Yeah, that&#039;s pretty much how it works. I remember a front-paged video here on Redstate just a couple years ago highlighting some of the appaling tactics corporations use to hire foreign workers in lieu of qualified American workers. We hear people like Bill Gates whine about how our colleges aren&#039;t turning out enough engineers but the problem is, the incentive to learn some engineering disciplines is eroding due to the fact that they can&#039;t compete with engineers in India and China willing to do the same work for pennies on the dollar (usually from Asia where the cost of living is also much less).

Don&#039;t believe me? Check the Bureau of Labor Statistics website and look up compensation information for Electronics Engineers. You&#039;ll see they cite the &quot;slower than average growth&quot; due to competition from overseas outsourcing. And whatever they can&#039;t outsource, they insource.]]></description>
