The party is starting to really heat up and spirits are soaring. A rally is fomenting and anxiety is skyrocketing. The health care bill is looking like death warmed over and subsistance farming is a growing business. If healthcare doesn’t pass many of our Democratic friends will have to actually find a job. Of course, most will become lobbyists, you know, the one person who Obama said would not be welcome in Washington DC. They will be welcome guests at functions, and make a nuisance of themselves in the halls of congress. They will be vilified by the President as they walk through the door of the oval office.

Some will have to get real jobs, because there is only room for a certain number of lobbyists, after all, the oval office can’t hold everybody.

If healthcare passes, the Democrats will have to look for employment elsewhere. I hope they won’t have to wait in line too long at the unemployment office. The first thing they should get is to be cut off from receiving their pension, because they are making too much money. They did make that rule, you know. Then they have to go on medicare, and go to the same doctors everyone else has to go to, if they can find one.

There is only one thing that could be worse than having to compete for jobs in the open market, being cut off from that healthcare provision they are used to while serving in congress. I’m not very optiistic that these things would come to pass, but what a dream.

We have seen an explosion of antagonism regarding the decision to bring KSM and his cohorts into New York City to stand trial. This is not by accident either. This decision by Attorney General Holder, and President Obama to bring these terrorists to New York is one of three things; Incredibly naive, reckless disregard of the law, or treason against the people of the United States. If this action is only naivit’e there is hope that this decision can be reversed. If it is a reckless disregard of the law, the Attorney General should be fired, replaced, and the decision reversed. If the Attoney General, and the President are guilty of a reckless disregard of the law, constitutionally, they can both be convicted of malfeasance, and held accountable for tjheir actions. These two actions are a part of treason, but the treason is the crime against the people of the United States, which includes using this trial to place our national security, and our methods of national security at risk. It is an abridgement to the security and agents of our security, as well as the safety of those agents, which should take precedence over the “rights” of foreign agents. The treason we speak of here is the act of assisting our enemies who are at war against us by giving them a platform to recruit, and incite others to make war on this nation. It is a long standing tradition, which has been encoded in the constitution, that enemy combatants have no rights or privileges when caught on thw battle field. This trial of enemy combatants, especially when out of uniform, consists of the worst case scenerio because they are not guaranteed a trial, much less a civilian trial. In war, those caught can be shot on sight without any repercussions. The Navy Seals are immune from any criminal charges especially if all they did was to slap a civilian, who might have been hiding enemy combatants. The fact that they are on trial at all is a travesty of justice. The same was true of the two Border Patrol Officers. This government is more in tune with the enemy than with our own law enforcement officers, and our military. That is wrong! It may even be considered treasonous. Our military is fighting a war in Iraq, and Afghanistan, not a Saturday night brawl. Our Border Patrol Officers are fighting a war against drug runners, and illegal smugglers of every kind. It is not a position where PC is to be practiced. The use of force is a part of the job.

This Attoney General is responsible for the upholding of the law. It is his duty to enforce the law as the constitution states it. The constitution states that enemy combatants are not granted any rights under the constitution, therefore KSM and his cohorts are not eligible to be tried in civilian court. The Attorney General, is therefore obligated to return KSM and his cohorts to Gitmo to stand trial under military guidelines. There is no excuse for allowing KSM and his cohorts a forum for recruitment and incitement of acts of war against this nation by havinfg a civil trial in New York wherein the press will spread the hate and malice to the enemy through the camera’s eye. KSM and his cohorts do not deserve any press coverage, or a forum. This action by our President and our Attorney General is nothing short of vial treachery against  the United States and our national security.

