lot more, including a Life Ring. Licensed to jewelers and manufacturers for retail sale it would be fed the frequency of the mother and the frequency of the father and know what frequency to look for in a child and when that frequency was present in the same space as the mother, a pregnancy has begun because a new life has begun.

It can be used to replace the friction of electrical data transmission. It can be used to replace wireless communication and scanning frequencies and it can be used to remove disease and obnoxious cells.

But Newt doesn’t know there’s a way to prove a new life exists, other than the one he could think of. If he knew the truth, if the species knew the truth we could stop the overtaking of all lives by the ignorance and opportunism of a few. We could change the way humans interact. We could cool the species down. We could survive.

On this Fourth of July holiday weekend, it is only fitting that something be presented to offer hope to a people who have little of it. All we’ve seen is change and not in a good direction.

States are shutting down. State workers are getting laid off. Welcome government workers to the world the rest of us live in.

So far in this Administration, government has managed to destroy this nation’s economy and turn otherwise proud and honorable people into victims who can’t find work, who can’t stay cool in the long hotter than normal it seems, summer.

It is time someone, some Hollywood type who calls for social justice, who devotes hours and money to causes intent on making the safety net, a nationwide baby crib; puts the safety net where their mouth is.

People who have already lost their homes, lost their sources of income, gone without food, lost a car or a motorcycle, kept their children in the same clothes too long, should have had a social safety net. People who lose for no fault of their own, at the hands of a socialist nightmare should have a social safety net. Not a hand out. Not welfare. Something honorable.

A few years back, while I and my wife Suesie were spending a quiet Arizona winter evening outside: we pondered just in the ‘what if’ department, about what we could do with the winnings we would have from the law suit I had filed in 2004. So much for that when it was sealed. But nonetheless, our conversation that evening resulted in ‘Honors’.

‘Honors’ was a program to be run by a tax exempt charity that provided housing in various cities across the nation for people who had just lost their homes. When the family quarters were empty we planned to allow less fortunate tenants. ‘Honors’ also contained a cafeteria where residents and visitors alike could eat on the honor system. If they had the money, the would pay. If they did not have the money, they would not have to pay. If they did have the money and still ate free, they would not be allowed to eat again. In any case, the meal prices would be at cost.

‘Honors’ was an idea to help, but it was not a safety net. It was too concentrated, too rigid, and so last century. It was not participation. It was not a community. It was not social at all.

This is where the part happens, where the private sector solution to victims of social engineering and social justice can find relief. And become part of the solution. Retain their HONOR and not be forgotten or forsaken by their peers.

This is the part the government’s safety net cannot compete. There is where private involvement, with a tax incentive purpose can create something grand for each other. But it will take money to do. Allow me to state immediately that I am not seeking funding for this organization. I am seeking people who want to seek funding for this organization. I am appealing to their love of mankind. I am appealing to their guilt of supporting the poor, even the recent poor by providing a way to do it with just enough personal incentive to make it a community of like minded people, none of which has anything at all to do with politics.

The Internet is about the only place this could even happen on the scale it would become.

Allow me to explain The Social Net.

Government safety net programs have restrictions that keep deserving people out of assistance when they need it the most, and incentives for hustlers and abusers to take part in system they would not qualify for if one of the rules had included the end of benefits in concrete. Without an end, it is human nature to keep going, to keep doing what one does to survive. It is a spawning ground for confidence artists, thieves and cheats. (For any Progressive readers, that means people are held accountable for their own actions, its a Conservative thing.)

Membership in The Social Net is free. Any member can donate to The Social Net, easily on line. Any member can designate a portion (or all) of their donation to personal use. Any member who leaves that donation for the whole year can write it off on their income taxes, as the part of the donation not attributed to personal use is a direct paid contribution. But if during the year the member used The Social Net card, (most logical connection: to be Sponsored by the big hearts at PayPal,) the amount donated would be reduced. If anyone uses The Social Net card to pay for an approved service or product or bill payment, and the amount is greater than what they had contributed, The Social Net would cover that cost, within the available funds at the time.

That service results in a social solution (housed in a true social network community environment) through public tax incentives to provide the social net from:

Catastrophic injury, emergency room visits (approved procedures) not covered by insurance; Food up to a maximum per week , for a limited time; utility bill payments paid directly to the provider; cost of emergency housing for a limited time, home mortgage payment for one month, repair bills for covered major appliances (especially Air Conditioning, because as I write this, we have not had AC in Arizona in July since sometime in the middle of last night. That following a transformer catching on fire and knocking all electricity off a good part of yesterday. The AC toasted following a series of days where near brownouts would occur, dropping the voltage to the box outside and most probably breaking down some capacitor, but alas)… the cost of prescription medication and many more. All of them requiring the member to not be able to pay them directly, which is part of the membership approval process to find out.

Since The Social Network card is not a debit card, transactions through (yes, because its so obvious) Paypal would not be cash transactions. They would be record keeping.

And oh, Democrats: go ahead and tax those filthy rich peoples all you want. It will be more incentive for them to have a tax write off that helps people directly for the damage your party and your President have wreaked upon this nation.

Join The Social Net and your safety is assured, with no insurance. Prepaid coverage if you’d like, where the amount of tax write off you have is determined by how much you have remaining at the end of the year.

No one would be ashamed to use The Social Net card, as no one would know if they were not a contributor. A card with only a number, not a name. Cards reported stolen or lost would be instantly deactivated.

This kind of organization could be for profit if it charged a processing fee for each membership. $25.00 fee with all proceeds of donations going to needy people. No ponzi-scheme as a member’s donation (not attributed to a direct donation) remains their money until the end of the tax year and it is put to get use in the mean time. At no time would the organization provide benefits above what amounts had been designated for direct donation, unless it was for personal use and that would be paid from the prepaid open donation.

That designation would be the amount able to be provided as benefits and a known tax exemption for the donor. Whatever is left in the donation account becomes a permanent donation at the end of the tax year.

Or it could be run as a not for profit 501-C type animal. Which would require one of those Hollywood types to literally put their money where their mouth is and join The Social Net to contribute sufficient designated capital to fund its creation, operation and marketing as a dedicated donation.

Everyone in the United States could become a member just by signing up. Anyone could use the system as a prepaid medical intent. Anyone could use the system as a prepaid major repair intent. Anyone could use the system as a stockpile of food in unexpected hard times. There are others. And anyone can use the system to catch them when they fall; to keep them afloat while the row; to let them have their carrot and eat it too. Incentive to not only get back on their feet, but to want pay it forward by donating when they could.

Companies could join and provide The Social Net card to their employees, which will go a long way to make up for the disaster this Administration is turning employer sponsored health care into.

So, is there anyone who cares enough about his fellow man, who has the capital, or the knowledge of people who have the capital, to take this model, and run with it?

