I was concerned when many Rep. ‘elite’ wrote her off so soon after her announcement that she was resigning. But then I started to see the rational.

The Republican Party should be aware of a couple of things. It is quite likely that Energy, Smaller Government, and Less Taxes and Spending will be the pivotal issues for the next few years. I think some in Washington should be very careful when criticizing Gov.Palin, weather Republican or Democrat. The Dkos , Huffpukes owners will have worn out their welcome and their liberal theories. Most Americans, Democratic and Republican will be looking for someone that will just make things better for our children, and I think that most will vote for ‘One of Us’. There is not another potiential candidate that fits that bill, but Gov. Sarah Palin.

A word to Democrat and Republican elected officals. If you put yourself in a position to be labeled as a ‘Good ole Boy’ of today’s government, after a couple more years of the
“Train Wreck” called Obama, you do so at your own risk. Sarah has a record that the majority of Americans LIKE…………

And I don’t even consider you a SmearBot, since you actually have a valid reason to, ummm, *disagree* with Sarah.

Not me. I was hoping she would come to Florida to draw crowds and raise money for Mark Rubio. And then go on and do the same thing for conservatives in every other state where the GOP Establishment has already decided who’s won next year’s primary.

I agree the media will go after her with everything they have without ceasing. If she ever does get elected to a high office, it’ll be entertaining just to sit back and watch their heads explode on a daily basis.

For me, I think I’m tired of both PDS and the Palin Bots. I was hoping she’d go back quietly to Alaska and do a good job there, but it would appear neither side was willing to let that happen.

What, because of this? Come on. That’s all the pukes in the media were going to do no matter what. It’s all they’re doing now. It’s all they will do if it looks like she’s going to run for office, and it’s all they were and are going to do in between. Liberals are terrified of Sarah Palin. It is visceral. BDS is a mild affliction compared to what Sarah Palin does to liberals.

Please do not worry that the media will be tougher on Sarah Palin because of anything that happened this week. They are in full nuclear-attack mode. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be. It doesn’t matter what she does or does not do.

The media wanted her scalp. Now they think they got it. I’m with Kowalski: I think they should have been more careful about what they wished for.

To what benefit was it to Alaska if she would have stayed? Alaska could have paid millions in legal bills defending her against frivolous ethics complains. The government would have been ham strung and the goals that Alaskans elected her for would have fallen by the wayside.

Her Government would have been labeled a miserable failure and in the end, she would be out of politics and relegated to a failed govenor. when the left hates something - you know it’s good.

Good Question: “What’s right for Alaska,” as opposed to “What’s in it for Sarah Palin,”

This is exactly what it boils down to. People cannot not see the integrity and ethics that were on full display in this one act. Our society is so out of touch with people of true character that they cannot understand it when it is presented to them.

It is a higher calling because if she stayed on as Alaska Govenor, the state would have wasted time and money defending her against ethics complaint, after ethics complaint.

The state is now free from that and she knows that the goals that she had as governor will be fulfilled with Shaun Parnell at the helm.

Instead of fighting off allegations constantly, Alaska can move forward with the pipeline etc. Anyone who doesn’t get this is pretty dense in my book.

As far as Palin, the reason I support her is because of what she does and not what she says. And “Love” has nothing to do with it. You must be a lefty!

Palin is not a Huckabee, not even close. I think of Huckabee as a more charming Pat Robertson. If Palin is anything like Huckabee it is surely in the minds of media creeps who put anyone who speaks of belief in God in the bitter clingers basket.
