Omama was a founding member of the board of Public Allies in 1992, resigning before his wife became executive director of the Chicago chapter of Public Allies in 1993. On Obama’s web site he calls it “Universal Voluntary Public Service.

Note: Obama spoke today on tv (I saw it on FOX) in a speach that in order for our young people earn a college education that they volunteer for public service and in turn have their college paid for.

Public Allies mission is to radicalize American youth and use them to bring about “social change” through threats, pressure, tension and confrontation–the tactics used by the father of community organizing, Saul “The Red” Alinsky.

The Public Allies have be herding American youth into these government-funded reeducation camps where they are brainwashing them into thinking America is a racits, oppressive place in need of “social change.”

The government now funds about half of Public Allies’ expenses through Clinton’s AmeriCorps. Obama wants to fully fund it and expand it into a national program that some see costing $500 billion.

Right now, in exchange, they get a monthly stipend of up to $1,800, Plus paid health and child care. They also get a post-service education award of $4,725 to pay off past student loans or fund future education. It has already deployed an army of 2,200 community organizers (like Obama)to agitate for “justice’ and “equality” in Chicao, Cincinnati, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, New York, Phoenix, Pittsburgh and Washington.
“Quote” In his Denver acceptance speech he said, “If you commit to serving your commuity, we will make sure you can afford a college education.”

How much more do we need to prove what this crazy man is about. This is even more scarey than Ayers and Wright together. They are behind this together with Obama. It is what Bill Ayers teaches in the colleges.

The last I heard Obama does not have a certified (with a raised seal) available. A “copy” was produced but not certified. Does any one know if he has produced one yet? Is his trip to Hawaii also to try to obtain one??? This question was asked at the McCain rally in Pittsburgh on Tuesday by supporters waiting in line.

George Bush has been in office for 7 1/2 years. The first six the economy was fine: at the begtinning of 2007 things were looking good:

1. Consumer confidence stood at a 2 1/2 year high:
2. Regular gasoline sold for $2.19/gallon
3. the unemployment rate was 4.5%
4. The DOW JONES hit a record high–14,000+

But American’s wanted “CHANGE”! So, in 2006 they voted in a Democratic congress & yes –we got “CHANGE” all right. They pushed for higher taxes, called CEO’s to capital hill and berated them, and pushed pork-barrel and excessive spending bills. At the same time, the economy started getting into trouble:
1. Consumer confidence has plummeted;
2. Gasoline is now over $4.oo a gallon & climbing. (it’s down now, for how long?)
3. Unemployment is up to 6% (a 20% increase);
4. Americans have seen their home equity drop by 12 TRILLION DOLLARS & prices still dropping;
5. 1% of American homes are in foreclosure;
6 as I write, THE DOW is probing another low;

So a question for those who think voting for more Democrats is a good kind of “change”:

The change we need is to change away from the Pelose Congress.

From me. How can Obama and the Democrats blame todays problems on eight years of Bush!! Ecomomics 101: Lower taxes creates more money available for us, and the lets companies of America expand and create more jobs.
The problems with the banks/mortgage/wall street started when the Democrats and organizations like ACORN (“Headed and run by Obama”) forced lending companies to give sub prime loans. Now they want us to pay for it.
If John McCain uses the money from the “bail out fund” to help those people with foreclosure to refinance (“as long as they have the income and ability to pay,” and NOT the ones who got the loans without down payments with 100% financing) it will help a lot of good Americans that are trying. I am just a senior who has lost $5,000 of my 401k, which was only $40,000 to start with.
Lets spread the word to quit blaming Bush and show Americans we can be ok with McCain.

The answer is, in part, because three Democratic senators intervened in Iraqi domestic politics earlier this year to prevent Iraq from signing short-term agreements with Exxon Mobil, Shell, Total, Chevron, and BP.
The Iraqi government was poised to sign no-bid contracts with those firms this summer to help make immediate and needed improvements in Iraq’s oil infrastructure. The result would have been significant foreign investment in Iraq, an expansion of Iraqi government revenues, and an increase in the global supply of oil. One would have thought that leading Democratic senators who claim to be interested in finding other sources of funding to replace American dollars in Iraq, in helping Iraq spend its own money on its own people-”as Obama says in his ad,” would have been all been for that” Let western or domestic oil companies get the first contracts on Iraqi oil. “Instead, Senators Chuck Schumer, John Kerry, and Claire McCaskill wrote a letter to Secretary of State Rice asking her “to persuade the Government of Iraq to refrain from signing contracts with multinational oil companies until a hydrocarbon law is in effect in Iraq” The Bush Administration wisely refused to do so, but the resulting media hooraw in Iraq led to the cancellation of the contracts, and helps to explain why Iraq is doing oil deals instead with China.
Either way, like Barack Obama’s asking the Iraqi foreign minister to hold off on a strategic framework agreement until after the American election, it was nothing but harmful to America interests and our prospects in Iraq, ” for these three senators to scrub the original Iraqi oil deal with ExxonMobil, Shell, Chevron, and BP.

The media got into gear on this and the pressure brought to bear. The Iraqis said, “Look, we got enough trouble here, forget these guys and we’ll move on with the ChiComs.”

My question now is how can Obama now talk about how we need a responsible exit and we need to find ways for the Iraqi government start paying us back. This is all because three senators had to impose some studpid, wacko environmental restriction on them. Why would they??? We have to get this kind of information out.
