Kellogg Foundation has played a key role in attacks on True The Vote and voter identification laws by funding “national racial justice organization” the Applied Research Center (ARC). Project Veritas filmed Patrick Moran, son of Congressman Jim Moran (D-VA), helping devise a plan to commit voter fraud using a list of inactive voters’ names and addresses. Moran was a full-time employee of his father’s campaign at the time, and portions of the conversation were filmed at campaign headquarters.
