How Democrats Change the Rules to Keep From Losing — Louisiana Voting
Democrats will change the rules to keep from losing. This November, more than five years after Katrina, you can still vote as a resident of Louisiana even though you have not set foot in that state for over 5 years! From the Louisiana Secreatary of State Website:
“ Displaced Voters: If you were displaced by Hurricane Katrina or Rita and no longer reside in Louisiana, you may remain registered to vote at your pre-hurricane residence address as long as you do NOT register to vote in another parish or state. You should provide a “mailing address”, if different from your pre-hurricane residence address, to your registrar of voters to remain an active voter.”
I wonder how they insure that these displaced voters are not registered elsewhere? The bureaucracy is just so darn efficient in Louisiana!
