It’s not a bad tweet if you’re a twitterer but some of us get a bit upset at 1 line diaries.

There are people who work VERY hard to produce well written diaries here at RedState. They put some effort into research and writing and rewriting the diary until it convey’s the message they want to get across.

When they post the fruit of their labors, it goes on the Member Diaries list where they hope it will get read and commented on by a large segment of like minded individuals.

Then YOU post all these 1 line comments as diaries which move the REAL diaries off the bottom of the list. Those diaries deserve to be read. YOU are preventing them from being seen.

Socialism doesn’t work. It looks nice on paper, but it’s been tried and it’s failed miserably every time (usually accompanied by widespread death and suffering).

I really dont want to get flamed.
I enjoy reading the posts here and periodically have thoughts and thought the diary was an appropriate place for those. I now realize that an open thread would be better.

If I had the time I would put the effort into creating something like the posts I have seen here but I am too busy employing people and paying taxes to support the loons so they can suck us dry.

I live in Dave Obey’s district and have much to say about the level of arrogance and misrepresentation we have endured here. Perhaps some day I will have the time to write something worthwhile on that subject.
