Al Qaeda will become main stream and sponsor little league teams

There will be no more erectile dysfunction

Now for a trillion dollars…

Trillion is getting thrown around much like a billion did just a few years ago and like a million earlier in my life (I’m 48)

I took out a ruler and find that a dollar bill is about 6 inches long, so a trillion dollars stretched end to end is 500 billion feet long. If you divide that by 5280 (no. of feet in a mile) you get 94,696,969 miles or about the distance from the Earth to the Sun. Folks, that is a bunch of dollars. It takes light traveling at 186,000 miles per second 8 minutes to get here from the Sun. I keep reading that the Dems want a trillion dollar stimulus bill. Where in blazes is that money going to come from? I think we are doomed to see the US fall from its pinnacle of power to become something resembling a third worls bananna Republic. I hope I’m wrong.

I have pondered what exactly has happened to this country. I think this cartoon gives a good portrayal of what our government has done to us. In pointing the finger (I think there are a whole lot of fingers to be pointed) of blame, here is what I came up with:

People: Our citizens, at least too many of them, want more things than they can afford. Our economy has responded and ours became a consumer economy. Consumption has become the driving force in our economy. Credit card companies and charge accounts allow most of us to buy things we really can’t afford. The government has become complicit in our gratification. They have mandated through law and regulations cheap credit for homes and loans to those who have no ability to pay. We are feeling the disastrous effects of their efforts to give us what we want and right now. I am convinced that the economic system we developed is unsustainable and will collapse. I don’t know if we are seeing it now, or whether the politicians will cobble together a plan to keep it going on a little longer. Either way, we are in deep trouble. Many of our citizens have bought into the socialist ideas that ravage Europe. They fail to understand that the “rich” are a finite resource and that the cash cow will eventually be milked dry, if they continue down this path. They fail to understand that unless we all produce more than we consume, our economy will be unable to sustain itself over time.

Education: Our education system is highly flawed. It was designed to give people the basics of reading, writing, and math to prepare them to work in factories. It does not teach the finer points of logical thinking or decision making. Lately, it has become involved in social engineering to strengthen the socialist’s support among the population. Agendas of ‘social reform’ are part of the public school curriculum. If we are ever going to save our future generations from themselves, schools need to teach responsibility, reward for hard work and success, and punishment for poor effort and failure. Logical thinking, decision making, science, ‘real’ history, and a detailed study of our Constitution need to be as important as math, reading, and writing. This is likely not to happen as long as the NEA has the Democrat party on its leash.

Politicians: Most of our politicians are very skilled con men. They understand the ignorance of the electorate and use this weakness against them. Obama is a prime example. He has promised his supporters a whole lot of ‘somethings for nothing’, and they bought it hook, line, and sinker. He will not be able to deliver the goods for them, but will most likely find ways to blame his failures on Republicans, p[robably even Bush. He may well succeed! It is a great little system these leftists have developed. Train the population to be ignorant, lacking motivation, and mediocre at best through our public schools, and then use these weaknesses to deceive them to gain their support and ultimately control over them. We are in a vicious cycle of ignorance. My only hope is that enough people will wise up in the next few years as this country continues to be diminished by the Democrat’s agenda. That may be our only hope. One of the things I have the hardest time understanding is why so many Americans buy into their drivel. Back in the ‘80s they wanted a unilateral nuclear weapons freeze, and there was talk about a unilateral nuclear weapons disarmament by them. They said it would make the world safer. Now they want to prohibit drilling for oil in our most productive areas claiming that the added supply will not decrease energy prices or add to our supplies. This junk is totally illogical, yet many Americans believe it.

