jindal has way more experience . I like Rubio and McDonnel but has less experience then Jindal. I think a debate with Biden vs Jindal would be quite interesting . Jindal will convince you who knows his stuff. No telepromters needed.!!!!

Someone who could lead in the role of President!!!. Lets not get caught up the swing state thing. Look at their records .As my dad always told me with making a big decision write down the pros and cons!! Good advice dad !!! I’m sure the Romney team is doing the same!!!

Watching all the VEEP stuff I watched the Aspen Governor’s meeting. Jindal was in the middle . Chrisitie and Mcdonnel both said I agree with Bobby, I agree with Bobby. It was kinda like whos’ the smartest kid in the room. !!!

I have to say I would really like to see Mitt show some diversity on the ticket so I would like to see Rubio or Jindal as the guy. Jindal has a very impressive resume for such a young guy. Rubio has a meteoric rise much like the NOne but will be easier to pick at because of youth and questionable ethics.

Of all the ‘safe’ choices I like McDonnel. Way more energy and charisma than Portman or Palenty who are just too bland.

Even with the negatives Rubio brings the most with T party love, Hispanics, and FL and could help with CO and NM as well. The left will pounce no matter who we pick so why not go all in.

Remember once upon a time a Conservative President named Ronald Reagan had a poor speech prior to his election and the rest was history.
Remember Bobby Jindal was mentioned in 2008. The only candidate that is mentioned again is Bobby Jindal for VP.in 2012.

The choice is Bobby Jindal for VP or remain in Louisiana as a GREAT GOVERNOR.

What Southern accent? Sheesh.

Jindal has a lot of good things but his budgets have not been great. Plus, there has not been much fat cut from a budget bloated by post Hurricane Katrina.

BTW, he has had to embrace the moderate insider deal making side to get legislation accomplished, and in a big way.

Rubio – I like him a lot, but, he needs more time. He’s only had a couple of years on the national stage. I do believe that he could help to deliver Florida, but, this choice is too risky for Romney’s style.

Portman – No guarantees that he’ll deliver Ohio, and too deep of ties to the Bush Administration, specifically budgetary, which is easy to demagogue.

McDonnell – I don’t see Romney picking a Governor in his or her first term.

Ayotte – About the same age as Jindal, though not even close to the same level of experience. She’s a first-term Senator, just elected in 2010.

some of the easiest to eliminate from VP contention are those who have been announced as Keynote speakers at the conference and who have in turn, accepted.

Once you remove those names and considering that he will announce his VP within the next 10 days, one has to look at the final names joining Romney in his bus tour over the next few days which are, Rubio, Portman, McDonnell, and Ayotte. You can safely guess these are his final four and out of those on the list, Portman has to be the least desirable.

I would have to believe the two leaders are Ayotte and McDonnell with Rubio being a very close “next.”

Jindal will not be chosen, neither will Christie.