In the quiet of a fall evening in November I see a movement in the woods. It is the Mugwumps and the No-Nothing parties of 1860 reunifying with a ritual burning of a liberal Democrat, in effigy, of course. They are discussing major events and the strategy to win. The problem is that no one knows whether they are the semiliberals, or the semiconservatives. They fear the public, but not their constituents. Therefore, they are torn as to whether they will go along with the Democrats or begin a whole new battleground. They don’t like the label of conservative, because they are afraid someone might find out they don’t vote as a conservative. RINOs are present, and independents, too. Since they haven’t listened to their constituents for a long time, they don’t know how. They are more afraid of the Democrats than their own party. It is going to be tough to vote for a party that has no idea who they are. The Mugwumps are the driving force. They have ideas about the healthcare legislation, and taxes, and big government. The problem is, they are going to stop it from growing at its present level, not cut it back. Their healthcare bill has some good things in it, but they have no confidence their bill can pass, because they don’t want to fight for what they believe in.

The No-Nothing party is aptly named. They have no ideas, and those they do have are conspiritorial in nature. They fringe out every once in a while, and want government to just go away. No more taxes, or bailouts, but no strategy to replace it. How can any party win under these circumstances? Someone had better come up with a plan of action, or the party will fold up in the middle of the campaign.

We, as citizens of this great nation deserve better than that. We are fighting for the very soul of America. If the Republican Party misfires in 2010, we, as a nation will go down in flames. America cannot afford having a Democrat majority. They must be defeated. The time for sectarianism and gross neglect of the issues has passed. The underachieving within the Republican party has taken its toll on this nation. It is high time Republicans got their act together and changed this nation back to the limited government, low taxes, insurance selling accross state lines, small bureaucracy, strict constitutional government party.

The Mugwumps and the No-Nothing party made the Republican Party a winning party by electing Abe Lincoln. I think it is time to elect a majority of congress, and get Pelosi, Reid, and all the rest of their party out of office. The citizens of this nation are in a conservative mood, don’t blow it.

It seems that we have hit a new low at the Federal level. With the pride of a snobby matron, Mary Landrieu decided to flaunt her corruption for the world to see. It is not surprising, unfortunately, that this kind of corruption is rampent in our nation’s capitol. We have seen a decline in trustworthiness coming out of Washington for the last two decades. The decline has become a torrent of broken vows and deceit, cowardly acts of sabotage against the constitution, and the propagation of wholehearted subtrafuge of the freedoms we are supposed to be enjoying, and the rights we should be tranferring to our children, instead of having to fight to keep from becoming a slave of the government.

When those who are supposed to look out for the interests of the citizens of this nation become the enemy of the people they are supposed to protect, we are at an impasse. We either have to rebel against the established order, or surrender to the fate of our future. Which shall it be?

This health care legislation is only the tip of the iceburg. There has been a constant barrage on the constitution, the bill of rights, and the American people since the 1940s. With the beginning shots accross the bow of the ship of state in 1947 with the first of the Supreme court decisions concerning prayer and the separation of church and state, to the present arguments concerning the cross in the desert, we havwe seen an erosion in the moral structure of America. The new hate crimes act set a new level of anticitizen, antifreedom, and antirights measures into effect. The effect of this law is to force each one of us to speak only those words which are approved by some bureaucrat. It is called double-speak in the book 1984, by George Orwell. The level of corruption in Washington is rapidly becoming a nationwide phenomenon,with the election in New York-23 as an example. Even the vote for Senator in Minnesota stands as an example of voter fraud gone unchecked by corrupt government officials. Everyone in the state knows, but noone wants to talk about it, because it is too embarrassing. I know because I live here. The corruption of the government is only a symptom of the greater disease of perfidious, peremptory personages, who prey on those weaker than themselves. That, however, is also a symptom. The corruption and the symptoms which flow from it are rooted in the rebellion in this nation against everything we held dear when this nation was founded. The first of which was a fundamental belief in Jesus Christ, and the knowledge that it was God who was to be the real ruler of this nation. It was for His provision that the founding fathers prayed, and it was God to whom they prayed when the difficult task of writing and discussing the constitution and the bill of rights before they voted. One of the first things Thomas Jefferson did as president was to send missionaries, paid for out of the governmental treasury, to the Indians. The chaplain service was begun by George Washington in 1775, paid for by the governmental treasury. When a nation strays from its belief in God, corruption and moral turpitude are not far behind. Unless there is a turning around, and repenting this nation is on a slippery slope to oblivion, just like every other nation that turned away from God.