I have spent the last 10 days contemplating the outcome of the election. I see a range of possibilities for our future, from a couple of years of Carter style blunders if they prove to be incompetent in wielding their new power, to a dictatorship much like the old Soviet Union if they prove as ruthless and evil as I think they might be. If the latter takes place, it will be because they stifle free speech (‘fairness doctrine’), virtually ban gun ownership, and get the economy so far in the toilet that the starving masses will accept any new system if they can have enough food not to go hungry. A lot of people don’t think this could happen in the US. I think it is very possible. The conditions are ripe for such a socialist revolution. I know there are many of us who will fight to the death to defend our Constitution, but there may not be enough of us. Obama has already publicly spoken for his disdain for our Constitution, so I’m sure he wouldn’t find dumping it much of a moral dilemma. I don’t, at this point, have any idea how far down the dismal road of Socialism we are going to travel. The first 6 months of the new administration should give us some clues. If the fairness doctrine is re-instated, gun ownership practically outlawed, and the tax increases he promised are not only fulfilled but made even more draconian, then I think we are in for it. My only advise is to try and be as fiscally solvent as you can, buy gold or silver, and definitely plenty of lead and brass (soon to be very precious metals). Try and store up plenty of long shelf life food, and other basic necessities. It is better to be ready than at the mercy of the government.

Folks, Ive really been depressed after this election. I still can’t believe what has happened. Our nation is losing it!

I have read many posts on what our party needs to do to reorganize, who our new leadership should be, and how we can get control of the media so we can get a better hearing of ideas.

I’m starting to wonder if things will ever get better. I’m starting to wonder if these are the last days of the United States of America. I wonder if it is too late for us. Now that’s a real downer!

It is easy to blame the Democrats and the leftists for our current state. They have done and will continue to do exactly what even the most uneducated conservative (that’s me) knew they are capable of. I think that we bear more responsibility than them. We knew what would happen if we weren’t strong, if we didn’t oppose their idiotic socialistic policies with every fiber of our being, if we elected our own brand of scum bags that tarnished the party with their self-serving scandals, if we were too afraid to speak up publically against them, and if our own elected politicians failed to show excellence in their performance when they had control of the executive and legislative branches.

Folks, we have far better ideas than the other side. Newt did a pretty fantastic job back in the mid ’90s. We need that sort of leadership again. The people we elect need to be the type who really do want to serve the country and not themselves.

I believe that excellence in performance can not be hidden any easier than incompetance. Our guys/gals need to be top performers. The American people need to see our party as the one that really does make things better…that our country is going down the right road with the Republicans doing the driving.

That is why we lost. More American voters see the Democrats as being better than us. That ought to shock the crap out of you…we are seen as not being as good as the Democrats! I really feel insulted!

The only hope we have is to make sure that our ideas, values, and goals are put into practice by those we elect. We can not tolerate scandals and liberal light politicians. WE have got to find the best people we can to carry our banner.

I have 5 kids and recently became a grandfather. I am so worried that their futures may be as dismal as others around the world who have had to live under the dismal oppression of socialism.

Lastly, I think this is one of the most symbolic pictures of the difference between a free people and one enslaved by socialism. I first saw this in an interview of Rummy. It is, of course, the Korean peninsula at night showing the darkness of North Korea in contrast to the bright shinning light of South Korea. Folks, I don’t ever want to live in a country like North Korea. It is hard to imagine such a thing happening to the US, but our freedom is only secured by our own willingness to fight for it. The Democrats will succeed in taking it from us if we allow them to! They can not take it unless we give in to them!

Probably will be the force that hauls Rush, Hannity, and the like off to jail for ‘crimes against the people’.

This has been a particularly brutal election season (and way too long!). I have lamented the direction our nation appears to be heading. I have pondered how such a great nation as the USA could be willing to throw away our national pride, self-reliance and self respect, and wander down the dark road of Socialism. I think I finally figured it out. The elections 2 years ago that brought the Democrats to power in the Congress is a response to the failings, some fair but most perceived or concocted by the Democrats and their willing sycophants the MSM, of President Bush and the Republicans in Congress.

I really detest the Democrat leadership and the crazy Socialistic policies they pursue in the Congress. I have come to the realization that this IS where our country is, on the whole. Our government is a Representative Republic. I believe that the Congress is a pretty good mirror of our citizens and national psyche on the whole. It reflects our composite ignorance, insecurity, greed, lack of education, desire to ‘take the easy way out”, lack of personal responsibility, lack of historical perspective, etc. This is not to say that there are no responsible, upstanding, and informed citizens, Congressmen, or Senators, but rather that they are in the minority.

