At this New York State hearing in Long Island NY, you will hear the Chairman of SCWA (Suffolk County Water Authority) ask New York State for the legal authority to force private homeowners to leave their private wells, to connect them public water mains.

THe chairman also asks for authority to penalize those “who do not cooperate”
Agenda 21. Rationing our water. The final step to control the population.
