That is you can not necessarily take the individuality out of the Big Cat. The diverse messages on the signs last night is all that needs to be said.

This kind of reporting used to be all we got. At least Fox News tries to be respectful and gives the other side a real hearing. Since the CNNs and MSNBCs are so partisan (Obama shills), it has had the effect of moving Fox to the right in order to be a home for people who are not actively rooting for the Obama/big government movement to succeed at all cost.
This reporter’s condescension and snarlery was on open display. We’ve all seen it and come up against it. She is clearly disrespectful, gets in her digs, then turns the table and says the crowd it not one for a family audience. Incredible! It wasn’t an act, this is how most of the MSM feel about those of us who would attend a “tea party” and dare be cynical about ObamaCo.

and good sign… I’ve not seen the acronym used that way yet…. that is part of my favorite is to see the sign/slogan creativity…. Many of these will get copied for the next one ReTeaParty (for 4th of July) site-link…The TEApeat…. hoping ALL locations will do it again on the 4th… and again on Thanksgiving (good lessons for that day to remember what we are Thankful for in this Republic and that we want to keep it the Capitalist Nation as Founded), etc….

Yes, 700+ parties would be a challenge. Every tea party has its own special story to tell. There’s no homogeneous characterization that we can really draw upon. It’s a grassroots movement after all.

Besides, how can you say no this handsome image of 3 potential conservative defenders in the future?

Our intrepid reporter not only leads her story by asserting that the Tea Parties were partisan Obama bashing organized ostensibly as patriotic protests, but then gives screen time to an inarticulate man who did not represent anything close to the majority sentiment of the crowd as her evidence.

The reporter chose the craziest guy she saw and made him the lynchpin for her piece that the rally was little more than fringe Obama bashing. Can we verify that he wasn’t a leftist plant? For someone who put so much effort into drawing attention to himself, he didn’t have much to say. I can forgive her for talking to the loon of the bunch as TV shows do that all the time for ratings, but to suggest he represents the majority sentiment of the crowd is sloppy reporting at best or deliberately misleading at worst.

Even worse, she also cut off a more articulate response with a nervous string of nosequitors/ talking points designed to disorient the thought process of the listener and make him sound incoherent.

This is BS journalism. Awful. It literally made my stomach turn.

You have made clear/plain what the narrow minded (fool-hearted in our opinion) scope of the event you helped to organize was about… Funny thing about when you open a door and invite people in - to be “out-raged” they didn’t all share your narrow-focus/view and/or would “follow only your lead” is amazingly silly. Again, if you expect a narrow-minded set of parameters be met/followed - hold a closed event with only those that will follow your instructions. lol

Again - only LIBERALS follow boiler-plate Protest rally scripts (like the AIG protesters bussed in by the Unions, Code-Pink Socialists, etc…) I guess you haven’t learned the McCain Bi-Partisan tone, middle-ground squish, BS lost the last Election and WILL NOT WORK to try and win the next one!

Sure, I thought there were some “loons” given some of the signs (too narrow in scope and over the general “intelligence” level of most voters to dwell on)… but, they have the Right to protest and give their “opinions” on their signs as they saw/see fit…. You seem to miss this!!!!!
