Byron York has an interesting look at Barack Obama’s speech to the Human Rights Campaign on Saturday night.

The Center for American Progress, which is the outside the White House arm of the administration, claims Obama signaled that he is standing by Jennings. Maybe, but as Byron York notes, maybe not. What Obama actually said was:

And it’s for this reason if any of my nominees are attacked not for what they believe but for who they are, I will not waver in my support because I will not waver in my commitment to ending discrimination in all its forms.

No one is attacking Kevin Jennings for being gay.

People are after Kevin Jennings for being a supporter of pedophilia advocates and NAMBLA supporters.

People are after Kevin Jennings for encouraging a sexual relationship between a fifteen year old boy and a grown man who solicited the kid in a bus station bathroom.

People are after Kevin Jennings for being named “Safe Schools Czar” while under the believe that schools cannot be safe as long as the Boy Scouts of America are allowed to meet in public schools.

People are after Kevin Jennings because he believes kindergardeners should be taught about gay sex.

People are after Kevin Jennings not because of who he is, but because of what he has and is advocating — a complete rejection of common decency in favor of the most radical aspects of the gay agenda including, but not limited to, man-boy sex.

It is pathetic that we even have to write about such topics here, but that is what it has come to, thanks to Barack Obama’s open mind, so open that all decency and perversion are treated as just equally acceptable non-conflicting alternatives. All decency, that is, except traditional American values.

A few weeks ago, the Washington Post decided to once again insert itself into Virginia’s elections with its vaunted “macaca” maneuver and help its chosen candidate over the finish line. For those who don’t know, to  “macaca” (.verb) is when a news outlet seizes upon a gaffe by a politician it doesn’t like and then repeatedly pounds on it day after day, week after week in order to sabotage its target’s chances of victory. The Washington Post debuted this campaign tactic against Senator George Allen in 2006 which eventually led to Jim Webb as the now senior Senator from Virginia.

This time it was the Governor’s race between liberal Democrat Creigh Deeds and conservative Republican Robert McDonnell. Twenty years ago, while a graduate student at Regents University and in his thirties, Bob McDonnell wrote;

Republican concerns for fiscal austerity are easily impaled by an additional $1.3 billion a year in expenses. Surely the leadership recognizes that existing federal child-care programs already cost more that $6.9 billion in 1988. Further expenditures would be used to subsidize a dynamic new trend of working women and feminists that is ultimately detrimental to the family by entrenching a status-quo of non-parental primary nurture of children.

Washington Post “macaca” operative Amy Gardner read the above few sentences, stripped it bare of context and reported it thus;

Robert F. McDonnell submitted a master’s thesis to the evangelical school he was attending in Virginia Beach in which he described working women and feminists as “detrimental” to the family.

Needless to say, Amy Gardner’s er … “report” provoked Outrage!!!™ on the Left, with shrieks for McDonnell’s head on every Lefty blog, and front page stories and editorials in the Washington Post as it moved to “macaca” Bob McDonnell. Unfortunately for the Left (both online and offline) and their allies running the Washington Post, the people of Virginia are not buying the attempt to convince them that McDonnell is going to transform Virginia into some facsimilie of the planet Gor and have women stripped naked, chained to stoves and relegated strictly to cooking, cleaning and bearing children.

In retrospect this was probably foredoomed to failure since the Left never bothered to investigate any further past Amy Gardner’s deliberately misleading hit piece to launch the Washington Post’s “macaca” operation against Bob McDonnell. As it turned out, Virginians got introduced to Bob McDonnell’s career-having wife, two working daughters with advanced postgraduate degrees (one of whom served in Iraq) and his many choices of Deputy Attorneys General who happen to be women.

Nonetheless, the Online Left is still outraged at Bob McDonnell’s obvious sexism and hatred of women. Outraged, I tell you!

When I was a teenager, my friends and I joked about NAMBLA, the North American Man/Boy Love Association.

Until I was in my twenties, I thought my friends had just made it up. Surely there was no such organization that campaigned to allow open sexual relations between boys and men — a concept that did not just involve statutory rape, but offended the profound decency of a moral public.

Sadly, NAMBLA is very real and today steps right out of the darkest pits of immoral human behavior and straight into the White House. Sean Hannity has been all over this story and we are just now coming to terms with how sick and demented the thinkings and associations of White House Safe Schools Czar Kevin Jennings are.