I think that there is a real possibility that the Democrats will end up controlling the Presidency and the Congress, possibly with huge majorities after this election. I hope and pray with all my might that this will not be the outcome. If this comes to pass, the real danger, aside from the Socialist agenda the Democrats will pursue, will be their efforts to solidify their power and control by cracking down on dissenters. Should they succeed, we may end up with a totalitarian state within a decade. The left in our country has become populated with many violently radicals and thugs. Domestic terrorism by these leftist groups against conservatives and their institutions will be a tactic to beat down dissention. The Democrats will turn a blind eye to their violence and most likely fund their front groups with taxpayer money, like they support ACORN right now. This is a worst case scenario. Hopefully the Democrats will prove to be the incompetent boobs we believe them to be. If they fail to stifle dissent and somehow fail to stop somewhat fair elections, there will be a backlash against them when their policies fail miserably. The wishy-washy middle of the road folks who often decide elections will finally wake up to see that a ‘bad’ condition will be made far worse as the nation trudges down the road of Socialism. The major failures by the Democrats’ Socialist agenda will be the event that wakes up the apathetic citizens in our country.

All this is just my take on our present situation. I have hope that McCain and Palin will pull off a win, but I don’t think there is much hope for the congressional elections. I don’t know how much McCain will actually be able to get done even if he wins, but at least Obama will have lost. That would be a particularly satisfying win considering how much money Obama has raised and spent, the support he has received from the MSM, and the unrelenting lies that have been spewed from his sycophant supporters in the Congress. I believe that should McCain and Palin win, the vitreol we have witnessed against President Bush in the past years will look mild compared with what they will throw at McCain and Palin. I told my wife that with all the incredible advantages Obama has had, it is amazing that the presidential race is as close as it is. That proves that there are still may Americans who have not bought into his line of Socialist BS.

Undoubtedly, Bidens recent statement that should Obama be elected President, there will be an intentional international crisis within his the 6 months to test his mettle. He also stated that it would not be apparent at first that ‘we’ were doing the right thing. He also said there were 5 or 6 troubles that could crop up.

So I was splitting wood today pondering what the Great Gaff Machine had said. I know that the candidates on both sides have received national security briefings about current troubles our country is facing. So I started thinking about what was the most probable crisis the next president might face. I came up with either Israel striking Iran’s nuclear assets, or Iran striking Israel in a preemptive attack. Either way, I think it will be a war between Israel and Iran.

So, what did Biden mean by “it would not be apparent at first that ‘we’ were doing the right thing”. It comes down to whether he will support Israel or not. Obama is beholden to the left wing anti-war crowd, so any support for any war will bring him into bad favor with those nuts. Will Obama stand up to his left wing and support Israel? If he doesn’t support Israel, he will alienate the Jews who voted for him. They will feel betrayed, and justly so. Obama will be in a bad spot. Which way will he go? I’m not sure, but I think Israel will get thrown under the bus, along with his grandmother and others he can not politically afford.

So what happens when Iran mines and shuts down the Straight of Hormuz? Will he take action then? If not, oil prices worldwide will skyrocket. $4 a gallon gas would look like a bargain. What if Iran attacks US forces in Iraq or Afghanistan? He might be forced to act. If Obama refuses to fight, Europe could be forced to act because so much of their oil supply comes from the Middle East (rather ironic European nations having to fight). Depending on how big the war gets, and what type weapons get used, the conflict could quickly escalate. China and Russia could get involved, The US could be forced to act, but would Obama have the ‘steel in his spine’ as Biden claimed he has?

I don’t think many Americans understand just what could get started if Israel has to use their ‘big stuff’. If they feel sufficiently threatened, it will happen. Armageddon may be the result. The all out nuclear war we avoided for so long with the Soviets could be brought about because a wrong decision is made, or the US is perceived as being weak. Remember, Obama already said basically that there are no circumstances that necessitate the use of nuclear weapons. If our enemies don’t think he’ll use them, they are no longer a deterrent, and nuclear war becomes far more likely.

