Conservatives have missed the boat.  They are blind and stupid. The main stream media, including John King and Wolf Blitzer last night, were successful in keeping the name of Barack Obama and any of his actions, decisions or policies out of the discussion for almost half of the two hour debate. As long as they deliberately encouraged each candidate  to criticize the other, Obama’s three year record of a failed economy and Socialist policies were immune from discussion or criticism.

Debates moderated by leftists are a function of the Chicago  Obama campaign strategy. If Republicans are trapped into 2 or 3 similar debates during the general elcction the same protect  Obama formats will be repeated. They will center on the Republican candidate, his questionable background, finances and the stupidity of asking which wife would make a better First Lady.  Obama will laugh all the way to four more years of destroying our country. Why is it that Democrats are smarter and more clever politicians? Wake up before it is too late……….

Should our President allow environmental lobbyists influence or dictate this Nation’s energy policy? That occurred when Barack Obama rejected construction of the Keystone XL pipeline from Canada to Texas oil refineries.

Doing so, severely compromised our Country’s national security and economic viability. Ignored, were three years of intensive and comprehensive studies, enormous public input and environmental impact approvals. Both critical job creation and energy independence were sacrificed in a indefensible decision that mirrored his gambling and squandering millions of taxpayer dollars on Solyndra and other failed solar companies,. America cannot afford a national energy policy reliant on inefficient solar panels and 17^th century windmills to generate 21^st century power needs.

The 1661 mile Keystone project would create thousands of jobs for surveyors, civil and electrical engineers, light and heavy construction workers, pipe fitters and electricians. Industries benefiting would include construction equipment plants, pipe foundries, and electrical wiring and controls manufacturers.

The proposed pipeline provided Obama with a decision indicating his seriousness in encouraging job creation and energy independence. Either, obtain 700,000 barrels of oil each day from Canada, a friendly neighbor and create thousands of jobs at the same time or, continue to pay $1,000,000 a day for oil from OPEC and anti- American Arab dictators and see Canada’s oil shipped to China.

With gasoline prices approaching $4.00 per gallon and home-heating oil and energy costs escalating, Obama’s decision was a “no brainer”. Siding with environmental extremists is why America needs new leadership.

     One can see from my previous postings I’m a Conservative and have been so since 1950 and before it was acceptable. I was one of the founders of the New York State Conservative Party in 1962, have had published over 500 conservative articles and letters and authored the book, “More Than a Conservative”.

     But I’m sick over what Conservatives are doing to guarantee Obama a second term. It seems like a scorched earth policy that says, if it can’t be a recognized Conservative Republican now competing for the nomination, America would be better off with a left wing Muslim traitor. That is absolutely stupid. No, Mitt Romney is not Ronald Reagan and unfortunately, we can’t clone him. I recognize that and most right thinking Americans agree.

     But to so destroy Romney’s chances by, of all things, using leftist anti-Capitalist charges to weaken him is doing a diservice to all Americans and the Conservative cause. If this campaign fails and a weakened Romney is the Republican candidate we will have to endure four more years of Socialist propaganda and our Nation’s downfall.

     Can you just image how happy Obama’s Chicago headquarters must be watching this circus? Let’s come to our senses. The Conservative choices are not going to win the Republican nomination. More than likely, it will be Romney. We can play an important roll by encouraging  a Conservative running mate and both Senate and Congress. That’s the best way to insure a Conservative Republican Administration.

How will President Obama defend America’s failure under his leadership? Can he express pride over record unemployment and home foreclosures? Do citizens approve multi-trillion dollar deficits, a failed energy policy, government takeover of our health industry and job-killing rules and regulations? How can he possibly praise loss of international respect and prestige plus a derisive attitude towards Israel?

Defending such a dismal record is impossible, therefore, he will ignore intelligent discussion of America’s problems and possible solutions. Instead, his Chicago-based headquarters will utilize three major strategies against his opponent, destruction, disruption and deception, all designed to limit criticism of Obama by keeping his adversary on the defensive.

Destruction will include a relentless effort in character assassination. His opponent will be depicted as extreme, radical, pro-rich, anti-poor, a Tea Party terrorist, heartless and tool of Wall Street. A pro-Obama, sympathetic press and media will eagerly echo similar charges and insinuations.

