It always seems like McCain gets good traction on an issue and then for some reason conservatives let it go.

In NH, talk radio was abuzz with this. The dumping on the Constitution. The radicalization of the Supreme Court, the socialism. This is real. This is good stuff. It works.

It needs an ad or some more press somehow.

Obama’s campaign site now is trying to imply (read:spin) a new link/site TaxCutFacts.org as some impartial comparison of the two candidates differing Tax policies that they will enact if elected.

What, of course, IT DOESN’T TELL YOU is how IT DISTORTS THE FACTS. In order for Obama’s Tax Cuts to “appear” better than McCain’s Tax plans it first takes into account the CANCELLATION OF THE BUSH CUTS and THEN REINSTITUTES THEM AS PART OF THE OBAMA PLAN (except, of course, those pesky breaks for the Rick folks, the top rate will be left back at 39%). McCain will KEEP the Bush cuts AND BUILDS UPON THEM! So when you do the calculation, you get McCains “additional” (ON TOP OF THE CURRENT BUSH TAX CUT SAVINGS) to compare to the distorted/phony Obama number. It compares Apples to prunes (and designed to give you the …. that the prunes would).

FIGHT THE DISTORTIONS of the ObamaBinBiden ticket, you must let your friends know of the manner in which they are attempting to deceive them in regard to the Tax Cut plans!

I’m sure that instead of “I would now be able to sit at the lunch counter and order as long as I could pay for it I would be okay” he’d now say “I would now be able to sit at the lunch counter and order as long as some ‘rich’ taxpayer could pay for it I would be okay.”

Yes racism will result from bringing this up. But, I hope McCain understands how tired those in middle America are of the race card.

I would like to see McCain come right out and say, “Bringing up Obama’s record is not racist. It is perfectly legitimate in an election campaign and we are tired of the Obama camp continuously playing the race card. Even former President Clinton complained about this. We are not playing that game anymore.”

now that Drudge is playing this up the MSM has to atleast mention it and if they dont Im sure Beck, Hannity, Ingram, Levin, and Rush will be playing the interview until the tapes melt. This tape is the clearest indication yet (most people arent going to read his books) to the casual voter that Obama is still stuck in the 60’s civil rights movement and not some post-racial figure that an image consulant gave him. My guess is that when the undecides hear this the first thing they are going to be thinking is how much like Jackson and Sharpton his thought process in terms of race politics in America.