This is a really bad time to elect a President who boasts of his deep foreign policy credential and points to spending a few years as a child in Indonesia. The sad thing is that many Americans have such a poor education, they couldn’t find Israel and Iran on a globe, much less understand what is at stake if they go to war. I wonder if Obama does actually take us to war if code pink will protest him.

Lotta uncertainty…. this is probably rambling, kind of tired tonight…

I have been watching in dismay while my country goes completely ape-dodo over a Marxist Democrat whose resume is thinner than the wax paper covering a nasty week-old truck stop chicken salad sandwich. What in the blazes has happened to this once great nation? I just don’t understand how a nation with the morale character to beat back Nazism, Communism, and Fascism in the last century now stands poised to go down the same dark road of despair that we fought so hard against. We gave so many lives and spent so much treasure fighting the demented principles of the leftists. I spent quite a few years of my own life as a member of our military standing up to the Soviet threat. I must have been wasting my time. It looks like Communism is going to win despite all the efforts and sacrifices of so many good people in past generations. I believe we will soon witness the victory of Communism over Capitalism in our very own country. I am serious as hell about this. The leftists in this country have pulled out all the stops to ensure their victory. The media is complicit as well. Read the headlines. These new lefties are not good people. They are violent, deceptive, cheating, ignorant, and exploitative. I believe the new generation of socialists we have rampaging are the same sort that brought on the Bolshevik Revolution, Hitler’s rise to power, the Holocaust, Mao’s cultural revolution, and more recently, radical Islam in Iran, and Chavez’s socialist takeover of Venezuela.

Read the headlines! These leftists are very, very dangerous. They will see no moral dilemma if getting what they want costs lives. I’d love for one of our media dupes to ask Obama just a single question which is: o you in any way feel that your support (money and personal appearances) of Odinga in Kenya may have, in even the smallest way, contributed to the deaths of thousands resulting from the riots Odinga stirred up when he lost?” I’m sure he’d side step the question, and the leftists supporting him would probably plot to kill the media dupe.

Folks, this is some serious stuff! Once Communism gets going in our country, kiss good-bye your guns, religion, free speech, freedom of movement, individuality, hopes and dreams, privacy, standard of living, just about everything most of us take for granted every day.

I know many reading this may think I’m nuts, but this new generation of lefties is really that dangerous. They have found their figurehead in this flimsy little man from Hawaii, or Kenya, or Chicago, or where ever the hell he’s from. He is dangerous because he may soon have virtually unlimited power to do what ever he wants with massive Democrat majorities in the Congress. If he gets into the office, I see very dark days for this country which may last generations. Nothing is going to be the same.

I know most of us are very concerned that we may end up with a far left if not Marxist/Socialist executive and legislative government in the near future. I was trying to quantify what we may be looking at in the next few years if Obama gets elected. Please add your own. The changes our nation will experience will be profound. It is difficult for one guy to think of all the ramifications. Hopefully a lot of what I write below turns out to be total fiction and very far-fetched. The unfortunate reality is that a lot of these things have a basis in history if you think about the glory days of the Soviet Union, Nazi Germany, Mao’s China, and most recently, Venezuela.

Predictions:

Unemployment: 12-15%, Obama’s new taxes and regulations will force many
small businesses to go under thereby causing high unemployment.

Energy: Gas/diesel $8 per gallon, new carbon taxes on fossil fuels will cause
gasoline and electricity prices to soar. There will be little if no
exploration of our own oil resources making us even more dependent on
foreign oil imports. The radical environmentalists agenda becomes the
nations policies.

Food: Food prices up at least 10% a year, rising fuel and fertilizer prices
make food ever more expensive. More Americans forced on to food stamp
program to feed their families.

Taxes: The increases Obama is already proposing on the ‘rich’ are just a
start. Because his initial increases on income and capital gains causes
economy to slow, forces small business under, and large
companies overseas, Obama and his rubberstamp congress raise taxes
higher to make up for shortfalls in tax revenue. Budget deficits soar,
the national debt skyrockets, more business fail or leave the country.
Unemployment increases, more Americans seek aid from government to stay
alive.

