That’s kinda funny, in a “haha, you’re ugly” kind of way. But what would’ve made it comedy gold would’ve been if she’d added “you know, cause his face is long” to the end of the joke.

Originally, hackers used the term to refer to seizing control of someone’s computer remotely. Gamers then adopted the term, using “pwned you” to mean “I beat you so badly it’s like I was controlling your computer.” And from there straight into our every day life. Sad really, I had desperately hoped it was pronounced “pawned” and was a very clever chess reference.

I’m not as upset about the content as I am that it’s just a terrible joke. Same with the George Bush joke in 2006. John Kerry cannot, for the life of him, tell a good joke, even when they’re written for him by someone else.

For at least 8 years now, I have listened to every talk show host, every comedien, every actor in Hollywood bash conservatives without the fear of reprisal. Your side is like the school yard bully.

Well Joe, if you haven’t figured it out yet, conservatives have had enough and now we are starting to stand up to not only your sick humor but your jeuvenile delivery of the same.

Yeah, I don’t think those two things are the same. As to the rape and sick rhetoric reference, you Dems are all alike, you know. You can say whatever you want about any conservative and then get offended if you get called on it. That was, of course, with reference to Letterman’s sick sense of humor.

Gov. Palin has displayed more maturity and class than either of the two libs mentioned. Libs, I might add, who have not lived a life of national service as Gov. Palin has. What’s that you say? Kerry has lived a lifetime of national service? Don’t make me spit lemonade all over the monitor. Kerry has lived a lifetime of Kerry-service.

(R)s only get upset when one of their own is insulted or is the butt of jokes, the same as (D)s.

It’s no longer about being partisan, it’s now about being for a single party and worrying about trivialities as opposed to actually trying to solve problems.

Again, why was it okay for Palin to make fun of how somebody looks (Kerry)? What happened to class and standards?
