        The official WH/Dem leadership spin is that Coakley ran a terrible campaign, did not embrace Obama enough, and (thanks Patrick Kennedy!) did not spend enough time finger-pointing at Bush.

        If that were the case, then why are so many Democrats in Congress so terrified? All they have to do when they run is bash Bush, hug Obama, and hire Obama’s cronies, right?

        What am I missing here? (heh)

    he makes the right noises before votes, and then votes in lock step with the Progressives. He sure should see the handwriting on the wall, like in brush up your resume for 2012.

    I have great faith in our new R Gov. McDonald. If he accomplishes just a part of his goals for the Commonwealth, he will insure that no more Democrats will be representing our state in Washington. I’ll go so far as to say, watch out for McDonald to be going to Washington sooner rather than later.
