Is Cain’s New “Sick of Stimulus” Video Too Over the Top to get the Message Right?

Selling Your Business

Most Republicans (and some Democrats) were against past and future government stimulus package. Former GOP candidate Herman Cain is one of those who have been critical of the Bush and Obama stimulus packages, but his new website and first video from it may earn them a call from PETA, let alone others who might see it as “over the top.”

Here’s the video. It harkens to two older videos, the famous Daisy campaign ad for the Lyndon Johnson campaign and the Brain on Drugs PSA from the 80s.

I would have had the fish smokin a cigerette at the end, but that’s just me. I’ve always loved his ads(yellow flowers, smokin man, etc) and am a big supporter, and of course still follow him through Cainsolutions, so I got no problem with it. Sorry ’bout the fish, but hey we end up flushing about 3 of those away a month, so not really in tears over this. Can’t raise goldfish at our house for some reason.

Hey, If libs can’t handle the truth. So be it.

(A rec’d for the ad and the man and his ideas )

Cain is da man and I enjoyed the ad. I just wondered if others had the same reaction as my wife. First comment, “PETA.”

If anyone is expecting him to stay with the left’s PC borders…forget it. It isn’t going to happen.

That’s one of the things I like most about him. He’s this unusual mixture of anti-[insert anything to do with the left here] and so pro-America that it seems way outside the norm in this lachrymose society we live in these days.