No, I am not asking for money. I am giving an idea away to help people deal with what the real result of social justice and corruption is. Not assigning responsibility to the responsible: degrades all responsibility and results in chaos. Doing it for power and reach is far greater an offense to the people, than incompetence would have been.

Well I just sorta figured that if I can’t fund a company again (it was funded before, don’t get me wrong) the next big thing should just be given away. So there you go.

The Internet to the rescue with a site that facilitates solutions to real world people problems, instantly. (Government workers, it isn’t your fault that the term ‘instantly’ is not used where you used to work. The Social Net member would not be restricted to a preset cost for a doctor visit, or a medication. The market takes care of that on its own: (that’s another Conservative thing.)

If it were my direction, I’d pick the 501-C animal model and not charge for membership applications. It would open the door to the truly needy. The ones who’s lives have been turned upside down and nearly destroyed by reckless attacks on the very fiber of this nation’s economic engine.

It is time the people become one agreeable community. All setting the goal of helping each other back onto their feet, as one person’s crisis now, could very well be another person’s crisis later.

But it will take someone or something else to do it.

The idea is there; with actually doing something important to help save our neighbors because we are theirs.

The concept is there; with actually doing something important to help save our neighbors without political argument.

The business model is there; with actually doing something important to help save each other.

Who will be there to allow doing something important at all?

Today, Dear Leader Obama wrote a letter to congress in which he told them, flat out, that he is now the judge of what is or is not a matter for congress.

He alone is the judge as to what is and is not a constitutional requirement of his branch.

He and he alone is now the one person in this country that can rule everyone with a stroke of a pen, and even has the guts to inform congress of his take over.

President Barack Hussein Obama now has dictatorial powers.

His telling congress that the War Powers Act is not relevant, UNLESS HE SAYS IT IS, is the final straw.

Just a few days ago, Obama ORDERED ISRAEL to give up land it rightfully owns, in order for them to be better reached targets by the Muslim Caliphate.

Today he told Congress to go to hell.

Congress? Do you have the balls to impeach this man BEFORE ITS COMPLETELY TOO LATE?

His letter to congress refusing to ask their permission to stay in the action in Libya is an admission of a dictatorial action, to seize power without Constitutional authority JUST BECAUSE HE SAYS SO.

Shaun Donovan, Secretary of the U.S. Housing and Urban Development Department, writing in the Shreveport Times, way back in March; focused on her passion from Obama’s Winning The Future (™) speech.

President Obama has made clear there is no greater economic policy than one that invests in our children’s future and helps America out-educate the world. That’s impossible if we leave a generation of children behind in our poorest neighborhoods.

Today, more than 10 million people live in neighborhoods surrounded by disinvestment, failing schools, troubled housing and little opportunity. Research shows one of the most important factors in determining whether children will do better financially than their parents is whether they grow up in a high-poverty neighborhood

The Energy Collective took the point of Obama’s speech:

“The first step in winning the future is encouraging American innovation. … We’ll invest in biomedical research, information technology, and especially clean energy technology, an investment that will strengthen our security, protect our planet, and create countless new jobs for our people.”
With those remarks at the heart of his State of the Union address – and a 2012 Budget proposal to back them up – President Obama drew a line in the sand and articulated a vision of American economic renewal fueled by key investments in the kind of public-private partnership that brought us the railroads and jet aviation, microchips and the Internet, countless biomedical breakthroughs and a portfolio of clean energy alternatives.

As we wrote in January, “Obama’s [State of the Union address] was a rejection of proposals to cut federal spending across the board, as he finally made the case before the American people about why public support for innovation is critical for the country’s long-term prosperity.”

It was a plan to “win the future” and restore American prosperity that embraced the crucial distinction between government spending – consumptive, transitory, and sometimes even wasteful – and public investment – that small portion of our federal budget that catalyzes the enduring innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic growth that makes this nation strong. We hailed the speech as “Obama’s breakthrough” moment.

But that was January…

They proceed to blame Republican cuts to the budget for the nation’s woes in Winning the Future™.

Edward H. Crane, founder and president of the Cato Institute, writing in the Washington Times: wonders who’s future Obama wants to win.

The theme of President Obama’s State of the Union address was “Winning the Future.” It is a theme he continues to tout and one that may well make its way to Election Day 2012. Presumably it was vetted thoroughly by White House wordsmiths and strategists (although apparently overlooked was the fact that its initials are commonly used to express profane incredulity). Regardless, it is a revealing theme that should represent a philosophical flash point between partisan philosophies. Would that it did.

It is a theme that is shorthand for the Democrats’ notion that America is some kind of team – that we are all in this together, sharing some goal toward which we must strive (together) in order to win. Alas, too many in the GOP see nothing wrong with this construction. Indeed, Mr. Obama stole the phrase from none other than Newt Gingrich, noted ethanol champion and soon-to-be presidential candidate. His 2005 book is titled “Winning the Future.” And the neoconservatives are forever clamoring for “national greatness,” the concept according to which all Americans should sacrifice for some shared national goal.

Perspective aside, the real problem is: Winning the Future™ is not possible, when those attempting to do so: are STUCK IN THE PAST.

When Obama listed “biomedical research, information technology, and especially clean energy technology” he did so under the guise of innovation. I’ve written before about what innovation actually is in: Rejecting The President’s Call for American Innovation. Invention instead!

Biomedical Research

The mind set that biology is chemical, translates to chemical treatments. Wouldn’t the future hold something better than a rehash of the past? Why does a medical treatment have to be a chemical one?

Information Technology

Coined in 1958 in the Harvard Business Review, this over compassing phrase centers around digital processing. Why?

Clean Energy Technology

While there is no standard definition of “clean technology,” it has been described by Clean Edge, a clean-tech research firm, as “a diverse range of products, services, and processes that harness renewable materials and energy sources, dramatically reduce the use of natural resources, and cut or eliminate emissions and wastes.” It notes that “Clean technologies are competitive with, if not superior to, their conventional counterparts. Many also offer significant additional benefits, notably their ability to improve the lives of those in both developed and developing countries”

What is not part of the offered definition, is what it is all for. It is all for: making electricity. Why?

Chemicals, digital boolean logic and electricity are all things that are relatively new, yet they dominate research in all three fields. They dominate so much in fact, that any theory or demonstration, no matter how profound is ridiculed and dismissed as impossible.

People are like that.

Homeopathic medicine is met with disdain by the medical community. There’s little money in it for the established collective.

The only alternative (known) to the digital albatross is analog and that is ‘so last century’ to most information technology researchers.

The very thought of something other than electricity to power appliances and industry is so foreign to conventional ‘innovative’ thinkers that it is deemed to not exist, even if a demonstration is presented to the contrary.