To be sure, the left wing Media Matters, which is run by former conservative turned homosexual activist and left-wing icon David Brock, is screaming from the rooftops that Sean Hannity is lying.

Hannity is not lying. Kevin Jennings is a profoundly sick and immoral human being — a proponent of statutory rape, an opponent of the Boy Scouts of America, and a zealous advocate of NAMBLA.

He is Barack Obama’s Safe Schools Czar.

He is a supporter of men who openly and vocally support pedophilia.

Surely you remember Kevin Jennings. When last we wrote about him, Jennings was uncovered, in his own words, bragging about encouraging the statutory rape of a minor. Working in a school system, Jennings was approached by a 15 year old boy who told Jennings that a much older man had picked the boy up in a bus station bathroom. Jennings encouraged the boy to pursue a sexual relationship with the man.

Kevin Jennings is Barack Obama’s “Safe Schools Czar.”

Well, now there is even more on Jennings.

We have video of Jennings rather adamantly insisting that all teachers be forced to take classes on accepting all alternative lifestyles.

We also now know that Jennings is on a personal jihad against the Boy Scouts of America. Our “Safe Schools Czar” believes schools are unsafe as long as the Boy Scouts are around and insists that local schools around the country purge the Boy Scouts from their facilities.

Jennings, upset that the Boy Scouts don’t like gay scoutmasters after a string of unfortunate situations that Jennings would encourage were they taking place in bus stop bathrooms, has this to say:

The fact is that our public schools cannot be in the business of running discriminatory programs. It is wrong. It undermines the very reason why we have schools, and it must not happen.

Jennings is also a member of Scouting for All, a group demanding the Boy Scouts not be allowed to set moral standards for scouts.

I was emailed a link to this 2007 article by getting-to-be-beleaguered ’safe schools czar’ Kevin Jennings:

This isn’t a fight where neutrality is an option, Mary. As Nobel Prize winner Elie Wiesel has said, “Neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented.” Whether you like it or not, politics does play a role here. So get with the program.

I wish Mary’s fantasy, that we could ignore politics, were true. But her baby will find out that her Mom is just deluded soon enough. Children of the “Greatest Generation” routinely asked their Dads “What did you do during the war?” As Antonin Scalia and Pat Buchanan are so fond of pointing out, we’re in a cultural war right now over whether or not LGBT people are entitled to the same level of dignity and respect as other Americans. Some day little Cheney is going to ask, “What did you do during the war, Mom?” Mary (to date) has sat on the sidelines - helping the oppressor. Too bad some day little Cheney will realize her Mom could have been part of the solution, but instead obstinately stuck her head in the sand over and over and thus was just part of the problem. I hope little Cheney can some day forgive her.

Smug fellow, isn’t he?  Since then, of course, Mary Cheney’s father former Vice President Dick Cheney has forthrightly and openly repeated* his support for same-sex marriage; while Kevin Jennings went on to serve a man who’s too much of a coward to follow suit.  The term ‘irony’ is often misused in this culture, but I believe that we have a legitimate opportunity here to use it.’

Also ‘hypocrisy,’ but that’s common with the Democrats on this issue.  Right down the line.

People with low IQ got to see Whoopee Goldberg defend Roman Polanski on the View yesterday. Goldberg had no problem with the man filling a thirteen year old girl with alcohol and drugs before raping having sex with her.

I say “people with low IQ” because demographically those are the only people who watch the View save for those few people forced to watch the show as part of their job.

In any event, Goldberg’s blasé attitude about raping having sex with drug filled children and the implications of statutory rape has spilled over into the Obama administration, which is taking the position that statutory rape is of no great consequence and should, if the child consents, be encouraged.

There is no other way to look at Barack Obama’s appointment of Kevin Jennings, the President’s “safe schools czar” who, the Washington Times reports unapologetically encouraged a homosexual relationship between a fifteen year old boy and much older man who, the boy reported to Jennings, picked the boy up in a bus station bathroom and promptly took the boy home.

Considering Jennings wrote about this in his one and only published book and spoke about this prior to his appointment, we can only assume the Obama administration knew about it and has no problem with it.
