Here I sit in my old Kentucky home and can not believe what I am watching transpire from border to border across America.  The majorities in the House and Senate, led by King Obama himself, race to inflict more damage throughout this great land than any enemy our country has ever faced.  Not Cold War Russia, not WWII Germany, not even the Chinese have done more to hurt us than those in the majority right now.  They are willingly trying to cripple every American generation down the line. 

I do see the outrage from the public, I do see the outrage from the bloggers, I do see the outrage from those in talk radio, and I do see the outrage from every sector of our land.  The one place I do not see the outrage is from the one place you would expect it, our elected Republican officials.

The anointed one stole GM and violated the simple basis of bankruptcy laws and they remained silent.  Pelosi and Reid led the charge to take over the banks and the mortgage business yet not a word.  As Obama layered debt upon debt to ours and future generations our side worried about not offending anyone by opposing it.   They rammed the largest power grab in our nation’s history down our throats, in Obamacare, and all we got was a token resistance.  Every lie has gone unchecked and every assertion has gone unchallenged.  Capitalism and freedom built this country and not one of them will defend it.  I could list example after example from his activist judicial appointees to his mindless handling of the oil spill with the same result, elected Republican spinelessness.

I received a call the other day about matching my donation to the Republican National Committee from the previous years and this was the first time I did but really didn’t want to.  I want to support someone who I would follow into battle, yet I the pickings are slim on the Republican side.  Hell, we even let liberals nominate our Presidential candidate in the last election.

Where are the people fighting for those who sent them to Washington?  Where are our Senators?  Where are our Congressmen?  Other than a couple of outstanding Americans, they are no where to be found.  When it comes time to bash a conservative they scream like a child in third grade who finally knows the answer to a question from their teacher, but when it comes to defending the greatest society the world has ever known….crickets.

I would rather fight and lose than not fight at all.  Are elected Republicans cowards?  Are elected Republicans sold on the idea that the only way to win is to quote Rodney King, “Can’t we all just get along?”  The answer is no. 

If you are fighting a civil enemy, civility might work, but King Obama will crush you under the sole of his shoe and keep on going if you don’t put up a fight, yet our officials act like they enjoy tasting the bottom of his shoe.  If Republicans won’t fight, who will?  If our elected officials do not have the spine to do what needs to be done, we need to find people who will. 

We are at a critical crossroad in America and if we let cowards fight the battle for us the result is inevitable.  What country do you want to live in, Lincoln’s America or Obama’s?  It is time or it will be too late.     

When you look at the current War on Terror, I mean, our Overseas Contingency Plan, you have to wonder what side people are on.  Political correctness has run wild in America and is leading people to fall all over themselves in an attempt to tell the Muslim world that we are not at war with them. 

This is not a new phenomenon; it has been repeated over and over since the day the towers were knocked down and unless you live in a cave with no contact with the outside world, you already know that we are not peaceful Islam’s enemy and are only after those who wish to do us harm.  If you still think that we are going after all of Islam then you are oblivious to our actions and will never see who our true enemy is, Radical Islamic Terrorists. 

Since when has not offending someone become the standard in which we conduct war?  I am not saying that we should take the path of FDR in World War II and arrest all Muslims and put them in detention camps but where are the moderate Muslims standing in solidarity with the American people who actually believe in their freedom of religion and are willing to fight and die to protect it?  Is silence not acquiescence?

We are told that we have to take the moral high ground and show to the world that we are a better civilization because we are civil, yet we stand by and let those who wish us harm to beat us over the head with our own civility. 

When you think of the reporting over the last ten years, how many times have you read or watched a news story recounting the brave Muslim cleric or the brave Muslim citizen decrying the act of strapping a bomb to a kid and sending them into a crowded market place?  Not very often.  Every now and again we will get a token story but where is the massive movement of peace loving Muslims raging against those that are bastardizing their religion?

It is time to start holding everyone to account.  I believe in President Bush’s words, “You are either with us or against us.” It is that simple, yet we try and complicate it in shades of grey. 

