Its message is so spot on that I’d like to see it used in my church sometime. We did a 9/11 prayer and meditation this year and it would have fit perfectly.

And you’re right, the video looks VERY well done. Kudos to the senior project student.

Entered G C and came back online. Had to adjust screen size and re-enter password with” remember me” for site comments. my lettering fonts look somewhat different but am looking for adjustments. Spell check is active. All in all not a bad deal. Type entry is quicker too.
What’s that they say about compensating errors?

with all of you here. The message it presents is timeless, yet it seems to poignant at this moment in light of the uncertainty we’re facing.

The video itself was completed as a Senior project for a student at Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC. That person deserves a real salute, because it is very well done.

Truly, it was. The story told by Mr. Scheibner reminded me of things that I was losing sight of in these uncertain times. So it served as a “priority adjuster” of sorts to keep my eye on the ultimate goal I should be pursuing.

It’s very tempting at times to become apathetic when so much uncertainty exists. Or at least it’s proving to be that way for me. To take a defeatist type of attitude that nothing can be done and nothing I do will make any difference.

Mr. Scheibner’s reminisces reminded that this isn’t the case. What I can not do, God can. And what I can do, I should do with the sense of urgency that is described, not with apathy.

What a beautiful tribute. A tearjerker for sure. Makes me think of the scripture in Romans….”And we know that all things work together for good to those who loved God; to them who are called according to His purpose.” The Lord allowed pilot Scheibner to live as He knew that the pilot would use the experience to bring attention to the most beautiful story ever told. Stories like this help us all to persevere when it seems like the most unfair things are happening. The scriptures promise us that while not all things that happen to us are good, if we will be patient, we will see God “work it all together” for good.

I posted the above video. I can see it fine in Google Chrome, which is what I’m using. But if someone is using IE, they can’t get to it.

How can I solve this? Do I need to edit the diary and post the video a different way? If so, can you point me in the right direction? The video is excellent!!! It truly is.
