MINNESOTA VOTE FRAUD: 2,812 Dead Voters

Mark Ritchie is so concerned that all votes be counted, he’s gone out of his way to ensure even dead voters’ ballots were among those counted on behalf of Franken.

A review of Minnesota’s statewide database of registered voters revealed at least 2,812 deceased individuals voted in last November’s general election, according to a new report by the “traditional values” advocacy group Minnesota Majority.

After obtaining the list of voters who participated in November’s election, the group hired an independent firm who specializes in “death suppression” for direct mailing lists to review the data. The process, which involved matching names and addresses to state death records, bore troubling results.

According to Minnesota statute 201.13, the commissioner of health is to report monthly the name, address, date of birth, and county of residence of voting-age deceased residents to the secretary of state.

Presumably the commissioner of health would not issue incomplete reports (read: no motive), the blame then falls elsewhere – namely, at the feet of Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie, whose partisan leanings and curious alliance with vote fraud-magnet ACORN are becoming more salient by the day.

Deputy Secretary of State Jim Gelbmann argues the discrepancies unearthed by the group are merely the result of election workers updating the voter database with faulty information and were not instance of voter fraud.

“I would venture—put my reputation on—the fact that there are very few, if any, people impersonating dead people. You’re going to have human error,” he admitted.

But Jeff Davis, president of Minnesota Majority, believes the situation to be far less benign – and legal – than the Ritchie’s staff is willing to admit.

“The first problem with their explanation is that there should not even be deceased individuals on the voter rolls. The second problem with the secretary of state’s explanation is that it basically acknowledges the lack of controls in the way in which voter history updates are being captured and recorded,” he said. Adding, “If the proper controls had been in place, this situation would not have occurred.”

Whether the peculiar case of 2,800+ deceased individuals casting ballots is a matter of fraud, human error, or resurrection is of little importance at the moment.

According to current recount totals, Democrat Al Franken leads Republican Norm Coleman by a mere 312 votes. If the Minnesota Supreme Court rules in favor of Coleman later this month, which most analysts agree won’t be the case, an additional 4,000 votes will be added to the mix.

When you’re down by such a slim margin, like Team Coleman knows all too well, every vote counts. When you live in a democracy, the very hallmark of which is fair and free elections, every vote should count. But when you live in Minnesota, where the chief election officer is a hyper-partisan louse, “every” vote counts, even after you’re dead!

ACORN is starting to unravel and the crimes and scam’s are beginning to surface and NO NEWS STORIES ! Are there any HONEST investigative journalists ? People from within ACORN are telling the truth how the thugs took over the organization and how money is being funneled to Progressive agenda’s. No wonder Congress and Obama are trying to use the FCC to silence the opposition . Congress woman MICHELE BACHMANN wanted to stop the transfer of funds to ACORN until an investigation is done but Barney Frank has blocked her efforts. The same B.Frank that should have been investigated for corruption, ACORN has been found guilty of fraud and other crimes in at least 14 states but is still eligible for Government funds ! Corruption you can believe in !

I’m sure they’ll say that there’s no way to determine which votes they were, so too bad.

Of course anyone with an IQ above single digits knows damn good and well 99.99% of these were votes intentional stolen by Obama folks and that they will determine the outcome as things appear now.

That part I figured probably wasn't actionable, bk

eburke Thursday, June 4th at 12:52PM EDT (link)

I was just wondering (hoping?) whether failure to follow state law/procedures in a case like this left Ritchie and the MN Dept of State open to any civil/legal actions for failure to follow state/federal laws.

And, btw, with the proliferation of this kinda of crap perpetrated by ACORN, the secretary of state races can no longer be considered unimportant ‘down ticket’ races by conservatives. Ritchie was elected here in ‘06 in an upset over Ruthie Kipfmiller in horrid year for Pubs in MN. That will probably cost the GOP a seat in the Senate.

with six months or less to live, up to a year before a general election.

It would be a special type of absentee ballot, if you will, on a one-page document with a signed, legal Dying Declaration, mailed in before election day, opened on election day, before representatives from all policital parties involved, if the person doesn’t show up to vote under his own power.

They count the vote, detach and return a receipt stating the vote was counted, (without revealing the vote itself) to counsel, or the next of kin, and keep the special ballot for four years.

I believe that would be a very consistent, verifiable way to ensure the rights and will of people who don’t quite make it between election cycles.

Somehow, I don’t think it happened that way in MN, or anywhere else, over 2800 times.

The uncertainty is an order of magnitude larger than the willing margin. The SC of MN should immediately eaxamine this.

