Anything that can be done to gum up the works of bureaucracy is fine by me.

Heck, having them try to divine the nature of thousands of applications is one of the least damaging things they could be doing…

It does NOT cite any gov’t agency as being the employer. Go there and flag it. They claim to be a non-profit so let them post under the craigslist “Non-Profit” jobs heading.