Disruption was tested during Republican primaries and will continue. Pro-Obama professional hecklers, pickets or Occupy Wall Street demonstrators will be dispatched to rallies and meetings to deny his opponent free speech, create disorder and insure press coverage concentrates on their vocal opposition and dissent rather than criticism of Obama.

Finally, deception will involve repeating the 2008 policy of fraudulent voter enrollment by Acorn and pro-Obama groups intent on maximizing support by those ineligible to vote. Hopefully, Americans will ignore these strategies and take back our beautiful country for their children and grandchildren.

To satisfy a Green Energy, anti-fossil fuel obsession Barack Obama instituted policies and regulations leading to higher oil, gas and energy costs. He hoped this would convince Americans to shift from gasoline powered to smaller, limited range electric vehicles.

As a result, home and business energy costs have increased, oil has doubled in price and gasoline risen from $1.65/gal. when Obama assumed office to $3.00/gal. and higher. This energy policy costs American families over $4,000 yearly to operate vehicles and compromises food costs when corn-based ethanol is used as a gasoline additive.

Now, he opposes construction of the Keystone XL Pipeline from Canada to Texas refineries. In addition to substantially decreasing oil, fuel and power costs and promoting America’s energy independence, it would create thousands of well-paying engineering, construction, manufacturing and service jobs sorely needed in a failed economy with record unemployment.

Unfortunately, Barack Obama is held hostage by a well-financed, powerful lobby of campaign contributors and bundlers who cling to gloom, doom and global warming extremism. That’s why $535 million taxpayer dollars were lost when given to Solyndra, a failed solar energy company.

Allowing global warming hysteria dictate this Nation’s energy policy is also costing taxpayers one million dollars daily to purchase 60% of our oil needs from foreign sources. This makes absolutely no sense when within our Nation’s borders are oil, gas and coal reserves far exceeding that controlled by OPEC and those who despise this country.

Our Presidential election should include intelligent, meaningful discussions of why America faces economic disaster and possible financial insolvency. We should be hearing recommendations on how to restore this nation’s greatness. Instead, we can expect a billion dollar campaign featuring character assassination, the blame game, scare tactics and class warfare. Augmenting this will be a pro-Obama press and communications media guaranteed to ignore his questionable accomplishments and lack of leadership.

His eventual opponent will be ridiculed with terms like radical, extremist, domestic terrorist and flip-flopper, all charges tried and tested by Obama’s Chicago campaign headquarters during the primary and echoed by a sympathetic mainstream media.

The fact that Obama must defend a record of broken promises, failures and lack of leadership suggests a unique campaign ahead. Overlooked will be discussion of the economy, out of control Federal spending, huge deficits, lingering record unemployment and concerns of the middle class. In its place, his “dependency” strategy will target seniors, minorities, those dependant on government and an estimated 47% of Americans who pay no Federal Income Taxes.

Obama’s opponent will be depicted as favoring the wealthy, having no heart, forsaking the elderly and those who enjoy government assistance for housing, food, clothing and medical needs. Obama and Democrats will be portrayed as caring protectors of their interests. Whether this will be considered scare tactics or class warfare ignores the fact it is deceitful and dishonest. Hopefully, Americas will reject this example of “Hope and Change”.

     Barack Obama wants Jewish voters to overlook three years of  snubs, insults and treating Israel as our enemy rather than loyal friend and ally. We should forget that when Israel’s Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, first visited the White House he was secretly ushered in via a back door. There were no cameras, no press and no usual public handshake. When Palestinian representatives visited, it was public, photographed and the handshake televised world-wide.
     He wants us to ignore his foreign policy recommendation that Israel return to 1967 borders and offer unilateral concessions to those who refuse to recognize the country  exists. While this decision pleased Holocaust denier Mahmoud Ahmadinajad,  Israel’s Prime Minister said Obama’s proposal would make the small nation “indefensible”.
     It would deny world-wide Jews access to their holiest site, the Western Wall of Jerusalem. It would reward the Islamist terrorist organization Hamas and require return of the Golan Heights to Syria, a state sponsor of terrorism.
     Obama’s foreign policy decision encouraged anti-Semitic fervor world-wide and, especially, among Arab countries. It was also evident within the United States by Occupy Wall Street demonstrators who expressed their anti-Semitism in statements and signs blaming “Judeo-Capitalists” and “Zionist Jews” for America’s present economic plight. Ironically, the President expressed support for the demonstrators and ignored their expressions of bigotry. For him to now go around the country promoting a strong record of support for Israel in order to solidify Jewish support is the height of chutzpah.