So it is no wonder there is so little interest from investors in really Winning The Future (™) with new things: things that are not old things; things that are not normal; things that are truly groundbreaking.

And here’s the problem:

In 2010, Technology Review, MIT’s magazine of innovation (quoted from here since they charge money to read fiction) offered the following list of “Ten technologies that will change the world”. See if you can find anything really new here (I don’t mean innovative) and ask yourself, just how much would any of these change the world?:

•Solar fuel. Joule Biotechnologies’ Noubar Afeyan has created genetically engineered microörganisms that can turn sunlight into ethanol or diesel – a feat that could allow biofuels to compete with fossil fuels on both cost and scale.

To make good ol’ electricity. Changes nothing.

•Mobile 3-D. Recent box-office hits like Avatar and Up have added to the growing popularity of 3-D movies. Julien Flack of Dynamic Digital Depth is leading the charge to take 3-D mainstream not only on TVs, but also smart phones and mobile devices, through a technology that can convert existing 2-D content to 3-D on the fly.

To make fun more distressing on the eyes. Changes nothing.

•Dual-action antibodies. Genentech’s Germaine Fuh has found a promising way to fight conditions like cancer and AIDs through dual-action antibodies that give patients two drugs for the price of one, offering the promise of drugs that work better and cost less.

To make side-effects twice as intrusive. Changes nothing.

•Real-time search. Amit Singhal is leading Google’s quest to mine social networks for up-to-the-second search results that offer the same relevance and quality of traditional Web searches.

To make the process of providing you with a giant list of things to manually search just faster. Changes nothing.

•Light-trapping photovoltaics. By depositing nanoparticles of silver on the surface of a thin-film cell, Kylie Catchpole of the Australian National University has found a way to boost the cells’ efficiency – an advance that could help make solar power more competitive with fossil fuels.

To make good ol’ electricity. Changes nothing.

•Engineered stem cells. James Thomson of Cellular Dynamics and the University of Wisconsin has potentially revolutionized the way we screen drugs and study disease by providing a way to make – in the test tube – any kind of cell from patients with different diseases.

To make watching side-effects take their toll with chemical treatments easier. Changes nothing.

•Social TV. People are already trying to combine their social networks with TV, using laptops and smart phones to comment on live events like the Oscars or the Olympics. MIT’s Marie-José Montpetit is working on social TV – a way to seamlessly combine the active experience of social networks with the more passive experience of traditional TV viewing.

To make the social experience more fun and more dependent on other gadgets. Changes nothing.

•Green concrete. The production of cement is responsible for about 5 percent of global carbon emissions. Novacem’s Nikolaos Vlasopoulos has created a cement that is a carbon “sink” rather than a source. His innovation could greatly reduce the global carbon emissions that result from cement production.

•Implantable electronics. Tufts University’s Fiorenzo Omenetto is developing implantable electronic devices that can be used to deliver drugs, stimulate nerves, monitor biomarkers, and more. And once they’ve done their job, they almost completely dissolve away.

•Cloud programming. Did you see a completely new thing? NO YOU DID NOT!

When Obama called for ‘innovation’ he wasn’t thinking about ‘new’. He was thinking about how existing things could be made better. That is small thinking!

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s MIT School of Engineering’s Lemelson-MIT Program defines “Technological Invention” as:

Technological invention is the process of devising and producing — by independent investigation, experimentation, and mental activity — something that is useful and that was not previously known or existing.

Technological invention involves advances in the art and science of creatively applying knowledge for use in non-routine problem solving or new opportunity creation. This form of invention results in a wide range of outputs (i.e., new technological products or processes) that can have a positive impact upon human development. Invention is the “wellspring” of innovation; the latter often serves as a conduit for inventions to achieve social benefit.

Technological invention often involves crossing boundaries or past practice and convention, tying together academic disciplines in unexpected ways, redefining not only means but also often the problem itself, and challenging entrenched beliefs about the limits of the possible.

Investors do not. (I know from experience, and have yet to find a qualified investor who ‘gets it’.)

Winning the Future™ is NOT going to happen with technology stuck in the past. It can only happen with true and unique and completely new technologies that surpass the archaic use of what people have come to accept as all there is.

For Shaun Donovan to realize the end of “failing schools, troubled housing and little opportunity”, completely new, must overcome normal accepted laziness. Investors simply must take the real chance to invest in technologies that are not currently accepted or widely known. Government (especially The Advanced Research Projects Agency of the Pentagon (DARPA)) must stop funding things like plants that take hours to identify explosives in the hopes that someday they could do so in minutes (while no one is thinking of how a plant is going to tell anyone about that.) Researchers have to stop living up to the literal meaning of the term and start SEARCHING ANEW instead. People are going to have to stop thinking that only Universities and highly funded programs result in new things. The greatest breakthroughs happen in garages, basements and bedrooms (converted for other uses). They do NOT HAPPEN in laboratories fully funded and grounded in the past, unless it is by error, mistake or happenstance.

Even MIT’s Lemelson-MIT Program claims invention comes from “independent investigation, experimentation, and mental activity”. Yet investors, government grant programs and even those interested in the topic judge something new by its source, and that is normal.

True solutions to “biomedical research, information technology, and especially clean energy technology” that will result in the real future, real new industries, real new jobs, and the real potential of human endeavor and knowledge, could be patiently waiting on a visionary investor.

Are we really willing to fore-go the FUTURE, while we bask in the normal of what we already know?

Winning the Future™ CANNOT HAPPEN when we are Stuck In The Past.

The story Beck weaves is one of Google deeply involved in domestic spying, with deep intelligence connections to factions within the intel community. It is a story of Google’s activism, both in cash and deeds as their recently resigned head honcho is quoted as praising the efforts of a Google employee to help bring down the Egyptian government and Hosni Mubarak. But that is not all Google has been involved in that, in Becks words constitutes, an attempt to overthrow a nation:

Mark Yannone was a Libertarian congressional candidate in Arizona in 2004. He took it upon himself to launch an investigation of Google’s acting on behalf of someone in the government (or connected to it through board membership [was the library of congress computer comfortable?]) to censor information that exposed the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). His work led to further investigation and is used in the coming book Roll Over Martin. Mark died in his home, “in his sleep” on 17 July 2009. He was a great guy and a complete PATRIOT!

On March 24 2004 Google News indexed the Phoenix news site http://www.phxnews.com as it does everyday. Google picked up a story posted at 1:36 pm MST at http://www.phxnews.com about an investigation into corruption within the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. “Investigation Proves Federal Felonies By EEOC In Government Reverse Discrimination Case.”

