Unless the House votes for the Senate version of Nanny-care, or a G.O.P. senator waffles on a filibuster vote (surely that would NEVER happen), there will be some sort of vacuum in the debate, with socialists yelling “where’s your alternative, you just want to kill people!” I have read the G.O.P. platform,( http://www.gop.com/2008Platform/HealthCare.htm) and find it rather wordy and bland.
