Voter Fraud Scheme Caught on Film: “Faking a utility bill would be easy enough”

Project Veritas filmed Patrick Moran, son of Congressman Jim Moran (D-VA), helping devise a plan to commit voter fraud using a list of inactive voters’ names and addresses. Moran was a full-time employee of his father’s campaign at the time, and portions of the conversation were filmed at campaign headquarters.