“I first heard about it from Ernest Hancock, host of Declare Your Independence With Ernest Hancock, a blockbuster libertarian radio talk show on KFNX 1100 AM in Phoenix, Arizona.” Said Mark Yannone, the Libertarian candidate for the US House of Representatives in Arizona’s Congressional District 3. “Being fully aware of the power and coerciveness of the federal government, Ernie immediately jumped on this story and distributed it to all of his news update subscribers.”

The news story was transmitted by Google to subscribers of Google’s News Alert service within hours of its being ‘indexed’.

The Google News Alert for “eeoc” reported the indexing of the http://www.phxnews.com story at 2:34PM as “INVESTIGATION Proves Federal Felonies By EEOC In Government … PHXNews – Phoenix,AZ,United States … be called “THE WORST CASE OF FEDERALLY SPONSORED REVERSE DISCRIMINATION EVER PROVEN”, a complete report has been published detailing the illegality of EEOC … http://www.phxnews.com/fullstory.php?article=10282″

The story was also distributed through faxes to major news organizations, the Senate leadership and EEOC regional offices.

That afternoon, EEOC offices from across the country visited http://www.rollovermartin.com where the investigation is posted.

EEOC ‘hits’ continued into March 25 when at 10:48AM they abruptly stopped. Scores of universities, businesses and private access accounts continued to view http://www.rollovermartin.com.

At 12:30PM on March 25 Lee Kent Hempfling, author of the investigation and victim of a series of EEOC crimes, entered the search term ‘federal felonies eeoc’ into Google’s News engine and the story was gone.

A press release was transmitted via fax to news organizations, Senate leadership and the Washington D.C. Regional EEOC office at 12:55PM. “GOVERNMENT CENSORS GOOGLE NEWS PHXNews.Com Listing IN EEOC COVERUP”

At 12:56PM the first email transmission of the press release was sent to the Agent in Charge of the Columbia SC FBI.

At 1:09PM a United States Senator’s office visited the site (U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms, 156.33.7.25, an address that had not visited the site before, or since.) At 1:16PM an EEOC office (64.35.225.1) logged into the site (the Washington D.C. Regional EEOC office was in the fax list.)

At 2:58PM the site was visited by The Library of Congress, Information Technology Services (140.147.242.41), at 3:02PM it was visited by Microsoft Corporation (207.46.238.143).

At 3:07PM Google News Service reported “GOVERNMENT CENSORS GOOGLE NEWS PHXNews.Com Listing IN EEOC … Correspondences.org – Lakewood,WA,USA Today, as of 12:30PM MT, after scores of visits by the EEOC to read the investigative report located at http://www.rollovermartin.com GOOGLE NEWS NO LONGER HAS … http://www.correspondences.org/archives/000577.html”

Shortly after the EEOC’s overwhelming interest in visiting http://www.rollovermartin.com came to halt, Google News manually removed the press release it had indexed from http://www.phxnews.com from responses to searches in the news engine.

“I was very bothered by the thought that Google could be corrupted overnight by the federal government,” said Yannone, “so I pursued it, trying to determine why the story about felonious behavior in the EEOC had disappeared from Google’s search results.”

But Google had not remembered to remove the original corruption investigation news release from its News Alert system engine.

Hempfling created numerous additional Google ‘alerts’ with each one reporting the presence of “Investigation Proves Federal Felonies By EEOC In Government Reverse Discrimination Case” complete with the active link at http://www.phxnews.com/fullstory.php?article=10282.

The Google News Alert response at 4:26PM was: “GOVERNMENT CENSORS GOOGLE NEWS PHXNews.Com Listing IN EEOC … PHXNews – Phoenix,AZ,United States … Search “EEOC”, or “WCOO” or “Federal Felonies EEOC” or “Federal Felonies WCOO” and NO RESULT EXISTS for the story GOOGLE NEWS distributed in its News Alert … http://www.phxnews.com/fullstory.php?article=10310 and INVESTIGATION Proves Federal Felonies By EEOC In Government … PHXNews – Phoenix,AZ,United States In preparation for the filing of a Federal Civil Case, the report entitled, “Proof of Federal Felonies By The EEOC And LM Communications Inc” has been …http://www.phxnews.com/fullstory.php?article=10282″

Yet searching for the terms within the News Alert headline provided by Google in its ‘alert’ email service did not produce the story Google’s own ‘alert’ system claimed was in the Google index.

On March 28 2004 Yannone wrote Google in email. “After Google twice evaded the question, a Google representative wrote to say that it had been a technical problem that was subsequently solved. When Google was asked why the story was not added back to the news index, the Google representative replied that it could not be done now because their system is wholly automated and their robots only pick up new news stories.”

Google had indeed ‘solved’ the ‘technical problem’. Google remembered the News Alert Service, taking it out of that index as well.

“We strive to include as many news sources as possible in Google News and appreciate suggestions from our users. We can assure you that we are not banning search access to an investigative report proving corruption in EEOC. Regards, The Google Team.”

The story, as of April 10, 2004, just 17 days old (Google removes news over 30 days old) is now completely out of the Google search index.

“Thank you for bringing this to our attention. After investigation we found the source of this technical problem. We’ve made some changes recently that has resolved the issue of articles falling out of the News index. Please let us know if you see this again in the future. Regards, The Google Team.”

Yannone ponders, “It is worthy of note, however, that since the story was first removed from Google’s news index, I have been unable to find the story with any search engine of any kind, no matter how large or how specialized, even though the story is still posted on the original site. I find that very interesting and very disturbing.”

The first result contains the characters for a greater than symbol (%3E).

Notice in the second listed result that the link to the story has a greater than symbol at the beginning and the end of the link. (This is exactly the way Google News Alerts show links.) The URL as a link is bracketed with less than and greater than characters.

Those characters were left in the second news story when it was posted. That story is “GOVERNMENT CENSORS GOOGLE NEWS PHXNews.Com Listing IN EEOC COVERUP” and contains the link to the manually censored story twice.

Go to the second story shown in the search results by clicking it and you will see how Google indexed the link to the censored story. The links shown within the story provided by the software of http://www.phxnews.com are like this: (place your mouse over the links and look at your status bar for the actual link URL: http://www.phxnews.com/fullstory.php?article=10282%3E.

They contain the right ‘greater than’ character.

Google’s proprietary software spidering algorithm simply was not able to identify the link within the second story as being the censored, prohibited story with an additional character attached to it. The robot indexed the link from the second story.

Since Google’s ranking protocol is based on ‘link back’ links giving placement higher to those pages with links to them, the robot was not able to identify the link with a ‘%3E’ in it as the same censored link.

This proves that Google has indeed indexed the second story, has indeed linked back to the first story (with an incorrect character provided by the software of http://www.phxnews.com) and recorded that link in its index.

Search for any term or terms or phrase or phrases within the first story and Google, even though it has indexed a link back to that story from the second story, will NOT result in the first story.

It was manually censored by Google on March 25, 2004.