Energy : Obama sinks many billions into green energy research, taxes fossil
fuels to pay for it. The government takes over ‘guiding’ research
into alternative energy and makes many politically motivated
decisions on what will work. Inefficient energy sources are
subsidized because market forces are taken out of play. Many
billions are wasted. America becomes more dependent on energy
imports. New oil exploration and drilling on American
territory comes to a standstill. Energy prices rise on shortage of
supplies. Government institutes price controls that further decrease
supplies, cause shortages, long lines at gas stations, rationing,
and higher prices. Obama forces nuclear power plants to shut down
because of environmental groups. Electricity prices soar. Blackouts
occur nationwide. Electricity is rationed so it is available only
for a few hours a day.

Economy: Increased taxes and regulation force many business to fail. New
business creation comes to a standstill. Rich Americans funnel their
wealth to other countries. Large businesses stage a mass exodus to
more tax friendly countries. Unemployment rises. The economy is
thrown into a deep depression. Real estate prices tumble.
Construction companies go under. Unemployment skyrockets. More and
more Americans are dependent on the government for their survival. The
world spirals into depression. There is increased social unrest
throughout the world, but particularly in poorer countries.
Starvation becomes epidemic in Africa and Asia. Regional wars
breakout over declining resources.

National Security: Emboldened by the presence of Obama and his weak national
security policies, terrorist groups strike US assets
throughout the world with little fear of reprisal. Obama
fails to take action which further increases attacks. Our
military is weakened because of liberal social experiments
and increases political correctness. Gays serve openly and
cause morale to plummet. Voluntary service in the military
plummets. Career service men and women flee the politically
correct environment and leave the military in droves.
Obama’s policies allow Iran to develop, test, and deploy
nuclear weapons. It is a matter of time until the Middle
East goes up in nuclear fire. Many millions are dead. Oil
flow from Arabia slows to a trickle. America’s strong
presence in the Middle East is gone. Obama has retreated
from Iraq closing all bases we have there. Continued
declines in numbers caused by the military environment
causes Obama to reinstate the draft. Women are now drafted
under our liberal feminist agenda. War with Russia and
China becomes very likely. Obama negotiates with our
enemies, but makes war much more likely due to the
concessions he makes and his outward weakness when dealing
with them. America is very weak. Even small countries
become a threat to our national security.

Society: America becomes the most politically correct nation on Earth. “Hate”
speech and “hate” thought become crimes punishable by prison.
Regulation of private property rights causes violent conflicts
between land owners and government. Many die trying to preserve their
property rights. Political dissention is beaten down by the
reinstatement of a new ‘fairness’ doctrine. Conservative
talk radio is extinct. Limbaugh and other top conservatives are
imprisoned because of their“grievous” hate speech. Fox News is forced
off the air. Newspapers have government bureaucrats approve of every
article they print. Truth becomes a very rare commodity.Government
programs pay rewards for ratting out individuals for criticizing
politicians or their policies, those found guilty are imprisoned.
Drug use increases as citizens try to self medicate their
depression caused by a dismal existence and bleak future. Illegal
aliens are given all the rights of legal citizens including voting,
and all welfare programs. Illegal aliens can even run for political
office and do. Violent crimes increase in every corner of the
country. To quell the violence, gun ownership by private citizens is
outlawed. Violent crime continues to increase due to gun policies
of government. Only the government and ‘bad guys’ have guns. Ordinary
citizens are defenseless. Because of the depressed economy, home
ownership plummets. Many citizens are forced into government work
camps to survive. Suicide is epidemic as many find living in the US
to depressing to deal with. The government becomes fully entrenched
in every aspect of life.

