That being said, Daniels’ actions were what they were. Faced with a chance to stand up for the people of Indiana, he instead chose to capitulate to the union-backed Democrat thugs who absconded from the state. That is cowardice, no matter which way you want to say it. I choose to call things what they are and will not bend to Obama’s idea of “civility.”

The larger picture is this: We are in a struggle that will define this nation for generations. We either pull ourselves from the abyss or we don’t. We either reclaim our constitutional heritage or we don’t. The time for “shades of gray” are over. The leftists have shown they do not want to save this country, so they must be opposed and defeated, period. What Daniels did was harmful to this effort and is unacceptable. It was, again, the act of a coward. If that hurts his, or anyone’s feelings, then that is regrettable. But I will not

One final note: my original post was commentary. It was not reporting. It was my take on what transpired. My calling him a coward or pansy wasn’t an gratuitous attack. It was my way of expressing anger at what he did. It’s no different than any other conservative commentator. How many times do we here commentators that we all listen too use similar words to describe their outrage at actions which are harmful to the country?

So, if my use of the words “coward” or “pansy” offended anyone on here, I regret that you were offended. However, I will not pretend something is other than what it is. If one of “our guys” does something that is cowardly, I will call him/her out on it. If one of “our guys” does something stupid, I will likewise call him/her out on it. My days of feeling sympathy for our “leaders” is over. Either do the job the right way, or move over and let others who are committed to our country, our constitution and our liberty do the job.