Google’s own algorithm has given them up.

And I also know the answer to Google. Don’t you just hate searching for something, regardless if it is Google or Bing or Yahoo or any other search engine and winding up with a big list of results, shown to you 10 or so at a time, that you then have to manually search through? I do.

So now, there is a solution to Google syndrome. Google syndrome is so aptly presented in Bing! commercials, where one one leads to another site with a different topic to another site with a different topic and its all because all ‘search engines’ do just that. They search words, so you can search: for whether you like the result or not. Not actual answers.

Along with a few other products (wrapped in the re-birth of a 15 year old company) the world’s first and only true concept find engine was unveiled today. recall (the link opens a page about recall, click the logo to actually visit the demonstration location) is that solution.

recall is a find engine. Instead of searching the words that you type in, recall searches for connections to what they mean. The demonstration is very limited in scope, but it shows how recall results in conceptual matches, whether they are exact or near to the same.

I know the story of Google well. So I’ m just very happy that I happened to finish the demo of recall on the very same day Glenn Beck managed to finally, on a national stage, expose them for what they really are.

There is a lot more to a little covered story about Bill Clinton stabbing the Administration in the back. What Clinton said has great meaning.

Mr. Obama has got to be having heartburn, or back aches or something over this one. No, not Sestak. The Rest of what Clinton said.

First, the background: (From The Hill)

Either former President Bill Clinton is lying, or Pennsylvania Democratic Senate candidate Joe Sestak is. Both can’t be right.

You may remember a few months ago, prior to defeating incumbent Sen. Arlen Specter in the Pennsylvania Democratic primary, Rep. Sestak went public with allegations the Obama White House sent an emissary to offer him an administration job as a sort of bribe to drop his challenge to Specter.

Sestak scored points for integrity and standing up to the White House by refusing the offer, and went on to defeat Specter. It was later revealed that “emissary” was none other than Clinton. The White House even conceded as much. Or perhaps they are also lying?

So what should we make of Clinton’s triple denial while in Pennsylvania this week that he tried to get Sestak out of the race and even claims he was never accused of that? He’s even apparently on tape with the denials, but I don’t know if he wagged his finger at the questioner, like he did in another, more famous, denial.

But clearly, either Clinton or Sestak is lying. And Pennsylvania voters should know which one before heading into the voting booths in November. Actually, we all should know.

Yes, we ALL should know, because Clinton said more in that impromptu interview. While reaching out to the crowd of admirers, he said something completely new. (Unless you’re Glenn Beck and you just stated on your show that ‘we had already won’ and ‘something is happening’, and all those ‘get out of jail free cards’, and ‘it is good’.) Or you watch that show and have paid attention to the little things he says. Especially those where his little cantankerous child takes over and he very transparently rubs it in, directly to the very collection of people who would very well know what Clinton said.

Sestak started talking about being offered a job by the White House. Then a good story was concocted, Bill Clinton was used as the diversion but good ol’ Bill stabbed the White House in the back. And it doesn’t really matter who is lying. It matters that obviously the White House was breaking the law. Either way.

Regarding that breaking of the law, Clinton said nothing at first:

White House asked Bill Clinton to talk to Joe Sestak about Senate run:

Senior White House advisers asked former President Bill Clinton to talk to Joe Sestak about whether he was serious about running for Senate, and to feel out whether he’d be open to other alternatives, according to sources familiar with the situation.

But the White House maintains that the Clinton-Sestak discussions were informal, according to the sources. The White House, under pressure to divulge the specifics of its interactions with Sestak, will release a formal statement later today outlining their version of events, including Clinton’s involvement. White House offered Sestak unpaid advisory board position:

According to a source familiar with the situation, the White House asked Clinton and his adviser, lawyer Doug Band, to suggest to Sestak an unpaid position on the President’s Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board.

… Here’s the official response from the White House counsel on what happened. The White House says, as noted above, that they asked Clinton to suggest to Sestak an unpaid advisory board position.

The White House’s response says no Secretary of the Navy gig was discussed, and that this sort of offer has happened numerous times in past administrations.

But it certainly states that Clinton was asked to suggest to Sestak. And Sestak has admitted that Clinton did indeed reach out to him, even recounting a phone conservation.

But Bill, doesn’t see it that way. He flatly denies ever having that conversation, ever being involved, and he placed it in a context that is the real news. He said he was not accused of that. (Pay close attention to what he says at time marker: :30)

“In fact, I wasn’t even accused of that.”

Nobody was accusing him of ‘that’ when they used his name to give Sestak the story line, to cover whomever it is: all the way up, potential. He was not referring to anything he had been accused of before the Sestak situation. So his admission that he had been accused, can only come from an official proceeding.

Now, that is indeed something happening, and it would indeed be very very good. Didn’t hear Bill listed in the ‘get out of jail free card’ list. Charlie Rangle was there, though, and Hillary Clinton, oh and let’s not forget Timothy Geithner. All back stabbing Obama’s master George. Bill has just been a bit more forward about it, that’s all.

What a story that is. So what was he accused of? Who did the accusing? When did it happen? It certainly can’t be any reference to Lewinsky or Whitewater. Those were long before Sestak became a topic. So what did Clinton refer to? WHO ACCUSED HIM OF WHAT?

It certainly can’t be for anything of substance. Why do you think he needs a TelePrompTer to speak to anybody publicly? It certainly can’t be because he is incapable of remembering his lines!?! Obama is nothing different than the slave of 1863, except he’s isn’t all African American. And his master has ill will for this nation.

Why won’t he release a birth certificate? To do so would stop the uproar. Uproar is one ingredient in diversion. For his master to reach the level where the N.A.A.C.P. issued a resolution, attacking a name; things must not be going so well, or things may need to be accelerated.

The ‘Tea Party’ is a name. It is not a party, it is not even an ideology, it is thinking Americans joining loosely together in a common cause. A couple of hundreds years ago that would be the citizen warrior.

President Obama, White House: Al Qaeda Is Racist Jake Tapper says:

In an interview earlier today with the South African Broadcasting Corporation to air in a few hours, President Obama disparaged al Qaeda and affiliated groups’ willingness to kill Africans in a manner that White House aides say was an argument that the terrorist groups are racist.

Speaking about the Uganda bombings, the president said, “What you’ve seen in some of the statements that have been made by these terrorist organizations is that they do not regard African life as valuable in and of itself. They see it as a potential place where you can carry out ideological battles that kill innocents without regard to long-term consequences for their short-term tactical gains.”

Earlier today a senior administration official said the Obama administration believes that Al Shabaab carried out the attack.

Explaining the president’s comment, an administration official said Mr. Obama “references the fact that both U.S. intelligence and past al Qaeda actions make clear that al Qaeda — and the groups like al Shabaab that they inspire — do not value African life. The actions of al Qaeda and the groups that it has inspired show a willingness to sacrifice innocent African life to reach their targets.”