In 2 Chronicles 7: 14 it says; “If My people, who are called by My name, will pray, and seek My face, I will turn and heal their land.” That is the only option we have left. We have allowed evil to remain too long, and it has nearly destroyed us. Now it is time to repent, seek God’s face, and ask for forgiveness for our nation. We have been too long at the fair, let us get back home and do our work.

“Carry a message to Marathon, tell them we won.” Voyage to the moon so you can see the Earth behind you. Bring good news back, saying that all looks peaceful from there. Voyageur, carry the message in your heart, we have won the race. These are the words both sides of the vote on health care are looking for. One side will come away victorious today. Which it will be is anyone’s guess. If the Democrats get the vote, we will need to prepare for the onslaught coming in 2010. That onslaught will be the sound of locusts coming to take our freedom, our liberty, and our money. The locusts will be tax collectors, bureaucrats from Washington coming to set up panels which will tell us what they will cover and what they won’t, and the campaigners for candidates who will scrounge around for votes they don’t deserve. If the Republicans win we will see smiles, promises, kissed babies, and scroungers. Unless the Republican party regains their conservativeness, and their contract for America, and sticks with it, we will see a lot of wind but no breath of fresh air. Trust in our legislative branch will take place only if significant changes are wrought, there will be a distrust of congress and the bureaucracy which transports the messages from the legislature to the people. Unless the bureaucracy drastically changes, there will be very little change in the institution of government. Senators and Representatives may come and go, but bureaucrats stay until they are either fired or retired. If the voyageur caries a message of hope we can breathe easier for at least 10 minutes. Then we will need to continue our vigilence, because just like in 2001 and 2004, Republicans dropped the ball. The watchmen could not raise the citizens to rally at the gate then, so the message was lost. If we are not vigilent, when the Republicans regain their seats, they will slip again. There is an opportunity to become the uberparty again, but it will take work and boldness on the part of the candidates. The message must be transported to every portion of our society, from one people group to the next. Noone can be left out, and noone excluded. The conservative message is one of common sense answers to the issues of the day. Common sense is not always the simplest answer, but is an answer that simplifies complicated issues. This health care bill, for instance, complicates a simple issue into a convoluted mess. That is what republicans cannot do. Simplify, qualify, and reduce, the three words which will get the Republican Party back into a majotity. Then, when they get back into the majority, they cannot forget how they got there. Simplify, qualify, and reduce. Keep the message simple, just like the message the Greeks sent back to Marathon, ” we won.” Keep legislation simple so the citizenry can understand it, qualify the message by doing the math, showing how much it will cost in simple terms, reduce the size of government by half, cutting programs and departments that no longer serve a purpose, and reduce the deficit, and stop the spending. Stop the flow of illegals and secure the borders. In this way we can deduce that the Republican Party is one which listens to its constituents, and serves the nation rather than the party. It is just as wrong for Republicans to only serve the party as it is for the Democrats to only serve their party. If the Republican party serves the Nation first, they will reap the rewards of that action. The nation always comes first, politically.

The most important thing 2009 has taught us is that this nation can fall into darkness. We, as a nation have allowed our selves to idolize a man, and put him on such a high pedistal that when he falls he will break his neck. We have seen it in the newspapers, on cable news channels, network channels, and some radio stations. We have experienced this phenomenon throughout the campaign, and the first year of this presidency. No man, woman, or whatever, deserves that much adulation, no matter who they are. This nation has slipped into an idolitrous nation. We began this nation as an experiment in Christianity. Our forefathers came to this land to bring Christianity to this land for the glory of God. That was the beginning of this nation. Time has eaten away at this experiment in government and this Christian heritage. It is up to us to protect them both, with God’s help.

