A Time to Pray

Amid all the joy this morning over Paul Ryan being picked for VP, I also know that he and his family are about to be put through the wringer. We all know that the liberal media will use anything-true or not- to tear down conservatives.

I thought to write this short entry to encourage everyone to pray for Rep. Ryan and his family. I can’t imagine all that they will have to go through in the following months.

Let’s cover them and the entire election in prayer. We don’t know the outcome, but God does, and He knows how to guide this election in every aspect.

      Rep. Ryan has such a beautiful family, and I just wish that they didn’t have to go through the mudslinging.But I am thankful that they are willing to do so for our country. The least I can do is pray for them.

    Pray always that God’s will be done, but ask for help for his workers (in politics and anywhere) during these difficult times. They need encouragement and continual prayer…On a somewhat different note, to me, Paul Ryan is maybe the most sincere looking, sounding, and acting, leader in many years. The question is: is the country ready for that degree of honesty in a leader? Or will they choose to believe the lies instead? Pray for the voters too.

    His family is going to be under constant attack and need all our support. I wish politics wasn’t like this.

    Im very excited about this pick. I dont understand the polls, how can this president be close, let alone ahead. It speaks to the sad state of affairs in the country.
