We could open the Guantanamo Bay Spa/Resort/Abortion Warehouse sponsored by Planned Parenthood and just fly everyone there for free government-funded abortions. Obama could sign an agreement with Castro so that we could use the far superior Cuban medical system to supply the “doctors”.

Maybe your state will be one of the lucky ones to get the Gitmo gang or the new abortion clinc. Ither way you lose. I find it so hard to stomach the coverage of the protests of Isreal and the Planned Parenthood ads but didn't see any coverage on the March For Life yesterday in DC. Hundreds of thousands marched peacefully for the Right To Life and in opposition to the Freedom of Choice Act Obama and the liberals want passed . fox did a 30 second spot and I saw it only once. I found this on Team Sarah . Many members were there taking part in a March that marks the date Roe v Wade was passed. This is not going to go away even if Life is considered a past issue to the Liberal left.

Habeas Corpus, literally in Latin “you have the body” is a term that represents an important right granted to individuals in America. Basically, a writ of habeas corpus is a judicial mandate requiring that a prisoner be brought before the court to determine whether the government has the right to continue detaining them. The individual being held or their representative can petition the court for such a writ.

Being that government funds some abortions – could a baby in the womb have these rights? The rights Obama and his liberal friends want to give to those who are terrorists.

Perhaps if in this backwards thinking world we are living in, under our new Presidents wishes a terrorist should have his/her day in court before a judge. However, an innocent baby, in his/her mother’s womb who has committed no terror, no crime, just growing and living in the mother’s womb can be executed without their day in court. What is good for the goose is good for the gander, perhaps a woman who is pregnant should have to appear in court before a judge with an independent advocate for the baby prior to an abortion, or perhaps we could follow the 10 Commandments and just not murder the baby and for sure no taxpayer dollars go towards the execution of a precious baby.