It seems that our President has given this nation into the hands of our enemies. He sees the enemy as a friend, and sees the citizens of America as his enemies. By giving Khalid Sheikh Mohammed all the rights and privileges afforded only to American citizens, he has abandoned his obligation to protect the constitution, therefore betraying this nation. In effect, Obama and Holder have taken it upon themselves to make Khalid, and friends, citizens of the United States without regard for the law. The Legislature is the branch of government which makes law regarding rules of naturalization, according to the constitution, and they are the only ones who can change those laws. Khalid and friends have no rights under the constitution, regardless of their imprisonment at Gitmo. This move on Holder’s part is unconscionable at best and unconstitutional all the way through. There is no reason Khalid and friends need to be brought to New York in the first place, unless it is to put the CIA, and the Bush administration on trial. If this is the case, both Obama and Holder are out of bounds. There is no excuse for revenge and slander in the case of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed vs. United States. If this trial turns into a circus, both Obama and Holder need to be held accountable for their actions.

We have seen our flag, and our nation come under the worst attack since the World Trade Center in 2001. President Obama and Eric Holder are the culprits, and the families of those slain in 2001 are the targets of their attack. How can Obama and Holder perpetrate the devastatingly brutal propaganda tour to proceed. Do they hate the victims that much, or are they just stupid, according to Proverbs 12:1-3.  1. “Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge, but he who hates correction is stupid. 2. A good man obtains favor from the Lord, but the LORD condemns a crafty man. 3. A man cannot be established through wickedness, but the righteous cannot be uprooted.” It seems this may be something to think about while Khalid and friends make their way to New York. This war is not against criminals, it is against people who have declared war on this nation, and to treat it as a criminal act is not only against the military code, but it is an Ostrich move on the part of our president and his attorney general. It is time to wake up, Mr. President, and smell the gunpowder, because if this trial is allowed to proceed we will see many more attacks on our soil, and the blame will fall on your shoulders. There is no excuse for stupidity, or for having your head in the sand.

Face the facts, President Obama, and Attorney General Holder, we are at war, and because of that fact all diligence should be brought to bear on this case, in the military courts. No war criminal should be tried in civilian court. It is wrong, and it sets the wrong message before the world. Wake up, Mr. President!!!

I am writing you today to ask you to oppose the health care bill. It is a bill which defrauds and enslaves all citizens of this great nation. It destroys our freedom and encumbers us, as citizens with a debt which can never be repaid. Our economy is fragile enough without dumping $ 3 trillion more dollars on top of our shoulders. It is also unconstitutional to force citizens, under penalty of fines or imprisonment, to buy health insurance. We are not chattel, nor are we the slaves of the Federal government. We, the people of the United States, are the ones on the top of the food chain where you are concerned. You work for us, and we can fire you. You had better remember that. 87% of American citizens like the health care they have. We, as citizens, want a Federal government which acts responsibly, and budget conscious. We want less government, and less bureaucracy, but this healthcare bill adds taxes, builds government infrastructure, and adds bureaucracy. This is the wrong way to go about saving our tax money. I want less of my money going to Washington DC. If I have to live within a budget, so should you.

There are ten amendments that spell out the rights which belong to the citizens of America. They are written in the first ten amendments of the constitution, and are rights which cannot be taken away, but health care is not among them. It is not the responsibility of the Federal government to furnish, or run health care, and it is even unconstitutional to do so, especially the way you seem to want to do it.

The best thing you could do is pass some type of tort reform, and give insurance companies the opportunity to sell insurance across State lines. Portability, and tax deductions for those who can’t afford health insurance would make that insurance much cheaper than the monstrosity you have come up with.

Of course, if the objective of this bill is not health or care, but a power play, then I suppose you will pass this bill anyway. George Washington and Thomas Jefferson warned us about your type of politician. Thomas Jefferson’s sentiment was that Big government is the force which will destroy thwe very fabric of this democracy. There is no good excuse for this health care legislation for it tears at the very foundation this nation was built on. We have become a backward nation. The constitution states that the Federal government only has those powers allowed by the citizens, and the States have the rest of the powers. There are specific powers given to the Federal government,and they are; President; Make treaties, appoint ambassadors, public ministers, consuls, judges to the supreme court, and all other officers of the United States whose appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by law. He is the Commander in Chief of all the military, and can give out pardons.

