Is Al Franken fit for office?

The NRSC evidently thinks the Minnesota Democrat is kinda, sorta not made of the right stuff to sit in the United States Senate, and they remind voters of why they feel this way. It is all true. One (1) person attends Al Franken campaign event

Al Franken held a campaign even this weekend at a South Dakota bistro called Brigitte’s Café, and only one person showed up. The two discussed veteran’s issues, then Franken left for a county fair. I assume everyone had fled by the time he arrived. (HT, Carol Platt Liebau.)
