The factors that characterize a totalitarian regime are:

1. The existence of an official ideology that is seen as uncontroversial.

2. A single political party addresses the nation. Democrats in control

3. This political party has a membership of 15% of the civilian population.

4. The government structure is established by the party. Democrats in control

5. The existence of an armed group or secret police loyal to the interests of the party. Obama’s plan for a Civilian Militia – In a July 2 speech outlining plans to expand opportunities for people to serve in areas such as AmeriCorps and the Peace Corps, Obama makes the following statement with no explanation or amplification.

“We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.”

Obama will have not just a political base, but a database, millions of names of supporters who can be engaged almost instantly. And there’s every reason to believe that he will use the network not just to campaign, but to govern. His e-mail message to supporters on election night included the line, “We have a lot of work to do to get our country back on track, and I’ll be in touch soon about what comes next. It is a safe bet that he intends to use this database to mobilize and strong arm legislatures who oppose his agenda.

We don’t want to beat a dead horse here (or, donkey, as the case may be), but we need to remind you all, once more, not to be Eeyores today.

The Obamedia is going to do to you what they did to Hillary supporters during the primaries — they are going to lie, and float all sorts of incorrect exit polls, and start revving up to declare Obama the winner.

Drudge Report — mark our words — is going to run that flashing red/blue siren he loves to report McCain losing all sorts of traditional Republican states around midday. He’s going to get all of you Eeyores hyperventilating.

The goal of the Obamedia is to depress you so much you don’t turn out to vote. Our friend Astrid always falls for this garbage, and we know she is not all alone. She’ll be miserable all day because she’s never learned to turn out the media and just chill out.

This is going to go down just like Super Tuesday – where the media claimed Obama would win California, New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and others…but Clinton won every state we predicted she’d win.

In fact, we were right about every state in the primaries except Missouri, which Clinton lost by less than 1%. Otherwise, we were spot-on.

So, we know you Eeyores are going to drive everyone in your lives crazy today. You are going to panic and wet yourselves and email/call/bother all of your friends and relatives all day. You’ll forward bogus polls and terrible links to everyone, and depress people left and right.

We have no idea why you people behave this way and really wish you would stop. Because we’ve been through this with you since New Hampshire and just think it’s all so ridiculous.

Here’s our advice: take a break from news today — consider everything you hear to be lies. Watch some cool movies (our favorite of all time is The Contender with Joan Allen), eat a nice sandwich, have a nap (or two), then tune into the Election Results around 10pm or so CST to see the final tallies add up and wait for a winner.

The rest of the day will just drive you over the edge — and then you will spread this Eeyore gloom and doom to everyone else, because that seems to be what you do.

We will never understand that.

But, we know you’ll do it, because you’ve consistently done it since January. It’s very predictable.

Just like the election results.

I have also heard a lot of comments that people are afraid that riots will break out of Obama loses. *Don’t be fooled, it is more head games from the Obama campaign. If there are some crazies out there that do riot, so what they are just hurting themselves.
I have been conducting an unofficial poll among business owners in my area and they say that ever since Obama became the Democratic candidate and the news media has shown their bias, the economy has degraded. While they all plans of doing more hitring and expanding, they are ALL waiting for this election to get over before they make any moves. Why? *100% of them say that if Obama wins, they WILL NOT expand their payroll or business BUT if McCain they are confident that he will turn this country around.
Pick yourselves out and show Obama what *REAL AMERICANS are about! We all know the media is slanted so DON’T believe a word that comes from their vile mouths!

Darn! I lost track of how many times Obama has changed his platform during this campaign. Everytime he speaks to a different type of crowd, he promises something different. You have to wonder how he can keep track of it all! That’s ERRATIC!

He keeps making the claim that McCain would be just another 4 years of a failed Bush Administration, but Obama’s promises sound an awful lot like the promises Bush made in his re-election bid in 2004 with a bit of McCain’s platform thrown in for good measure! McCain really ought to sue him for plagarism!
Obama never promised to clean up Washington until just the other day but I doubt his idea of cleaning up corruption is a far cry from what McCain plans on doing. Obama’s idea of bipartisanship is working with the likes of Sen. Richard Luger (R) of Indiana. He has mentioned this one several times, but as a resident of Indiana, I can tell you that Sen. Lugar is a self-serving Washington Elite who lives on pork.
Biden, in case you haven’t noticed doesn’t seem to be too fond of campaigning for Obama any longer either. While the media has given both of them a pass on near about everything, Obama has more than once brushed over Biden’s comments as flashy rhetoric, but one has to wonder if there isn’t a subconscience factor in these so called slips. The Bush administation has warned the American people that a terrorist attack on U.S. was imminent, infact Iran has just made such a threat. Does anyone really think that Obama, with his inexperience and his inability to make judgements is really qualified to handle an international or any crisis? Look at his voting record
Biden’s afterthought comment of Obama ‘having steel in his spine’ isn’t a compliment to Obama’s courage but rather an insight into his unethical and dishonest character. His entire campaign has been linked to voter fraud, credit card fraud, voter intimidation, mass hypnosis, voter manipulation not to mention he keeps his real past pretty secret. His personal ties to some of the world’s most undesirable characters should be a red flag in anyone’s book.
He makes claims on how his mother would struggle to make ends meet, how can that be when he attended an elite schoolas a Muslim in Kenya for years? Then too, where did he get the money to attend the high priced colleges that he did? A struggling single mother? I thhought he was raised by his grandparents? He paints a picture to try to connect to the lower class but it is only an illusion. His own brother lives on $1.00 a month in Indonesia, has Obama helped him at all – NO! Obama can’t even pass a security clearance!
Obama will do and say anything as long as it suits him. He will embrace any cause, will align himself with anyone, and will shift his position wherever the wind blows
As for Obama’s economic plan, The El Campo Leader Newsexplains that “Obama, on the other hand, has opposed almost any proposal that would increase the level of economic freedom in America. He has alarmed our trading partners with his protectionist rhetoric. He has proposed budget-busting spending proposals that reportedly total close to if not in excess of another trillion dollars in government spending in addition to the amount that the government is scheduled to grow unless a spending freeze is put in place.
To pay for his spending spree, Obama wants to raise taxes on nearly everyone, in contradiction to his widely discredited claim that his plan would cut taxes for 95 percent of Americans. In fact, according to the American Enterprise Institute, the effective marginal tax rate for almost every two-earner couple making over $25,000 a year with a child in college and a child in child care would rise under Obama’s plan. The most dramatic effective marginal tax rate increases would be for such couples making between $25,000 and $45,000 a year as well as those making between $105,000 and $125,000 a year – about 10 points higher for both groups.
In the final analysis, Obama would suck massive amounts of capital out of the productive private sector and transfer it to the wasteful and bloated government sector – a tactic that has been repeatedly tried and failed.

