Russia To Be Allowed To Inspect And Count America’s Nuclear Weapons

I am not making this up. From Fox News Online:

Russia and the United States have tentatively agreed to a weapons inspection program that would allow Russians to visit nuclear sites in America to count missiles and warheads.

The plan, which Fox News has learned was agreed to in principle during negotiations, would constitute the most intrusive weapons inspection program the U.S. has ever accepted.

Of course, we got something for this incredible ceding of authority and sovereignty – right?

On another critical issue, Lavrov declared that it would be counterproductive to threaten Iran with more sanctions over its nuclear program — as he resisted efforts by Clinton to win agreement for tougher measures should Iran fail to prove its program is peaceful.

I am not sure the button that Clinton gave to the Russians means what she thinks it means. This group is by far the most sophmoric and naive bunch that has ever been in charge of foreign policy in the history of this country. Period.

Due to the vision of The One, we now know that all cultures and nations are equal. Ours should receive no special treatment and have to accept inspectors from a coalition of nations which aspire to having advanced nuclear weaponry befitting their equivalent status to ours in world leadership.

the nuclear football!!!! I wonder if Obama would agree to that since he believes that there is no need for nuclear weapons?

If this occurs, then we’re at the point where we need to seriously discuss whether Obama is the enemy, not in the political sense, but in a clear and present danger sense. It’s one thing to be a naive, peace-nick leftist regarding foreign policy. But what Obama is doing is deliberately and systemtically dismantling this country’s strategic defenses. If you wanted to bring down this country from inside would you be doing anything different?

a real clear threat and present danger to our National Security!

it is always the United States who gives up everything.

When does the wilfull destruction of this Republic get any notice from the MSM. I mean look at Honduras, imagine if Cheney was supporting a former leader who wanted to circumvent a democratic countries constitution and rule for life. We would be counting the NYT stories in the hundreds if not thousands,

There is new book out or coming out about Al Gore and global warming titled “Not Evil Just Wrong” Well I used to think this of the left in general. I am starting to think the first part of the title might actually be true how else can you describe actions that are obviously meant to destroy America as a military and economic power.

    From Fox News Online:

“BEIJING ? Premier Wen Jiabao said Thursday that China intends to strengthen its cooperation with Iran, an indication Beijing would oppose growing calls in the West for additional sanctions against the Islamic regime for its nuclear program.

Earlier this month, Tehran revealed that it was operating a previously undisclosed uranium enrichment facility near the holy city of Qom, deepening suspicions in Europe and the U.S. that Tehran seeks atomic weapons.

But U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton was rebuffed in Moscow this week when she sought support for a united warning to Iran of the consequences of refusing to prove that its nuclear program is peaceful.

Wen’s remarks Thursday appeared to suggest that Beijing is also unlikely to accept any new U.N. sanctions resolution.”

Next year at this time will look very different than this year, and it makes me sick to ponder.

Have you forgotten the Orwellian language of BIG BRObama’s administration?

As I just wrote under “The Putin Doctrine” we have an absolute foreign policy disaster snowballing in the last two weeks, with BIG BRObama doing his best Alfred E. Newman impression.

But all of this is wanted and by design: it is all about fairness, as BIG BRObama said to Joseph Wurzelbacher, plumber of Toledo. It is unfair for the U.S. to be stronger militarily than e.g. Belgium.

And so we disarm and sell our technology to our “former” enemies, thanks to the rainbows-unicorns-and-butterflies diplomacy of BIG BRObama.