Education: All schools are forced to employ government licensed facilitators
that ensure a pro-government and pro homosexual agenda is taught
in grades K-12. Basic reading and math skills plummet. Political
correctness does away with grading performance. Knowledge and
compliance with government social policies is main focus of
education. School children are encouraged and rewarded for turning
their parents in for ‘un-American’ acts, speech, or beliefs.
Atheism becomes a mandatory study. History books contain
revisionist history that denigrates American triumphs into the
realm of imperialism and exploitation. The nation’s ‘new’ direction
will atone for our prior sins against the rest of the world.

Politics: The Democrats use every trick in the book to solidify their power
and ensure their continued dominance. Groups like ACORN become part
of the government in the new Community Improvement Agency. Voting
moves from a fraud riddled process to a full-blown act of
futility. Only liberal Democrats and cooperative Republicans win
office. Results of elections are ensured by government action.
Government maintains complete control of the media, and only
the government’s point of view is ever broadcast. The US becomes
essentially a one party government.

I’ll now leave this to you. I know this is depressing, but it is something to think about. How far we may go down this road if Obama and the Democrats get complete power remains to be seen. A lot of the stuff I wrote seems Orwellian. Personally, I think Atlas is shrugging. Hopefully enough Americans will wake up before we go down this road. If not, I hope we don’t get too far down it before we turn around and find a better route to our future.

I am and have been a Global Warming non-believer for a long time. The Earth is supposed to be experiencing run-away heating of the atmosphere that will soon have us all roasting like pigs on a spit. Too many have bought into the GW crap, including our presidential nominee, Senator McCain. It is my belief that a lot of minds will soon be changed when we experience a cold snap that may last for quite a few years. Could it be, dare I say it, that this loveable ball of thermonuclear mischief hanging in the sky has more to do with how warm the earth is than how many SUVs are stuck in traffic jams on California freeways?

I have heard some snippets about this Obama/Odinga connection, but didn’t have much background. This is about an 8 minute video that gives a pretty good idea of the connection and history. I even see a lot of similarities in method between Odinga’s efforts to steal the Kenyan election and Obama’s links to ACORN. If this bores you, don’t watch it. I think towards the end of the film where Obama is on the stage with Odinga is particularly telling. Obama has an undeniable affection with Marxists.

I have been a bit down for a while. The economy is in the crapper, McCain and Palin are lagging in the polls, ACORN is trying its best to steal the election, the Democrats are really full of themselves (nauseatingly cocky), and about half of my fellow countrymen have gone completely nuts and are willing to throw this country into Obama’s socialistic system. It looks like our country’s future may bring most of us some very hard times.

When I get to feeling like this, the following video helps a lot. I love this country and will never stop! I just pray that I will always have America to love. I hope for the best for all Americans. I hope enough people will come to their senses and not set us on the road to destruction. This is the most important election I in my lifetime (I’m almost 50). Anyhow, here is one of the most beautiful, uplifting, and patriotic songs ever.

I was flipping through the channels tonight and found that Dish Network’s channel 73 is now the “Obama” channel. I had no idea this was in existence. I thought I’d seen it all with the poor little brainwashed Kalifornia kids, now the Anointed One has his own TV channel? This is a sure sign of the end of the world. I’m just wondering why it wasn’t put up in the 260 range, which is where most the religious channels reside.

I don’t know how much more of this crap I can take! I’m really starting to hate anyone who gave this BOZO a contribution. Now he’s bought his own satellite channel! Lord, help us!

I just had the weirdest thought….this country has not been as divided as it today since the War Between the States, A.K.A. The Civil War, some 140 + years ago. We are not divided over the issue of slavery or states rights like back then. Our divisions today include:

socialism vs. capitalism

pro-abortion vs. pro-life

anti death penalty vs. pro death penalty

open borders with unlimited immigration vs. secure borders with legal and regulated immigration

legal same sex marriage vs. traditional 1 man 1 woman marriage

pacifist anti-war all the time vs. national security, war is necessary and justified at times

free government health care vs. personal responsibility for health care

welfare for the needy vs. personal responsibility for economic success

tax rates are always to low on the rich vs. taxes rates should never be more than absolutely necessary for valid, constitutional requirements

more government money or regulation is the solution to any problem vs. viable solutions usually require no additional money or regulation, often less of both

individuality should take second to the good of the many vs. individuality is paramount in a free society

the government can and should fix everything vs. the government causes most problems our society faces

moral values are situational and relative vs. there is truly good and evil, good should be nurtured and evil vanquished

patriotism is old fashioned and out of date vs. this is the greatest country God ever gave man, patriotism is a simple way of saying thank you

our country is responsible for the worlds ills vs. this country has done more to lift up the rest of the world, freed more that were in bondage, and gives more in time of need than the rest of the nations of the Earth combined

