The appeal to raw emotion as a curative. Not thought, Historical,intellectual actions, or any real positivity.

Just lots of The Dark Side and blather. Sounds like “Current” needs him, badly. He fits all the check-off boxes on their Broadcast job application.

Another poster brought this up and it really is the truth about Krugman: he is done good work in the past as a free market economist. His work with New Trade Theory and consumers desiring a diverse choice is free market center/left, but back in the day Krugman wasn’t piling it in hand over fist. He learned that there was more money to be made by being a leftist pundit than an economist. He knows what he is peddling is crap.