It is time to get the large Muslim population in America to declare and choose a side.  You are either with the advancement of freedom and prosperity across the globe or you are with the cowards that will strap a bomb to a child and send them, and as many innocent bystanders as possible, to their deaths.

War is brutal, that fact will never change, and trying to fight with pillows will never work.  How do you win? You have to be willing to do what your opponent will not and that is making the moderate Muslims declare themselves to either be with us or against us.  Political correctness will never win this war, breaking the jihadist backs with the power of massive Muslim support will.  Whether we acknowledge it or not Islamic Extremist have been at war with us for thirty years, it is time for everyone, Muslims included, to choose a side and declare your intentions, our soldiers and freedom deserve nothing less.     

I believe this was written by a man named Doug Fiedor.  It was e-mailed to me today and I thought it was worthy of posting for all to see.  It brings into question, how liberals balance their books to keep voting with the Democrats.  It is astounding to see what liberals have to believe to keep voting to send these people back to office.  By continuing to vote they way they do only adds validity to this top ten list.

President Obama’s most ardent supporters, the main stream media, the vast majority of democrats on Capitol Hill, and the “so called” intellectual elites across the country have spent the last couple of years standing on the mountain top screaming to all who would listen, and even those who didn’t want to, that our current President is the smartest man to ever occupy the Oval office.

My question, where is the proof? Every scientific hypothesis, except Global Warming…I mean Climate Change, has to be tested in a controlled environment to determine the validity of the hypothesis, yet in this case we are supposed to take their word for it because they say so.

When you look at what this man has done, anyone with common sense, has to come to the conclusion that he is intellectually deprived. Within a year’s period of time President Obama has flushed an extremely high approval rating down the toilet, lost his super majority, alienated our most faithful allies across the world, sided with dictatorial regimes and spurned people seeking freedom, said he did not want to get involved in the inner workings of Iran, raised the national debt to unprecedented levels, and pushed policies down the throats of the American People knowing that they are not just unpopular but unconstitutional. He has filled his cabinet with extremist and people who hate the basic foundations of our great country and filled the air waves with people that my 9 year old would run over in a debate. So once again, I ask, where is the proof that this man is a so called “Intellectual Elite”?

Liberals spent the entire eight years of President Bush’s two terms decrying him as a moron and someone who could not tie his own shoes without instructions, yet he stood on top of an economy that routinely posted unemployment rates under 5%, established a democracy in the heart of the Middle East, appointed strong conservatives to the Supreme Court, prevented additional attacks after 9/11, lowered taxes across the board, and beat the democrats on a regular basis, while not defending himself against ridiculous claims the entire time. He let the liberals paint him anyway they wanted and had a willing media interested in not only perpetuating the claims but unwilling to do any leg work to determine if the claims were false or not, yet he still beat them. I am not saying that I agree with everything President Bush did, but the man had class, brought respect back to the office, and was smart enough to best his liberal opponents consistently.

In the two million times Obama has stood in front of the cameras, has he ever portrayed himself as classy? I think not. He routinely distorts facts, finds scapegoats, demonizes certain industries, and ignores the people he works for. He has engaged in economic insanity expecting different results. Socialism has failed every time, yet he sprints towards the great collective with exuberant abandon. Free markets work, but he ignores the proof that history has provided him. All in all, the most inexperienced and under researched Presidential candidate in our great country’s history, ignores the lessons from the past and runs blindly into the future.

When a man tries to attack an alligator with a butter knife, do you call him brave and intelligent or do you call him a moron? I’ll let you decide.

Why are democrats so afraid of being labled socialist?  This quote from 1944 was sent to me the other day and it says it all.

The Socialist Party candidate for President of the US, Norman Thomas, said this in a 1944 speech:

“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism.  But, under the name of ‘liberalism’ they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing what happened.”

He went on to say: “I no longer need to run as a Presidential Candidate for the Socialist Party.  The Democrat Party has adopted our platform.”

Now you know why the word socialist has become the new “N” word.