The “Affordable Health Care Act” alias Obama Care, poses grave risks for seniors. Reducing Medicare $500 billion and Nursing Home and Assisted Living Facility subsidies $40 billion are two concerns. Proposed monthly Medicare insurance premium increases to $120.20 in 2013 and $247.00 in 2014 is another.

Rather than “Affordable”, it mandates a new 3.8% tax on home and real estate sales, a new 1% tax on bank transactions, including direct deposit of Social Security and pension checks and new taxes on branded drugs as well as domestic and foreign produced medical device manufacturers.

The Health Act will require 16,000 new I.R.S. agents to enforce a myriad of taxes and regulations impacting businesses and individuals. In addition, the government will have the right to make electronic transactions directly from individual bank accounts.

More than financial implications, Obama Care assumes Americans will follow Europeans who accept “Hopeless Diagnosis” as a justifiable option for withholding treatment for age-related maladies. In fact, Medicare’s own chief, Donald Berwick said, “Its cheaper for the government to let sick people die than care for them”.

Decisions concerning patient’s treatment options and costs will be made by 15 political appointees on an “Independent Payment Advisory Board” whose expressed goal is reducing elder care costs. Cancer hospitals will ration care for seniors and “End of Life” planning seminars will be mandatory with the government directing “End of Life” orders. Is it imperative “Obama Care “ be repealed? The answer should be clear.

Should dedicated police officers be intimidated and threatened by street mobs or attorneys from the A.C.L.U.? Should our first line of defense against criminality and public lewdness or disorder be under siege by those intent on overthrowing our Nation’s economic system?

Yes, according to our country’s founding documents their free speech and right to assemble peacefully is protected. But, it doesn’t guarantee their right to abuse dedicated men and women who have vowed to protect and defend us and our Nation’s Constitution. Nor, should we condone groups like ‘Occupy Wall Street” that target police with rocks, bottles and other dangerous missiles. Neither, should protestors escape condemnation and punishment for spitting on law enforcement authorities or urinating and defecating on their vehicles.

Surely, most Americans consider these and other acts by OWS demonstrators disgusting and repulsive. Not Barack Obama, however. For the first time, an American President has sided with and given his tacit approval to groups bent on anarchy and insurrection. Equally reprehensible is that he and members of his Party also refuse to condemn or criticize blatant expressions of bigotry, anti-Semitism and anti-Israel sentiment by protestors.

In America, even those who are sick and stupid are free to carry signs blaming our economic problems on “Judeo-Capitalists’ or “Zionist Capitalists” or even “Kill Capitalists” if that’s what their warped thinking suggests. But when America’s President and his Party stand mute in the face of outright bigotry, they have disgraced both the Office of President and the United States Congress.

We are living in strange times when bigotry in the form of “anti-Semitism” is ignored by our President, and members of the Democrat Party. Remaining mute and refusing to forcefully criticize or condemn blatant anti-Jewish, anti-Israel sentiment by “Occupy Wall Street “ demonstrators, disseminates a dangerous signal.

Does the Obama Administration truly reflect American opinion by supporting protestors in New York and elsewhere that blame “Judeo-Capitalists” or “Zionist-Jews” for our present economic failure? How can elected officials respect and embrace radical street mobs who blame Jewish businessmen and bankers rather than the incompetence of their own Administration for ineffective government policies?

Unfortunately, the Obama team considers street demonstrations an important adjunct of their billion dollar re-election effort. Both unions and left-leaning entertainers have embraced the effort while they ignore those who boast it is a “revolution not reform”. They disregard signs that state “Kill Capitalists”. They overlook mobs inundating and blocking streets, antagonizing and resisting police, violating private property rights and screaming protestors who frighten children at private residences. They refuse to recognize violence, destruction of property and bloodshed are inevitable.

How ironic that the protestors and Barack Obama are both endorsed and substantially financed by Hungarian billionaire George Soros who’s objective is replacement of American Capitalism with a Socialist dictatorship. Do Americans want a Nation in perpetual disarray because of revolutionary-minded anarchists and street mobs who desire to supplant our economic system with one designed by Karl Marx? I sincerely doubt it.