Senator Barack Obama declared recently that he wants to “reform our tax code so that it rewards work and not just wealth.” We think that is a great goal if it means a simple tax system with low marginal tax rates. Unfortunately, a close inspection of Obama’s proposals reveals something disquieting: he would raise marginal tax rates for many middle-income taxpayers, a bad move for anyone seeking to promote economic growth.
Although Obama is offering a new series of tax breaks, they undermine rather than improve economic incentives. First, whether or not you get those breaks will depend on your income. In Washington, taking away tax breaks as families work harder to make more money is called a “phase-out.” Economists have a different name for it—we call it a tax. Reducing a person’s tax credit as his income goes up also reduces his incentive to earn more income.
Second, Obama would make some credits refundable for families with credits bigger than their tax liability, which would also have the nefarious effect of raising marginal tax rates. For example, consider a worker in the 10 percent bracket with $1,000 of tax liability before credits who claims $1,200 in credits. The tax impact of earning an extra $100 depends on whether the credit is refundable. If it’s not refundable, there’s no tax penalty on earning the extra $100 because the worker’s tax liability stays at zero. But if the credit is refundable, earning the extra money pushes the tax up from negative $200 to negative $190—that’s a 10 percent penalty on earning income.

Ever since I had heard that he is doing a so called 30 minute infomercial 6 days before the election, something has been gnawing at me about it. I have been having a hard time trying to figure out how he has mass produced a cult of zombie-like followers. I did a search on google and sure enough I am certain that Obama has been using subliminal messages throughout his campaign and this 30 minute stunt will be filled with nothing but subliminal messages. It all makes sense ,while people are distracted with their own personal economic problems, their guard is down making their sub-conscience fertile soil for hypnosis.

Is the liberal media using the economy as a front for what is really going on or is it they just don’t know? Considering his past associations, he has had ready access to learning these these techniques. If I remember correctly, It takes 7 to 14 days for sublimanl messages to wear off… 1 day after the election. I happened to watch the Democratic Convention. For at least a week, I remember having been swayed towards Obama and couldn’t not figure out why.

If you will notice his hand gestures, they are same as Osama Bin Laden, Adolf Hitler and the lunatic from Iran. All of these have been known to use subliminal techniques to control people. I found more interesting thoughts on this when I stumbled across freerepublic.com;

Note that the PDF is worth reading although I just skimmed the first 16 pages to get to the part where they start providing examples of Obama’s techniques. The document can be hard to make oneself read because it initially seems preposterous and the formatting is annoying but you do need to read through it to understand the better material that occurs toward the end. I and a few other posters found the footnotes to be worth reading and we checked out various web pages linked there.

For those who don’t want to read the doc a suggestion: If you do watch the 30minute infomercial Obama has planned pre-Superbowl, sit down with pencil and paper and jot down a few notes about these topics: (make a beer game out of it!)
1. Make a mark on the paper each time Obama says a literal or figurate truth (i.e. today is a new day, I am standing here, we are here together etc, we need change.) This is to lower psychological defenses and he does it evenly and repetatively to keep logic barriers down.

1. Write down the last word Obama says before each long pause. He talks in 4 to 8 word sentences slowly – write down the word just before the pause. It should be words or impressions he intends for you to involuntarily recall on voting day.
   Extra Credit: Note instances where he holds thumb and forefinger together like a pencil.

If you see these behaviors during the informercial – you may want to come back and read the PDF so you may want to save a copy now just in case! : )
These are just a few of the simplest techniques covered in teh document&183; By the time you add them all up it no longer looks like coincidence.
Unfortunately, if Obama is indeed using hypnotic techniques, his Superbowl infomercial is his last chance to reach more people and to fortify hynotic suggestions for those he has already reached. If he is even partially sucessful – then a number of people will not know why they changed their vote to vote for Obama at the last moment on Nov 4th.

Also – one poster on one of those threads posted a 30 year old film clip of a Russian defector describing the stages of mass manipulation (similar but not formally the same) planned for the US…way back then! And…sadly enough – he was quite right. Here’s the eerily prescient old film clip:
