Is it still possible that there was pre-screening? Absolutely. Just because cameras weren’t passed out, doesn’t mean Obama voters weren’t moved to the front. I was not there, therefore I cannot speak with 100% certainty. But part of the rumor was that the cameras were identical.

Not that it matters. Look again at the rest of the cameras. The same width and everything. And again, you’re basing your ENTIRE argument on a single camera among dozens. That’s just… dumb.

As this is one of the busiest semesters of my academic career, I rarely have the time to comment as much as I would like. My tight schedule has limited me to being able to comment only when I feel like I have something truly worthwhile to contribute, and usually such contributions come in the form of disagreement. Those cases in which I express my disagreement should be read in the context of the many, many posts by Jeff and the other contributors upon which I do not comment but read with interest and find informative and thought-provoking, despite the fact that my political leanings are contrary to most of the good folks here.

Once again, I apologize for any misunderstanding. I have given my two cents above, and, both due to my busy afternoon and my desire not to perpetuate any other misunderstandings, I will not be commenting any more on this thread.

And Obama has rarely looked more fake. The wider he smiles the faker he looks.

I seem to remember photo ops with John Kerry and our troops in the ME had to be staged also. No one in the military wanted to be seen with him. I cannot believe many want to be seen with Obama, as full of fear and loathing for them as he is.

The left can keep pushing this shovel-ready cr@p at us. We’ve stopped believing any of it when it comes to this administration of amateurs.

I established all this using my finely honed research skills of clicking through links.

However, since I also used my finely honed research skills of looking at pictures and discovered that the email that Macsmind says he got from a sergeant claims something that my own eyes shows to be demonstrably false, I don’t believe the claims contained in Macsmind’s story to be true.

That can either be due to Macsmind making up the story that he got an email or to the person sending the email making a false claim.

If Macsmind did get an email from a person claiming to be a sergeant, then his story is true too, insofar as his story is that he got an email claiming X, Y, and Z. In that case, the email sender’s story would be the false one.

If Macsmind didn’t actually receive an email, his is the false one.

I don’t have enough information to determine which of these two options is the correct one. Hence (for the third time) my conclusion:

“Maybe Macsmind did get an email, maybe he didn’t; maybe it was from a sergeant who was there, maybe it wasn’t; maybe the person claiming to be a sergeant was telling the truth, maybe he wasn’t.”

I don’t have enough information about how the demonstrably false claim. “Take a look at the picture at AP and notice all the cameras are the same models? Coincidence? I think not,” came about to go about pointing fingers and calling people liars.

As I stated above: the claim is false, I don’t know where the falsehood crept in, and it doesn’t matter all that much to me how it came about.

Seriously, that has to be the most awkward looking photo I have seen.
