Gov. Palin must be doing a good job….

….handling the Volcano erruptions in Alaska, because we’re not hearing about it in the media. Can anyone confirm or deny this? Isn’t it funny that the response to Kartina was highly scrutanized because of a lack of response the federal government, but the feds don’t seem to be doing anything about this? My guess is the feds don’t have to do anything; because Gov. Palin and her team are handling it well.

    I think you’ll probably find there is nothing to do yet instead of any success or failures.

    I also tend to think the good men and women who work for the state of Alaska are pretty well prepared and have been dealing with any problems that have occurred. If you want to give Governor Palin any props, it’s probably for doing what any good leader does, keep the heck out of the way of the people doing the work and let them do their jobs.

    blow towards mostly unpopulated areas. The 25 or so people living in Skwentna got a nice ash shower though.