The Legislature; borrows money, regulate commerce with foreign nations, states, and Indian tribes. Establish a uniform rule of naturalization, and bancruptcy. Coin money, regulate the value tthereof, standardize weights and measures, provide punishment for counterfeiting securities and coins. Define and punish pirates and felonies on the high seas, declare war, raise and support armies and a navy, and make rules for government. There are more than this, but this is a good sample of what our government is supposed to do.

Providing health care for citizens of the United States didn’t show up in any of the duties of government. Neither the President nor congress had any role in running our health care system. Funny thing about that.

It is time to stop all this nonsense and quit trying to take over an industry which doesn’t need to be taken over. If something needs tweaked then we can tweak it, but a wholesale overhaul is not only burdensome for the taxpayers, but is destructive for the best health care system in the world. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. If it is broke, fix the part that is broke, and leave the rest alone.

It is sad that it takes a tragedy to see how a President will respond. I saw the first two minutes of Obama’s response and nearly got sick. The insensitivity and the smugness filled the TV. I also saw George Bush’s response to the tragedy of 9-11. The difference is striking. The tragedies this nation faces are not over, but if this president responds like this every time, it will be a long four years. Anger and lashing out would not have helped anyone. However, disdain and haughtiness does not help either.

Our military has suffered a terrible loss, not only in personell, but in loss of a safety net, which should be provided by the President when he speaks about issues such as loss and suffering. The safety net is not one of material things, but one of respect and honor. Every soldier and everyone who participates in the military operations deserves our respect and honor. It is a dirty job, and since our military is volunteer, it is one in which the volunteer accepts the danger inherent in the job, but when this happened they were home, on their own base. That is why this tragedy is so unnerving. They serve so that we can work, play, and enjoy life in safety and freedom. They received a slap in the face, yesterday, November 5, by their Commander-in-Chief, and that is inexcusable.

Our perception of our military has evolved from a healthy respect, and admiration, such as when the World War 2 veterans came home, to the destructive hatred of the Vietnam veterans, to the winners and the ones who were betrayed by politicians. Now we have a new kind of betrayal. This is an insidious one, because it breaks the spirit. These brave soldiers will deploy again, to Afghanistan, and some will not come back, and they understand that, but to have someone kill some and wound many at home is not what they expected.

The other betrayal is the inaction of Hasan’s superiors even when it was known that he was becoming more and more radical in his views. Returning veterans had complained about him, but his superiors turned a blind eye. We will find more evidence of Haran’s state of mind, but it has come too late for those who died, and a nightmare for those who were wounded. For this there is no excuse. If political correctness entered into the decision not to respond to Haran’s actions, before he killed and wounded those at Fort Hood, that will be a blot on those in charge. There is too much betrayal beginning with the Commander-in-Chief going on, and it had better stop. The American people are not willing to put up with all this corruption, political correctness, and betrayal of our military any more. It is time to rebuild our military, support our military, and protect the citizens of this great nation from acts of terrorism. Protect our borders, protect our nation.

