Obama’s policy on terrorism will be “to uphold high ideals”

That’s the entire AP story: “President-elect Obama says his policy on terrorism strategy will be to uphold high ideals.” I guess that’s all we need to know in this new hopey-changey world where nothing concrete is said or done, and ideas with less form than a morning fog are given the weight of actions themselves.