Liberalism vs. Conservatism

Will this country split again in the future? I have no idea. I am not a sociologist or anthropologist, but it occurs to me that when we humans lived in small villages, or tribes, or bands, it was probably easier to get along with each other. People in such small groups would share values much more closely than our diverse population in gigantic cities today. People seldom left the area where they were born back then, our society today is highly mobile. I don’t have a solution to our differences. I will no more become a liberal than Obama will become a conservative. So how will we hold this thing together? I have no idea…

I know most of us here on RS are pretty well abreast of what is going on in the world. For some unknown reason, last night I mentally started listing all the MAJOR issues I could think of facing this country. I am going to just list the items I came up with, in no particular order, just to put them in print. Please feel free to add to the list if you think I missed anything. I was listening to Rush this afternoon. This is my best attempt at reporting what he had to say about why Sarah Palin was uninvited to the Conference of Presidents demonstration against Iran:

Rush apparently knows well the head of the Conference of Presidents (I didn’t catch the guy’s name), the Jewish group that organized the protest against Iran’s policies towards Israel. He says that after Hillary bowed out due to Sarah Palins planned attendance, the group was threatened with a law suit by the Obama campaign that would challenge their tax exempt status for having the appearance of political activities. Blackmail pure and simple!

What a bunch of crap! The group had invited representatives from both major political parties. Hillary had decided not to attend when she found out Sarah would be there too. Hillary’s actions were completely political. If all this is true, we have a very good display of just what the Obama folks are capable of. They would blackmail a Jewish group for the sake of political gain. It was not Sarah’s fault that Hillary bowed out. I hope this get play somewhere. People better wake up and see just how thuggish the Obama left is and what methods it will use to get its way. Wake up America!

Palin family ‘incest’ joked about on NBC

A week after a high-profile send-up of Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin on “Saturday Night Live,” the NBC comedy show returned to making fun of the Alaskan governor in a skit where New York Times reporters sought to probe the possibility Palin’s husband was having sex with the couple’s own daughters.

“What about the husband?” asked a Times reporter during a mock assignment meeting for the paper. “You know he’s doing those daughters. I mean, come on. It’s Alaska.”

The assignment editor for the Times, portrayed by actor James Franco, responded: “He very well could be. Admittedly, there is no evidence of that, but on the other hand, there is no convincing evidence to the contrary. And these are just some of the lingering questions about Governor Palin.”

I used to love SNL. I used look forward to seeing it every week. It used to be funny. It used to lampoon both the political right and left. It used to be somewhat ‘fair’ in poking fun. SNL was know for pushing the limits, but this folks was was nothing but pure meaness! What would have been the reaction if it had been Obama instead of Todd Palin in the skit? So far, I have heard no mention of this on the morning news. Hopefully it will get some play soon.

Unbelieveable!!! The left in this country has absolutely no morals! They are the true hatemongers and the mean spirited! I’m sure many Obama supporters think this crap is funny. This could have easily have come from a post on the KOS.

Is it time to dump GE (owner of NBC) stock? Boycott GE products? Boycott SNL and all of NBC’s programming? I’ll leave that up to the readers. But I have no intention of supporting NBC or GE in any way henceforth! I’ve had enough of this crap!

My son married a sweet girl from Wasilla, AK. They recently moved back to Alaska, and here is a picture of my granddaughter being held by her aunt with Sarah Palin during the Governor’s last vist to Alaska. Pretty cool, and I’d have to say this was a true brush with greatness!