ACORN should be under indictment in federal court.
What really kills me, i really mean HURTS me, is the abandonment by the media of the people of this country. I totally understand that it’s impossible to expect NO personal input from a reporter or writer in their work. The dream that they can be unbiased witnesses for the people is dead in my opinion. But the total lack of coverage about things like this, when it will look bad for those they helped get elected, damages our country and our democracy to no end. Voter fraud attacks the very soul of a free society. Yet it’s an almost insurmountable task to get anything other than the barest of local coverage on what is a crime against the people of this country.
If the Republicans were in control and they had insulted our friends like Obama did the Rep Prez would be lambasted with stories of how out of touch, unrefined and plain old stupid he or she is. Bush was portrayed as a bumpkin who was out of touch and had ruined our image abroad. Where’s the same about Obama and his insulting of England, Israel or Obama’s subservience to Muslim Monarchs who rule countries where many of the members of Obama’s political party would be eligible
to be stoned or executed for being who they are. Womens rights? Ha! And not a disparaging word from the mainstream media.
And this is a President who has been keeping the WH Press at bay
and basically dictating what they can ask and who can speak to him. The Constitution means nothing to this administration, he is wiping his feet on it in front of us all and not a peep from almost everyone of those so called journalists who hide behind the only Amendment they actually know whenever they get in a bind.
And our side, the Right side, those so called Republican politicians
are mostly muzzled by fear, unsure what to say or do because they are not rock solid in their beliefs nor skilled in defending them.
Our country is changing before our eyes and not in a good way.
When the Government and the media become one voice who then is left to speak for the ruled, for that’s what we will become,
subservient to the Government we created.

My years as a civil servant - and San Francisco underwent a huge voting fraud scandal while I was working there - is that voter fraud is primarily a very left Democrat thing. I remember some time back looking up a list of probably voting fraud cases and most were done by Democrats. Think? When was the last time the Republicans were actually indicted and tried for voter fraud. The Democrats believe Republicans do it because they do it. When they lose, as in 2000 in Florida they will even charge fraud but when all the votes in Florida were counted by the same set of standards, Bush clearly won.

I know of at least one case of voter fraud in the last election. It seemed so small and unlikely to have mattered in the overall count, I didn’t bother to report it, but it a close election I will challenge every vote that comes from a similiar source.

Minnesota Miracle...

Al Franken is so popular among the deceased that 2,812 voted for him in the last election,
how this feat was accomplished by seance or personal presence at the polls is unknown;
if you take the 312 votes he was leading by and subtract dead voters, it looks like a clear victory for Norm Coleman; despite duh mudia, and the liberal potty;
Dumbocretins are really big on voter fraud, they want to force them selves on voters;
there should be many prosecutions among the Franken campaign staff, and add Schumer, and the National Dumocretin Party to the list.

I'm Telling You, If Our Side Started Doing This..

DavidSage Thursday, June 4th at 1:38PM EDT (link)

..the Democrats would finally agree on some sensible compromises to ensure the integrity of the ballot. As long as this works for them, they’ll keep doing it, and they’ll continue to fight sensible laws protecting the voting proces. The media certainly isn’t going to call Democrats on this, and the Left could care less if conservatives whine about it. They only care if it works, and it does.

I have no doubt this is just the tip of iceberg of the voter fraud that goes on in Minnesota, and it’s what put Franken over the top.

I truly think we need some conservative ACORN type organizations that constantly push the envelope on voting issues. If nothing else, it would make a point that we need to make sure the voting process is honest and legitimate.

I know conservatives are better than liberals, and we shouldn’t sink down to their level, but this isn’t going to ever change until we fight fire with fire. Democrats have been stuffing ballots with illegitimate votes since the days of Tammany Hall. Do you really think it’s ever going to stop if we just keep doing what we’re doing?

In a way, the best way to make sure elections going forward are honest and valid would be if our side started doing exactly what the Democrats are doing right now.

Yeah God knows the way to fix it is to commit fraud.

I told people on this blog months ago, right after the election you do not understand the situation in Minnasota.

Minnisota is rulled by the Democratic Farmers party (Democrat) they are both the most incompetent and corrupt party in existence. Incompentent in the fact that the have controlled Minnasota for decades and have failed or been laughed at by anyone and everyone with a brain. The administation of third world countries are much better that the administration of Minnasota. The media is run by the Minnasota Star world famous as the “Red Star” no liberal bias not entertained, so bias that even as birdcage liner it is a failure. The people of this state have never in their lifetimes had a good and competent goverment and think that bad goverment is the adverage. The Democrats here, do not even try to hide their corruption because they have taught the people to expect it. I work with one of the county voter guides (Democrat of course) and he is proud of the fact that his county had a 123% voter participation score (I kid you not) and finds nothing wrong with that (as long as its Democrat). Projects that in other states cost XXX dollars cost at least twice that here. Contract competion is easy everyone may make a bid but the best Democratic supporting company will get the contract. You wonder why these people elect a moron like Jesse Ventura (an indepentant) can be governor, mainly because they figure he is to stupid to steal too much and be assured it will be less than the Democrats.

According to the Minnesota Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board, contributors to Ritchie’s campaign included liberal philanthropists George Soros, Drummond Pike, and Deborah Rappaport, along with veteran community organizer Heather Booth, a Saul Alinsky disciple who co-founded the Midwest Academy, a radical ACORN clone. One article on Ritchie’s 2006 campaign website brags about the fine work ACORN did in Florida to pass a constitutional amendment to raise that state’s minimum wage.”

Coincidence? I think not.