What is a flag? It is a banner under which armies march, going forth into battle against the enemy. Our senators and representatives are marching under his flag, and the enemy is the citizenry of the United States. Not every senator or representative is marching under his flag, but enough of them are, and are poised to destroy this nation. Obama’s flag looks very much like that of the United Nations flag, only worse. His flag is the color of blood, with white and green stripes, and a dragon on its seal. The blood is the killing of our liberty and freedom, the white is the tears flowing because we are the slaves of our own government, and the green is the color of the environmental movement taking their vengeance on everyone who disagrees with them. The whole flag is the flag of the world government that has taken over our nation because President Obama signed over our sovereignty to a world government which has the power to punish this once great land if we don’t pay reparation to every other country because we use too many resources to run our economy. We are taxed at 2% of our GDP and we will soon be the third world country we are supposed to repay. President Obama has forfeited our sovereignty so he can be a king in the world system. Unfortunately, kingships in the system are short-lived. This nation will survive only if the citizens stand up now, and be counted. If President Obama succeeds in turning this nation into his dream, it will become our nightmare. He and those who surround him have a dream, which they see as the Ultimate State. It envolves taking over every aspect of our lives. Healthcare is not about helping the poor American get a doctor, or a hospital, it is about who will control the healthcare system in America. Cap and Trade is not about energy independence, it is about who will control our power grids, and the diversity of our radio, and television, is not about our right to hear and see what we desire, but to shut down those who oppose him and his policies. It is all about who has the power, and if Obama and those surrounding him have things their way, they will hold it all. Those who are trying to pass these bills are those who desire to control our lives. They envision a world where they have ultimate authority over everything just like the pigs in the book, Animal Farm, by George Orwell. He knew something about Socialism, and Fascism, having grown up under Stalin. If we, the United States, fall into the hands of tyrants, we will see bitter days ahead. Once that happens only God will be able to help us, and He will, if we ask. He is the only one who loves us enough to help us in times of trouble. He will be the only one left to turn to, and He will be waiting for us with arms open wide.

Obama’s flag is dripping with the blood of patriots, and if we want to remain free, and enjoy our God-given rights, we will have to continue to continue our fight for freedom and liberty with diligence and vigilence. So let us continue to continue our battle for the soul of America. It is the only way we will win the battle. Victory is within our grasp, but people will have to step up, become the voice of freedom, and run the race which leads to a place in history. Run against those who desire to destroy our nation, become the representative of the people, with a listening ear, and a humble heart, a servant of the people, for the people, voted in by the people, and from the people. Be the voice of the people, not the voice against the people. Those who take office after this next election are the heart of the people who elect them, and if that heart is broken, watch out.

In an effort to become a king in the new world order President Obama will attend the Copenhagen Conference on Global Warming.  Even though the temperature has dropped for the last eleven years, there is an urgency about this meeting, according to Gordon Brown, Prime Minister of England, He says we have less than 50 years before disaster strikes the world. However, since weather people can’t predict what the temperature will be in ten days, I don’t know how they know what will happen in 50 years.

The conference is not so much about global warming as it is about power and a world government ruling over the sovereignty of every nation which signs the treaty. President Obama is desirous to sign it because he is a citizen of the world, and the first to sign it will be the most applauded, and he likes that. He will sign our sovereignty away without blinking an eye.

The other shoe will drop when by signing the treaty we will be required to make reparations for our use of the worlds resources. We will have to repay every country billions of dollars for abusing their air, and taking their opportunities for growth away. This will be because we have been a powerful nation, economically, and they aren’t. Anyone will be able to seek reparations whether they have been a country for ten years or a thousand.

The only way we can stop this will be to convince our Senators that this treaty is wrong, and our sovereignty is more important than global warming. Then we have an opportunity to show them how much we would end up paying out to third world countries who hate us enough to rob us blind. Our economy would be in shambles, and our treasury would be even more in debt. Besides all that we would have to pay taxes to the world government, besides our federal taxes and state and local taxes. We, as the people of the United States, oppose any world government trying to muscle in on our nation.

We must make sure the Blue Dog Democrats understand what is at stake in this treaty. We must let our Senators know that our sovereignty is not for sale, rent, or anything else. If this treaty is signed and passed, there is no turning back. We are stuck with it until Jesus comes. Obama and his cronies want a one world government, because they think they will be leaders in it, but they are wrong. The strongman in this scene is the European Union, and they might like us to our face, but watch out for the knife in the other hand. President Obama has already said he wants America to be under the United Nations, which houses every nation that dispises us, and desires us to fall so they can kick us while we are down. Let us demand that our Senators listen, and vote for our sovereignty to stay ours.
