My Pledge To President – Elect Barack Hussein Obama and The American Left

And I mean it.

I pledge to give our new President and his supporters the exact same respect and support that has been afforded President George Bush and Republicans. Starting today.

Speaking of Republicans, abandoning conservative principles, the base and fellow elected Republicans has been such a great electoral strategy I believe we should work on perfecting it before the next election cycle. I would mention this to the leadership of the Republican Party if I just knew who they were on the local, state and national level.

One last thing before I take a break, and this is a message to Republican moderates. I woul like for you to drive to Washington D.C., and stand in the middle of Pennsylvania Avenue (the very middle, as would be appropriate for your political stances). Take a look at each end of the street, and tell me who will occupy both buildings come January 20th. Then tell me how the “New Tone” and moderate positions have worked so well, because I would really like to hear this.

That’s all. If anyone wants some deer sausage, let me know.

All the best.
Jack

Agree 100% Jack. I sliced off the top half of my McCain/Palin sticker this morning on my back truck window and replaced it with a strip of masking tape. Now it reads 2012 Palin. A little act of defiance and hopefully a few smiles for my fellow RedStaters.

While I think that Obama is probably not going to succeed, I see no reason to stoop so low as the other side routinely did when dealing with Bush.

Plus, chimp pictures are no racist. I don’t want anyone getting called racist.

It’s on! WE WILL FIGHT down in the trenches down in the mud…NEW TONE my a@@…how did that work out for you Mccain….how did that work out for you Shays….hmm….no you “moderates” shifted on your TRUE core and that left you with NO core.

McCain was a hard sell until he picked Palin to the base anyway…..and as President Bush showed voting AGAINST someone is not a recipe for winning!

Let’s roll up our sleeve’s and get to work we have a lot of socialist’s to get rid of in 2010.

On the bright side, BHO will finally have a record he will have to defend. He won’t be able to hide behind an empty suit and run on his “America needs change” campaign rhetoric. He will have to explain to the American people why his socialistic policies have turned a down economy into a full blown recession/depression. He will have to explain how his “let’s sit down and have a little chat” foreign policy has led our country vulnerable to attack, and then he will have to explain what happened to his promised tax cut for 95% of America.