This can be seen, the official said, in the 1998 bombings of U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, when hundreds of Africans were killed and thousands wounded.

“Additionally, U.S. intelligence has indicated that al Qaeda leadership specifically targets and recruits black Africans to become suicide bombers because they believe that poor economic and social conditions make them more susceptible to recruitment than Arabs,” the official said. “Al Qaeda recruits have said that al Qaeda is racist against black members from West Africa because they are only used in lower level operations.”

“In short,” the official said, “al Qaeda is a racist organization that treats black Africans like cannon fodder and does not value human life.”

The president also said in the interview that “it was so tragic and ironic to see an explosion like this take place when people in Africa were celebrating and watching the World Cup take place in South Africa. On the one hand, you have a vision of an Africa on the move, an Africa that is unified, an Africa that is modernizing and creating opportunities; and on the other hand, you’ve got a vision of al Qaeda and Al Shabaab that is about destruction and death.

“And I think it presents a pretty clear contrast in terms of the future that most Africans want for themselves and their children,” Mr. Obama said. “And we need to make sure that we are doing everything we can to support those who want to build, as opposed to want to destroy.”

 

So now they’re in big trouble. Any day now its coming…., “We felt the time had come to stand up and say, ‘It’s time for al Qaeda to be responsible members of the one world and make sure they don’t tolerate bigots or bigotry among their members,’?” NAACP President Ben Jealous said ahead of the debate.

It could happen. Once Obama calls something racist, the useful idiots come out from under their cloaks and attacks like the good babies they are.

Oh the NAACP won’t do that? You mean they can call Patriots, racist, but now we get to see how they treat people who don’t care what you skin color is (Obama you are a complete freaking idiot!) they just want to kill people who aren’t Allah devotees. But Obama thinks that their real problem is that they are racist.

The racists are those who cry racist. Obama is a racist. A communist and a traitor to this nation. And now he wants to treat al Qaeda like he treats Patriots.

It didn’t have to be: See the story you don’t know about, but should, can’t do anything about, but should want to; and it ALL STARTED WITH THE SOUTH CAROLINA NAACP. Racists!

It was February 2, 2004 when the Department of Justice’s Albert N. Moskowitz, Section Chief, Criminal Section Civil Rights Division, through Aileen M. Cannon, Paralegal Specialist Criminal Division, responded to a letter from me dated January 13, 2004 seeking investigation of a series of allegations made against numerous agencies in the Executive Branch. The complaint centered on what could be termed , reverse racism, but was more specifically a series of 26 federal felonies. The original letter did not provide evidence. It provided a secure log in to acquire that evidence.

The Civil Rights Division never accessed the evidence, yet they ruled they way they did, in the response letter.

Why is this significant? The civil rights division was cleaned out by George W. Bush, AFTER this letter was written, and after my federal case became embroiled in a much larger case, and then sealed. That larger case is presented at the link below. Bradley Schlozman was responsible for replacing the attorneys working in the Civil Rights Division with what he called ‘Good Americans’.

A quote from today’s TalkingPointsMemo puts it into the progressive perspective:

You’ve probably noticed that J. Christian Adams, the former DOJ attorney, is making the rounds of Fox and CNN today whistle-blowing about the Obama DOJ’s refusal to bring voter intimidation cases against blacks over the New Black Panther case from election day 2008.

There’s a lot to say about this. And a lot to say about CNN going along with this claptrap. But in case you didn’t already know, Adams was one of the attorneys US Attorney firing scandal luminary Bradley Schlozman hired when he was purging the Civil Rights Division of female, minority and non-right wing attorneys and replacing them with “good Americans.”

Basically, Adams was one of the guys who got in during the bad old days when the crooks and bamboozlers then running the DOJ were purging career attorneys and replacing them with right-wing activists like Schlozman himself. And remember, Schlozman’s role at the Bush DOJ was getting US Attorneys to bring bogus ‘vote fraud’ cases to further the effort to suppress minority and low-income voter turnout.

How soon they forget.

Problem is, those that matter have not forgotten and the typical reaction of TPM misses the most important point. Schlozman’s hiring ‘good Americans’ was literal. The others, the ones who took part in destroying the Constitutional Rights of an individual were NOT GOOD AMERICANS. They were plants, spies, owing loyalty OUTSIDE of the government. (Watch Beck!)

And now, J. Christian Adams brings it to light after Obama put those BAD Americans back in charge.

Fox News’ Meghan Kelly has been spearheading the expose’ of the Department of Justice. It is just the tip of the iceberg.

Obama says one of the two reasons kids join the Taliban (other than all that fanatic mindless jibbering thing) is that its the best job they can find.

So either Obama is just insane, or the Taliban has a good starting wage. Come to think of it I never though about Taliban paying its fighters. Could it be true? Could the solution to the Taliban problem really be capitalism?

I mean, what if we just strolled in Afghanistan for a summer offensive and offered them the American minimum wage? Would that be a lot more than the Taliban pays, or would that be an insult to them?

Now either we can win this thing by paying higher wages, or Obama is insane.

As author of nine chapters and white papers on the scientific study of neuro-science, I find it incontrovertibly necessary that I retract the portions of those documents that address whether life begins at conception, or if it begins upon separation.

The conclusion is that life does not begin at the moment of conception. I shall not beg to bore the pants off of most readers by posting that exercise here. I read Red State far too much to force anything. All I ask is that you don’t hate me for disagreeing with your opinion.

How I reached that conclusion, and it was a drastic departure from the aforementioned documents, is detailed for review. I am a conservative and I have come to the conclusion that life does not at all begin at the moment of conception.

Retraction: Life Does Not Begin at Conception

On April 10, 2007 I published the following article. Apple: I’ll take four i-pads in return for not screaming about your using my idea. Just four. Top of the line models only please.

Apple Inc. is underfire from Greenpeace. I don’t have an Apple. But I do have a solution for it.

Now that Time Magazine has given the world 51 reasons to like Ebenezer Scrooge, and an emotional disorder frenzy has ripped the least defensive of their minds, Hollywood has popped veins (again) and some big wig, billionaire feelgooder is funding research into stopping what Time losely, refers to as ‘everybody’s most distressing emotional depression’ (or at least they try to make it that): wouldn’t a good ol’ common sense solution be in order?

OK I’m Convinced. Global warming (I’m presuming you’ve heard that term before) caused mainly by CO2 is a real possibility (learn where it comes from: http://www.nsc.org/EHC/climate/ccucla4.htm) and humans are solely responsible for it’s becoming the problem we have heard tell about (whether that is now, or some time in the future: minus the sun, the planet’s cycles and magic [ok, its a slim chance humans are solely responsible, but for what we are responsible for; we need to fix]) and it will be one heck of a bad outcome if it is not fixed. Quick. Panic! How I reached that conclusion is far more interesting than my conversion. And I don’t follow indoctrination from others well.

