Outrageous: Big Sis May Not Accept Arizona Illegals

Per Fox News, Janet Napolitano may not process and deport illegal immigrants from Arizona:

“ICE has the legal discretion to accept or not to accept persons delivered to it by non-federal personnel,” Napolitano said. “It also has the discretion to deport or not to deport persons delivered to it by any government agents, even its own.”

This is outrageous.  It is time for this incompetent to resign or be fired.  From the Christmas Day bomber to The Times Square fiasco to the Gulf Oil spill, she has shown a total lack of comprehension of what needs to be done and how to accomplish it.  She is totally clueless.
