Last I recall, the Speaker of the House was not in the Chain of Command of the USAF.

Lets see…

My supervisor… a Tech Sgt
My element leader… a Lt.
My Intelligence flight commander… a Major
My Squadrion commander… a Lt. Colonel
My Group Commander… a Colonel
My Wing commander… a one star General
The Air Combat Command commander… a General (don’t remember who or his rank… but I think it was atleast a 3 or 4 star General)

Lets See… After that comes maybe the Numbered Airforce General… Secretary of the Air Force… then the SecDef… then the President… Am I missing anyone…

Well, Speaker of the house isn’t in there is it….

a little change in tactics: how do we make it so that she HAS to utilize SFO? It’s a bitch (apptly named in this case) to get in and out of especially when there’s fog. Then all of her window-seat-constituents who observe her great big broom rolling by to be “number one at the hold short line” AHEAD of them while they’re all frozen in place, trapped in their seats–

I’m just thinking those numbers of observers (and pissed off passengers) would have to be considerably higher than those that observe, ah, um… NOTHING whatsoever on Marxist-Stream-Madness (MSM).

If a Republican Speaker tried this crap, it would be a huge scandal.

Pelosi is of the “correct” Party, so the media has no interest in holding her feet to the fire.

Is Pelosi declaring the value of these personal luxury flights as income on her federal taxes? If they have no official justification, she should be.

Going into 2010, it’s important that a picture be painted:

It’s a picture of profligate, out of control spending by a Congress filled with entitlement (cue: Nancy’s demands for larger military places”, at the expense of both the military and the taxpayer), corruption (cue: Charlie Rangel, Dodd, etc.), and contempt for the electorate (cue: John Murtha, and pretty much anything he’s said publicly over the last 3 years).

Tie this all together into a bow - this is the *real* “Culture of Corruption” and it is destroying the fabric of this country.

If the GOP plays this right, they can blow the Dems out of the water in 2010.

(Unfortunately, based on how ham-fisted and incompetent GOP media and advertising efforts have been over the last 4-6 years, I’m not particularly hopefully that they’re even capable of pulling something like this off.)

This crap makes my blood boil. What makes it worse is it is blatant, in your face and no significant amount of our supposedly “independent” media will make a peep.

Forget Iraq or Cuba, the most important liberation in the world that needs to be done today is Americans being liberated from the brainwashing and omission of the left wing main stream media right here in the US.