A number of years ago (coincidentally around the time humans started doing things with internal combustion engines) the rain forests in South America started to be ripped down to make room for ‘progress’. CO2 is consumed by trees (see photosynthesis at http://www.nsc.org/EHC/climate/ccucla4.htm). No trees, too much CO2. But humans did not stop there. While the industrial revolution was winding down, the need to document everything increased exponentially, and the demand for paper products grew as the rain forests were gutted. When you are losing great wood species’ to disease and no one cares, you need to get that offall made pulp from somewhere.

Paper. Industrial development. Land clearing. Trees. Gone. CO2 with no place to go, but up, while inventions changed from creations to innovations and adaptations.

At the same time as the industrial revolution, the population of the world’s humans began a steady and likewise exponential growth. The more people there are, the more breathing there is, and since what you breath out is CO2, do the numbers and add in all other creatures and the oceans as well and only THEN add in what humans have done. There are simply too many humans doing too much breathing in our two century old technology.

A couple of solutions came to mind.

Ebenezer Scrooge had one idea. (Where’d I get that from?) Decrease the surplus population. Bad idea. Wrong and immoral to consider. It was just a book. Cow flatulence can’t take the whole brunt of responsibility. Those obnoxiously stupid 51 ways you can do your part to help with global warming are a total farce. Humans have been making industrial and transportation gases far too short to become any form of problem for the planet, unless you don’t quite comprehend the size of the planet and its cycles and its history and discount the power of volcanos. It isn’t the progress humans have made that is the cause, it is the path left by that progress. The vacant path where mighty trees used to stand. Those trees were a part of a balanced natural environment that once increased CO2 was created, should have been increased. Instead, humans cut them down, and never replaced them. Trees. (No I’m not a closeted tree hugger. I like to cut them.) But the problem everyone is trying to solve with laws against progress are worse than morally wrong. They are suicidal.

Luckily, the answer was staring me in the face. The computer. The computer has freed us from the need for more paper. If we can just get people to stop using paper. One way would be for some computer company to put together a notepad (No, not that ‘little ‘puter’ Allen is hawking). Just a simple LCD display that allowed people to read what would have been printed by connecting it to their computer, accepting the file if they wanted to, or read it there. Just a simple flat notepad. No writing. No frills. Perhaps a way to ’sign’ a document would be helpful. Do the screen right so it could show a picture and it could double as a desk top photo frame. Now THAT would be a gift every spouse would want for their ah, well, spouse.

Log into the notepad dock on line and acquire the morning papers, get the weather forecast, acquire stock values and exchange ‘read later’ email, or buy the latest book. If Apple Inc. wanted to really rule the world (Apple Inc. is in trouble as Greenpeace has attacked Apple’s ‘greenness’), just make the i-pad. A 9 by 12 flat panel with docking ability and a nice scroll and page navigation so you could enjoy reading your newspaper, latest book or company report from the easy chair, just like it used to be. The market for a replacement for paper would be immense. And by golly, it would be ‘green’. And profitable. And with a teacher in possession of an i-pad port, students would stop taking home books, taking notes in class and missing their assignments. Anything readable could be displayed. Wish I would have thought of it.

The computer is staring us in the face, yet it has not gained the dependability that paper enjoys. If it had that dependability the demand for paper would decrease. That would mean more trees would remain working on the CO2. It would also mean technology would finally do something in favor of the balance of nature. And it would mean in a matter of no more than a minute you could have your morning paper without trudging through the elements, fighting the dog and spilling the coffee.

Better yet, you don’t have to fool yourself into thinking you can buy absolution with ‘credits’. ‘Credits’ is normally the term used by futuristic movie script writers to refer to the currency of that future day. It is a metaphorical protest, NOT a goal. Credits are what the word says they are. You owe for them. Whether it is owing money so someone else can plant a tree to make you feel all warm and fuzzy with a worthless carbon credit scam, or owing your freedom because you accepted the credit not paying attention for one second, what it was you were dealing with when you signed on to the global warming frenzy, the childish conspiracy theories and the method of inductive thinking so readily sought by tyrants throughout history.

Is there too much CO2 in the atmosphere? Probably. We’ve been procreating, producing and cutting trees at the same time. We have lived within an industrial revolution that has not changed one bit since it emerged from the dark ages. Oil burned, so we burn oil. Engines ran on oil, so we put oil in our engines. We make everything we use with oil. We flat quit looking for things to make things from when we found oil. We have spent the last 100 years designing ways to make things, made with oil. We have created essentially nothing truly ‘new’ since the early and mid 20th century. Advances today are acceptable when they are nothing by enhancements or downright ripoffs. Musings in the blogosphere and mainstream opinion columns alike, wonder what prohibitions can be done to stop the problem, if one exists today or tomorrow. Not one is considering what humans do that is an additional difference between us and other creatures.

Instead of lamenting what we would do without oil, start research into replacing it for use in making things. That alone would drive the price of fuel oil down, ease the purge on the consumer and give birth to a whole new scientific industry, as well as entice the oil companies to invest in and therefore complete with others in the scientific revolution yet to come. Why are we not making ‘plastics’ out of organic things? Why are we not advancing the science materials? Why are we concentrating on finding ‘alternative’ fuels when the use of oil for making things is far larger?

Stop using paper. Find other things to make things out of. Create something new. Again. Put your mind and efforts for saving the planet in the right perspective and stop addressing the planet’s perceived ills with fines, prohibitions and inhibitions. Address the species that is the only one to stand a chance at effecting the rock, and do the right thing to reverse any potential problem. Slow the emotion train, carrying fear and dread, with a concentrated effort to do the right thing.

Do that and put the rain forests back and sometime in 50 to 100 years we would have fixed the mess our ancestors created by being human. Humans differ from other creatures in many ways, but one most important way is that humans do not adapt to our environment. We adapt our environment to us.

CO2 may be a problem now, or it may be a problem in the future if trees keep leaving. So we can fix it. Stop crying about it.

If you are a politician, stand up like a leader and make sense out of the global warming hype, now: before the reactionary among us, gain power, for good or evil and start to cash in those credits you were taken for when your emotions controlled your intellect.

Trees. Plant trees. Put the rain forest back where it can grow like one (and thin old growth forests, they are not history to be cherish, they are inefficient photosynthesis hangers on: natural forest fires clear those things out until we decided to stop every fire that happened). Not only can the most subconsiously controlled Hollywood actor bite into photo ops with Mahogany, Teak, Elm, Oak, Chestnut and Ipê (look it up)….. but those of us who love to reproduce old things out of high quality wood can agree. Every tree planted is one notch less CO2. It is also, when it is ready for harvest, the stuff of woodworker dreams and heirlooms.

