Is the SEIU playing the race card in Arkansas run off?

Presumably, President Obama still supports Sen. Blanche Lincoln over her runoff opponent, SEIU-backed Lt. Governor Bill Halter. However, with Tuesday’s Democratic runoff election going down to the wire, it’s becoming harder to tell.