They know our system. They know our ways. They know our society and its segments and its sub-parts and its cliques and they know our incessantly repeated jump to conclusions mania and they know our laws and they know our hot topics.

And those hot topics were just played in Times Square.

The guy was a dude. He became a citizen. He lost his home in foreclosure. He sacrificed so much and got so nothing. He was a pure and simple set up to match the typical American as viewed by Terrorists. Do you really think for one moment that the leaders of the Terrorists are so stupid that they want to kill us all and would not give one single conscious thought to using our own stupidity against us?

The guy was metrosexual in appearance.
The guy wasn’t an illegal immigrant. He became a citizen and stupid people were counted on (it worked dudes) to feel his pain and ignore how they were played like only a master could tinker the keys.
The guy was a victim of big banks and wallstreet.
He made a lot of trips to see the terrorists but anyone can like home and want to go back there and gee-whiz he was a citizen afterall.

Terrorists are fully convinced, as is most of the world; thanks to the media’s usefulness, that Americans are bisexual, fiercly territorial (you know, Great Satan and all), a victim of big business and big oil and big insurance and big banks and big wallstreet and big walmart for that matter its just anything big Americans see as being bad and they are victims of those big bad things.
And Americans take plenty of vacations, they go to places like those things they see on Satellite T.V. Places with names like Las Vegas, New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta: not one of them comprising the average American. Not one.

So the Terrorists have started acting on their homework. They studied us through our broadcasts. They monitored us through our public fights and squabbles. They learned all about us by just watching us kill ourselves. And they certainly don’t like FOXNEWS as that just upsets the mental image of American. Americans are cowards. Americans don’t stand up to something. (shhhh don’t tell ‘em.)

Thank God they are just Terrorists. If they were alien intelligent life we would be self-destructing far faster than we already are.

Oh wait. They are. Citizens are not illegal. They certainly are intelligent. They have no value for life so they will take advantage on those who do.

The term to use is ‘psychological projection’.

Projection: “Psychological projection or projection bias (including Freudian Projection) is the unconscious act of denial of a person’s own attributes, thoughts, and emotions, which are then ascribed to the outside world, such as to the weather, the government, a tool, or to other people. Thus, it involves imagining or projecting that others have those feelings.”

With Progressives raising the common talking point of the word ‘sedition’ it can only be for one reason. They are imposing what they are doing on others as it has a reason for it to be connected to those people.

When the time comes that the word ‘sedition’ actually has meaning, it is imperative that it be already connected to the talking heads of radio and politics of the conservative side. That way, it can be used against the accusers and tied to the accusers instead of the accused.

Wikipedia says Sedition is: “Sedition is a term of law which refers to overt conduct, such as speech and organization, that is deemed by the legal authority as tending toward insurrection against the established order. Sedition often includes subversion of a constitution and incitement of discontent (or resistance) to lawful authority. Sedition may include any commotion, though not aimed at direct and open violence against the laws. Seditious words in writing are seditious libel. A seditionist is one who engages in or promotes the interests of sedition.

Typically, sedition is considered a subversive act, and the overt acts that may be prosecutable under sedition laws vary from one legal code to another. Where the history of these legal codes has been traced, there is also a record of the change in the definition of the elements constituting sedition at certain points in history. This overview has served to develop a sociological definition of sedition as well, within the study of state persecution.”

The set up is simple. Accuse the players of saying things that are in someway anti-Obama. Make that mean anti-government, make that mean anti-America, call it ‘sedition’, push that wherever possible , the same way: then… when Progressives are proven to be seditious, all they have to say is, see… we told you they were seditionists.. now they say we are… who you gonna trust?

USC § 2384. Seditious conspiracy cannot be used as it requires ‘force’, so we use § 894. Art. 94. Mutiny or sedition:

 (a) Any person subject to this chapter who—
(1) with intent to usurp or override lawful military authority, refuses, in concert with any other person, to obey orders or otherwise do his duty or creates any violence or disturbance is guilty of mutiny;

(2) with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of lawful civil authority, creates, in concert with any other person, revolt, violence, or other disturbance against that authority is guilty of sedition;

(3) fails to do his utmost to prevent and suppress a mutiny or sedition being committed in his presence, or fails to take all reasonable means to inform his superior commissioned officer or commanding officer of a mutiny or sedition which he knows or has reason to believe is taking place, is guilty of a failure to suppress or report a mutiny or sedition.

(b) A person who is found guilty of attempted mutiny, mutiny, sedition, or failure to suppress or report a mutiny or sedition shall be punished by death or such other punishment as a court-martial may direct.

It is all a big set up to control public perception of the word ‘sedition’. Nice thing is though, they will have a harder path injecting the word ‘treason’ as that one will be tossed their way as well.

It is Physchological Projection and a set up! Get used to the word sedition. It has real meaning.

The press is asking whyObama departed the WH without the press, supposed to be attending a daughter’s soccer game, where no one in the press saw him, leaving before the press caught up to the location, then ‘retuning to the WH’ where no member of the press could say happened either. Not only did that move break a long standing protocol it removed the President from history’s view.

What was so important that Obama had to leave about two hours earlier than the press was told to be ready to accompany him?

What was so important that not only would whatever he attended be ‘off the record’ (or was it?) but it would not hold him accountable in history for whatever it was he managed to do in the time it took for him to slip out the back door like Dave the fake president, and provide an elaborate trail of what to say for any pesky press members who might come a callin’?!?

About two hours before reporters were supposed to be in position to leave with the president, Obama left the grounds of the White House. Members of the press were told he was attending one of his daughter’s soccer games in northwest Washington, D.C.

The White House press corps traditionally travels with the president anywhere he goes, inside and outside the country, to report on the president’s activities for the benefit of informing the public and for historical record.

After Obama left, a press aide hastily gathered members of the media who happened to be at the White House early or working on other matters. They rushed to a van and left the White House to catch up with the president.

Too late. By the time, the press van appeared to arrive at the president’s location, the press was told he was already departing. Time to go back to the White House.

Reporters and photographers didn’t have a chance to see him or his vehicle to verify his presence at any location.

So… OK I get the message. Don’t ask if this was anything untoward!

Asked what happened, White House spokesman Josh Earnest said: “The president decided this morning to attend his daughter’s soccer game. The pool was assembled as soon as possible to be there as well.”

Wonder if anyone at the soccer game saw him either? Oh wait.. nevermind that question. No ‘press’ member would ever ‘investigate’ why the President of the United States, escaped public scrutiny
for what does not appear to have been a very long time.

Oh, stop brain stop. The possibilities are endless.
